Hi guy! Im Viet, i from Vietnam i have problem : my phone is Z3v i want use my phone is a hostpot but my phone need MY VERIZON accout but i have't it. so how to use hostpot? please help me thank you so much!
-First, you have to root your phone
-Then copy the build.prop file from the /system folder to your SD card (or wherever you want) using a root file browser (I used Root Explorer).
-Then use a text editor to edit the file on your SD card. Add "Net.tethering.noprovisioning=true" as a new line at the end of the file and save the file (I also did this with Root Explorer)
-Then replace the original file with the modified copy, change the file's permissions so it's the same as the original file, reboot, and you're good to go.
here is an easy method..... use xposed installer... and install moto x theter. hit me thanks.

That's your best method. Follow my guide, root, and then download Xposed to not have to worry about hotspot checking.

If thats a paid version of root explorer in that zip you need to remove it. It is against the rules to post it here. Little secret, use pm for that.

hey yo...its very easy ...unzip the gapps of ics/gb and push the root explorer into system/app and flash it to get the root explorer also..am telling this incase next time you come in like this situation or here is a flashable zip of normal CCUI file manager !
u can flash it through recovery!(format cache and dalvik cache before flashing)

i tried to copy paste the filemanager in system/apps in rom before flashing but it says error cannot copy...

No Need to Zip/UnZip
Just open the .zip file
go to the directory you want
Pull the files you want to the desired directory
it will zip them right away and keep the signed (if the .zip was signed)
Not alot of info on this somewhat new phone under Verizon. I rooted the Hydro Elite last night and immediately started cleaning up the Verizon bloatware. I must have went a little crazy and removed an APK from the system/app folder that is required for the phone function to run. I am now just getting FC's on 'com.android.phone' when not in airplane mode. Tried a factory reset to no luck, tried some APK restores from similar models, etc. In my arrogance of thinking I know what I am doing I did not backup the APK's I removed from the system/app folder. Normally this would be no big deal, I could just pull them from the ROM image, or reload an image, or whatever. But, it seems Kyocera or Verizon have absolutely no self-help ROM's on the net to reinstall nor has any custom ROMs been developed for this phone yet.
This is my cry for help.....
If there is anyone who has a Kyocera Hydro Elite (the new one) that could so kindly ZIP up their system/app folder for me I would HIGHLY appreciate it. So highly, in fact, I will buy you a lunch, dinner, or whatever it takes!

You know, everyday i see people post phones on here that i've never heard of, to be completely honest with you, you may have a better shot a building a rom yourself.

all my problem now is i delete system app called "dialer storage " by mistake and that make sim management on the setting dummy (off )
and no mobile network for both sim 1 &2 tried alot to solve it but useless
you can put same apk from other device which have similiar spec with yours.
and your device must rooted,

i installed it from aptoide and put it on system\app but nothing happen and when i try to install it says " aplication not installed "
i don't know what should i do

i did it re flash it with the tool you provied and it gives me green meter with 100 % not green cycle i try to open it but nothing happen he totly dead and when i try to reflash it i cant get preload com 6 again
every time i connect my phone it gives me "DA USB VCOM port (Com8)"

I did that before but it doesnt have minimise or close option.

I did that & it gives me that option to minimize window, but when I tap it it does not work, did you delete the existing files in permissions directory & then paste the mos files there??

Don't use that file. It seems not compatible with S5. Use this, I got it from Note4 Experience by @ambasadii and everything is working OK

OK would be a zip or description / decryption to be modified to work in every rom lollipop.

Your rom is using a custom made framework giving you the force close or the mod requires a framework which has properties to enable it.
Another possibility ?
I have a note 4 port rom, I recommend you to browse a rom like this. As Extinction or Pure S6. ?
is this mod works for kitkat?

Go to the link that's posted above. Simply flash the kernel and the custom recovery. Once you've got the custom recovery, just install a SuperSu zip from the SD card while you're in recovery mode. Done! SuperSu is the best root manager available!
No need to risk using Chinese rooting tool! You won't know what else is being put on your phone. And you won't have to tolerate any unwanted ads.

sorry unfortunately I don't have the phone anymore but I think if you install wiko lenny 2 official rom it will resolve it. (i think you can find the rom on the official site of wiko... I'm not sure or you can search on Google and make sure you have correct rom)
you need to have installed TWRP as well
and installing new rom it will reset all your data.
plz go to the thread that mentioned on comment by CVangelo and let me know your progression
