Since some time (~3 months) the YouTube app is crashing just after launching it
and embedded YouTube videos in apps don't work too.
Wiping app data/cache does nothing only if I reinstall YouTube.
However this only works for some hours and then it's crashing again.
I'm on 5.1.1. EXistenZ 4.2.5. and already tried reflashing the rom to solve it.
I don't have xposed modules for YouTube enabled.
It would be nice if someone could help me
Try the latest version of ExistenZ, using it with no issues.

So I recently upgraded to cm13 from cm12.1. Everything went smooth and even xposed was working without trouble.
I configured a few things, removed some apps, installed new ones and didn't use it much for 2 days. Then I searched for something directly from the homescreen searchbar... and the app crashed.
Opening chrome and searching in there went without problems. THen I noticed that other apps (like blog apps or amazon) also crash whenever I try to open them, this brought me to thinking that webview might be the problem. I checked the play store and installed latest version, reboot, nothiong changed... apps crashing.
Yesterday I tried clean flashing latest cm13 with latest open gapps (NO xposed, NO custom kernel): setup app (that appears when setting up the device) crashes after setting up wifi.
It says: Google Play-Services was closed, I made a quick snap of the crash report and attached it to this post.
The whole report would not fit on a single screen so the picture is divided into left and right.
Can any1 tell me what I'm doing wrong?
I use a Galaxy S7 flat(about 2/3 years old). It is running Stock OS 8.0 Oreo and it is ROOTED with Magisk latest version.
Just yesterday this weird problem started where whenever I open the Camera app or any camera using app (ex. Instagram Stories) it either freezes or doesn't load. Not only this but YouTube doesn't load and it started at the same time as the other problem. I tried everything you can do (uninstall, cache, reboot , data).
eventually I decided to format my phone COMPLETELY so I formated it using TWRP and rooted it again. I started installing my usual apps and at first everything was working so I just kept restoring things. Now the problem started AGAIN out of nowhere. Exactly the same.
What I've used root for is basically removing bloatware and using Titanium Backup, Lucky Patcher, Buildprop (to use Samsung Health). On Magisk I also installed a Cloudflare DNS and IOS emoji module.
I also installed Youtube Vanced but I don't think it caused the problem because I just installed it and didn't have it before formating. Also I should mention that I can use YouTube on Chrome. Any help would be appreciated since I literaly can't use my phone regularly.
Thank you.

If you use L***P*** you must expect problems but also that nobody is willing to support.
The first time I've downloaded vanced, never had any problems UNTIL I've changed my account's password. Then I had to reinstall both apps, and worked right away.
But... like a week or two later, my account suddenly dissapeared from vanced, and when I try to log in it says:
"Could'nt Sign in -There was a problem communicating with google servers"
I tried everything, like everything. I can't log in to my main account.
I always download the apps from vanced.app.
I tried:
Uninstalling and reinstalling both vanced an microg several times. (I always install first microg)
Disabling/force stopping chorme.
Last step + also reinstalling both apps.
Logging out of my main account.
Logging in with secondary account will work just fine.
I've tried restarting the phone through some of the methods i've listed.
I'm using LineageOS 7.1 on a Moto E 2gen. Non-rooted phone and non-root vanced.

IMHO this is the only reliable source for Youtube Vanced.

This issue may be caused by Corrupted Cache: Temporary/cache files are saved on your device to make the apps work faster. These files may get corrupted and, therefore, cause to misbehave.
Therefore a possible solution - as 1st thing of all things - is to clear the cache of all those misbehaving apps.

Okay I'll check that post out.
But, if clearing all the cache of all apps by the option in Storage would do the job, then, that's not working for me, I've already done that a couple of times. Also manually cleared chrome and even if it makes any sense the vanced and microg even if I was reinstalling them several times.
I really want to know a solution, for the sake of not having to format everytime or something like that.
Oh also, my phone isn't rooted. I'm using vanced non-root.
I've followed the steps that also says are outdated, nothing.
So I've just factory resetted and well, it worked. Gosh. Okay, let's hope it just doesn't happens again.
I am on Root with Magisk and installed Youtube Vanced Root with SAI.
I found the other threads and tried their solutions.
I tried installing and running SDMaid and rebooted and that didn't help.
I tried uninstalling Chrome -> nope.
I tried installing Android System Webview -> nope.
I tried reinstalling Chrome -> nope
I tried uninstalling ASW -> nope.
I tried flashing Youtube from TWRP -> failed.
I tried installing MicroG although shouldn't need it on rooted version; that didn't help either.
I think I've been here before, but I don't know how I solved it last time.
Any ideas?
Edit: Just remembered: Last time I a) uninstalled Youtube Vanced, a) then installed Youtube from Playstore, c) then deactivated Auto Update, d) then uninstalled Youtube Updates from Playstore, e) then installed Vanced ontop and that worked.
It does not work this time because at d) I cannot uninstall any Youtube Updates and at e) I can't install Vanced, because "newer version already installed".
Edit2: I tried a good dozens of old Youtube .apks (and xapks and mapks) but most straight up didn't install (including xapk* and SAI- installer) and all others were either too new or too old or sth. else to work.
Don't have TWRP and/or Magisk installed - and never will do so - but I know you always can completly traceless uninstall any app and their updates, be it a system-app and/or system-privileged-app or user-app.
The miserability is that Youtube Vanced - when it auto-updates - always gets overwritten by Google's Youtube.
I tried to install youtube vanced and now I can't install any apps from any place( including the google play store), I have not yet attempted using twrp to install an apk but I rather not. Is there any easy fix to this? last time this happened I believe I flashed a new rom. Currently I'm on stock oreo and don't have any Xposed modules installed. Ugh I don't have to reinstall everything. I'm getting a new phone soon and this will soon be a play phone.
Try reflashing the TWRP-flashable zip for the last Oreo, then reflash Magisk.
Then clear caches and reboot.
If you try YouTube Vanced, use the older one.
