You'll never be able to use all the free space at any android, because system needs to save some little portion for apps data and other things, probably those 500/600mb is the little portion on I545.
Google play show this message?
This message show on install apk manually?
Did you try clear cache?
Clear the cache!

I had a previous back up of Google Services Framework and Google Play Store that I restored. After Google Play Store updated I am now able to install the app!
downloads fine but when it starts to install it gives out an error that I have insufficient space. This is in correct since my internal memory still has over 5gb of free storage. I can download any other apps in the market without problems. But for some reason this is the only app that will not install for me. I've tried clearing Data/Cache on PlayStore and even cleared Google Services Framework. Anyone know what's going on? Could this be the actual app giving me the problems and not my tablet? It doesn't have a problem taking my money. It's frustrating that it won't even install. Doesn't even give me an option to request a refund.

1 question, what the hell is the removed apps? where you get that? what you install? i think it just show TOTAL of data used by your removed apps. the data not increasing right?
What it looks like it is trying to do is show data usage for APPS that no longer on your phone.
since it cant list apps that you have removed it groups the data usage together into one item (Removed apps)
so i would think that its the data that the apps you have UNISTALLED used while on your phone.
Owh.. ok... thanks.. maybe it includes my previous apps that i has uninstalled.. •﹏•

when i try to install app it doesn't install>>>>>Application not installed
any fix to this problem????
Ok, let's see what can be done.
How much free space is there on your phone? Can you install any other apps?
You might not have enough space to unpack and run the downloaded apps.

Hello,
If my question needs to be moved please move it. Thanks
In short I am wanting to restrict all data access to all apps with the ability to exempt some programs. Example Outlook or Hangouts.
I am on Project Fi with 1 gig of data. My work and home have WiFi. So just need data when on road. My work gives me a 25 dollar stiffen for phone and my goal is to is to knock my data down to get service for free. I have shut down all back ground data on all programs but I see some programs are still chewing up data.
Is there a app or other way that I may be able to accomplish this?

You could use a firewall if you have root.
