can anyone help me on how do I install Xposed framework on Redmi note 2 miui 8 ?
Has anyone installed Xposed installer successfully on their Redmi 3S prime?
I have tried, followed this link
http://http://en.miui.com/thread-78894-1-1.html
installed it somehow but Xposed installer was not active.
I recently updated my Redmi Note 3 to MIUI 9.2.4 based on Marshmallow. I managed to install SuperSU (SR3-SuperSU-v2.82-SR3-20170813133244) but I am unable to find correct Xposed framework. I tried Xposed-v87-sdk23-arm64-MIUI-edition-by-SolarWarez-20161126, but it causes bootloops.
Can anyone please help me find Xposed Framework for MIUI 9.2.4 on Redmi Note 3 (Marshmallow 6.0)?
Please help!
Thanks in advance.
Hey, you could try Magisk in your phone. After flashing it you will automatically get the app in drawer and after that get into downloads and search for xposed, there you will many different sdk versions, above all of them there is one without any versions. Flash it and reboot.
Hope that will work for you.:good::good:
Hello, Dont flash older miui8 versions. There is a latest zip from Solarwarez to work xposed on miui9 based on marshmellow. you can find in this post https://forum.xda-developers.com/redmi-note-3/how-to/news-official-xposed-nougat-7-0-7-1-t3685700
MIUI 9 based on Marshmallow by @SolarWarez:
System: xposed-v87.1-sdk23-arm64--MIUI9-edition-by-SolarWarez-20170612
Systemless (Magisk): xposed-v87.1-sdk23-Magisk-MIUI9-edition-by-SolarWarez-20170612_mod+us3r
Working in my rn3 without any bootloops
I just upgraded my Redmi Note 3 Pro Special Edition (Kate) to Global Miui 9 (V9.2.3.0.MHRMIEK).
I was able to install Magisk 16 via TWRP flash.
I tried to install Xposed via the Material Design Xposed Installer by DVDAndroid, but it just gets stuck on boot (on the MI splashscreen).
What version of Xposed should be used? It's MIUI9, obviously 64bit for our phone, but still Marshmallow.
Thanks!

Official Xposed might not work with MIUI. You might have to use the modified version of Xposed developed by Solarwarez, specifically for MIUI. For marshmallow, the version is sdk23.

Ok, thanks for this!
I'm under the impression I should be installing Xposed using Magisk, is that right? Or should I just find the version using DVDAndroid's Xposed installer app?
Same here buddy
Failed to install exposed after this upgrade
It stops on the miui bootscreen for horus
Tried even different exposed versions like 87.1 87.2 nothing works.... I wonder why not this upgrade

Are you having problems flashing Magisk?
I used ZCX-Twrp, and had no problems flashing Magisk. If you're having problems, try to flash the Magisk uninstaller and try again.
