While I was talking on the phone every time I have the earpiece sound like static electricity
The noise sounded only earpiece
Speaker phone does not
Anyone know ?
Where could be the problem ??

I have a similar problem through the earpiece but it seems to lessen with HD Clarity & Noise Suppression box checked. It sounds like distortion crackle through the higher frequencies especially noticeable when the callers starts raising the volume of their voice. I had my phone for the past 4 days with volume up at around 20% however it seems to be only with certain callers.

I just received my brand new SGS2 (White) and I noticed a problem with the in call sound. I tried calling my phone with different phones so it's not one phone that's acting up but my phone that has a bad speaker.
The problem I'm experiencing is a scratching sound when someone is talking with a high or low pitched voice. It sounds like a busted speaker.
I'm writing because I'd like to know if the speaker is really so bad on this phone or if it's something wrong with it. My wife can't hear a thing but I's really bothering me.
Note: I'm not talking about external speaker. I'm talking about the headset or whatever you call it. The one that you use in a normal call. I forgot to mention that the scratching sound goes away only if I set my volume below 40%.
On calls sometimes I can't hear the other person.
Sometimes they can't hear me well, too quite.
I've push the volume up arrow all the way to the max.
Is there anything else I can try?

I see lots of audio boost mods for speakers and headphones but to me, it's volume in-call that is too low at times where you're surrounded by noise.
I don't think so it's only where your surrounded by noise. The people I'm talking to have a hard time listening to me in quiet environment. I
I'm getting this weird audio issue starting just a few days ago. It will suddenly ignore my volume settings and go to max volume. Even if I'm in the middle of something like watching a video in class on silent, it will suddenly switch to full blast volume without warning. However, the audio is extremely distorted beyond recognition so it is just very loud garbled white noise.
Any ideas?
I have an issue with audio as well but it's different in that when I lower volume to mute you can still hear the sounds play at very low volumes (have to place ear next to speakers to really hear it). I'm wondering if that's your case as well.

I've thought I've heard that too a few times but I usually shrug it off that it was just in my head. That's very different from the issue I'm posting about though.

Since I got this phone I noticed that when I make a call the ring tone is odd, one ring is loud and the next is softer and
when it connects the same thing happens to the person on the other end.
Like the sound volume is cutting in and out.
I am guessing its related to some noise reduction technology they included.

I got an Elephone S8 for my girlfriend and in general I think you get a lot of phone for the price!
One thing I noticed is that whenever you have a WhatsApp call and you turn on the Loudspeaker on the Elephone S8 there will be distortions in the audio.
It is not hearing an echo or something it is more of a static noise and squeaking that can be heard every few seconds (it is not constant).
Did anyone having that phone also experience that problem so far ?
Same thing here, but only with WhatsApp calls and WhatsApp video calls.
+1 same issue (+ with Viber)
Only with Video call and turned on Loudspeaker

Yeah my girlfriend recently bought this phone too, I found she had the same problem with Whatsapp, skype and google duo voice and video calls.
Same sort of noises, static, video quality was terrible and a squeaking microwave high pitched noise intermittently.
When we switched her wifi off and used her 4g it was better but still similar issues.
The phone is amazing but this is annoying, i hope there is a fix for it as it is quite an important feature.
Has anyone resolved this?
I had distortion and noise issues on speakerphone until I realised I had the phone at full volume. Reducing the volume a couple of notches got rid of the feedback and resulted in much better call quality.
