Welcome to my new thread!
I have just created a new custom rom which is based of stock android. The rom is Debloated, Odexed and has Layers support! I use this rom as my daily driver. The battery life and the performance is brilliant!
I´ve also added Layers support. Because of some problems with SuperSU you have to flash it manually.

Got it to work earlier than I thought
Using right now, it's running nicely
Just a sugestion, to be "100% debloated" I think it would be better to remove from this rom Cabinet, Jair Player and AdAway, the two firsts can be downloaded from the PlayStore and it's not hard to find the apk of AdAway
I will remove this apps and I make them optional in the new release as flashable zip

Latest Beta 1.61 but it is not build-in because I had some problems with root but you can download it from the link in the description and it works fine
Will this work in MultiRom?
I don't know I think you need to test it :/

I was able to install the ROM and a custom kernel. Tried to root and it will not boot. Just hangs at the Marshmallow screen. I installed as secondary in MultiROM. Tried Super SU 2.61, and the install hangs at boot.img Also tried SuperSU 2.52, which installed, but then hangs at the Marshmallow screen.
If you install SuperSU 2.61 in the recovery it says you that your device is not rooted but you need to ignore this and do not install SuperSU in the recovery because that bricks your device maybe that was the fault. I will test this tommorow on my own and give you information about that
Strange, I loaded your rom and the root zip but a few of my apps still say my phone isn't rooted. Quick reboot, rom manager, and trimmer. The rest of my “root " apps work fine. SD Maid, titanium backup, volume boost pro, all seem to work.

I have an FC while setting any kind of lock screen
now i have the same problem i try to fix that
Finally I found a solution for the fc in the settings app. You have to install the root.zip in the description and it works. I have no idea why but now it works for me...
Hope I could help you
OTA update?
Hi there, I just got a notification to download and install the Android 6.0.1 system update. The notification won't go away. Should I proceed?
Is anyone else having issues with "half rooting" like I am? Where some apps seem to see that my phone is rooted but others don't?

Introduction
I'm not really into writing long elaborate OP posts, so here it goes. This is an AOSP compiled, flashable ROM. This ROM is fast and smooth, it is not bloated with useless features. Lustrous ROM has features being added that make it even more useful. You need the 4.04 bootloader! I put a lot of work and love into this rom, if you like it show me some support by donating!

great many thanks for your work! Finally lollipop has come to DEB!
Thanks for this ROM. Finally can use android 5.0 on my deb nexus 7.. Successfully flashed this and so far so good. No problem or force close yet. Haven't tried with sim. Everything's run smoother now.

Flash the FLO bootloader. It's OK.
is it only working as primary via multiRom recovery?
I installed it as secondary and it failed to boot.
Google+ still missing for me here
Just finished booting.
Root is no-go for me (says binaries not installed despite having installed supersu zip).
Gonna see if I can tinker around with it to make it work, but for now no root for me.

That is an affirmative.
Also after you install it as primary, you'll need to install a kexec kernel to be able to boot to your other (now secondary) rom.
ElementalX 3.00 should work fine for that.

root does not work
on this core
I flashed my deb to stock 4.4.4, installed twrp, followed all instructions in op, and I cannot root. Thus I second another user's experience with root not working/SuperSU saying there are no binaries installed. I did install the supersu zip in twrp.
Also can't install Google+ neither from Market nor APK.
Fixed by flashing newer gapps package found here.

Hi,
For Multirom users: Flash this kernel if you want to use Repey's work as secondary rom. (Credits go to Sub77)
Hi,
I don't know if this is because i use this rom as second rom (probably not because 'normal' stock rom doesn't have this problem as second rom) but i have problems with root. Apps that need root try to ask for it but i don't get a SuperSU popup. Any idea's please?

Also... i found another bug: the rom refuses to connect to wifi using DHCP. Static works fine.

Hey Repey, so SuperSU beta should work? Will try later today. I wonder why 2.46 works fine on normal, odexed stock LP.
Also.... did you check static/dhcp? I tried myself about 3 flashes, only static works. (all other roms/devices i have are DHCP)

Hi again,
Ok... started all over. Flashed rom and SuperSu beta. Root works now. DHCP/static still broken. I tried wifi connection on 2 routers and a wifi tethering android phone. DHCP failed every time. Static never failed. Just for your info

Guys I don't know whats wrong but Google play services (error 491) pissing me off since I installed ROM yesterday. I think so. I'm just copying from my rom for the Nexus 5 so I don't have much knowledge about that but I think you need to flash another kernel with force encryption disabled. Remind that you have to flash SuperSU after you have installed another kernel Should I disable force encryption in my next build?
Maybe someone saw that I don't have a Nexus 6P. Is there someone who could sent me Screenshots of the system information, of the untouched homescreen+launcher for the description?
Thanks in advance!

Hmm, it's unclear to me now. Will flash the rom and use a custom kernel to be sure. Encryption is not an option for me.

Yes, no need to flash your favorite Gapps
Question?
My phone has downloaded a system update, should I install this or just ignore it? I'm just asking because I don't know if this would break the root access if I go ahead and install it, a response is greatly appreciated.

I would not. Go to Settings, Apps Google Play Services and turn off all notifications.

Hello travis82,
After immense searching the web, I find you are the only person who can help with TWRP for SM-C9008.
I have installed the latest Android version 7.1.1 on my C9 Pro SM-C9008 and its all Chinese and it does not have google apps. Moreover it does not even have the Apps icon with which normally one would go inside and see all the various apps icons.
Please help.
Best Regards.
Did anyone know the procedure for installation? Should I use Oddin?

Chinese firmware does not contain google apps it is blocked in china, second what you are describing is touchwiz new ui. You can adjust its ui settings in launcher settings. So your complaints are not complaints but is how the chinese firmware and new touchwiz work honestly.

Prior to the below steps I had C9008ZMU1BQL2 installed on my C9008, but since it was Chinese version without any google apps, I followed the below steps.
1. Copied the Kernel zip file by Travis82 on SDCARD
2. Installed twrp-3.2.1-0-c9lte.img.tar using Odin3 v3.12.7 on my C9008 and restarted my phone to check if it loads back to Android successfully.
3. Using Recovery mode, installed KERNEL zip file from SDCARD, after this when I rebooted it did not load Android and would keep rebooting again and again.
4. Restarted in Download mode and using Odin3 v3.12.7 installed Nogaut STOCK file downloaded from SAMMOBILE for C900F (C900FDDU1BQL3)
And it rebooted automatically after installation.
All the best!
C900FDDU1BQL7 already released,we hope to have it as custom rom.
