My sister's edge can't open. It suddenly turned off and we tried to open it again. I tried to charge it for 15 min and to press the button for 1 min with no luck. Any ideas?

I'd just commented on how I love this phone because of how fast and smooth it is. An hour or so later, I pull my phone out to take a picture and it locks up completely, the Camera FC after about 5 minutes but then it lagged like made and literally made the phone unusable.
Holding power button did nothing, button wouldn't react but if they did it took a few minutes to register the press but then did nothing anyway.
Obviously, with not being able to remove the battery, this made things difficult to reset the phone. In the end I found that holding Up on the volume button and the power button did a reset.
The phone rebooted and seemed ok but then a few seconds later it did the same thing. Even on Home screen, scrolling along froze the phone then Xperia Activity FC'd. Some of my picutres appeared corrupt so I deleted them assuming it was those causing the issue, but I'm still getting the same problem.
Last night I restarted the phone and put it on charge and it seems fine this morning.
Out of desperation, I downloaded AVG to scan the phone. I also downloaded ATK and killed anything that didn't have a use to see if that helped the phone but it did it after that too.
Anyone else had this? It started to P me off last night. The phone nearly went out the window!
It's on T-Mobile (UK) and currently using their stock ROM.
Try a factory reset.
Factory Reset will be my last resort. I hate having phones/tablets set up how I like them only to have to do it all over again!
Anyway, since I rebooted it and charged it up, it's been fine. Will have to see how it goes.
what to do if the phone stucks at "signing in" to gmail account after factory restting the phone.......plz help..ca my phone is on the same screen for the past 30min
get out of that screen by pressing home, or force shutdown/remove battery do again, was it that hard that you waited 30 minutes

A few days ago, the watch ran out of battery, and I left it uncharged for a couple of days.
Then today, when I plug it into the charger, the screen started and showed the Amazfit logo, and it's been on the same screen for the last hour.
It wouldn't start normally.
So I tried to reboot it (press and hold top button for 10 to 30 seconds), the watch was turned off, but as soon as I released the button, the screen turned on by itself and got stuck on the Amazfit logo.
I noticed every few seconds (almost a minute), the screen blinked to show the logo again.
I tried rebooting while connected to the charger, same result (the screen turned on as soon as I released the button).
Same happened while connected to a PC.
Same also happened when I press and hold both buttons for 30 seconds.
Nothing I can do to make the watch to start again.
I'm lost.
Please help
I find that, when i open my Bluetooth settings, i can see the phone, in the Bluetooth device lists, but it wouldn't connect.
Please help

Hello my friends!
I have a problem with my pocophone! I have some experience with phones but I have never encountered such an issue before.
I have never intervened with the software (no root access, custom roms and stuff). My phone runs stock miui, I think the most recent update was miui 12 or something.
A couple of days ago my phone was sitting around minding its own business and then it shut off and started again. The "POCO" logo is displayed for 5-10 seconds and then the phone reboots and never stops doing it until it runs out of power.
If I connect the charger it starts doing the same thing. It turns on by itself and keeps doing the boot loop.
There is NO WAY to turn it off. As long as there is power it keeps restarting.
Yes, I have tried pushing the power button for 10, 20, 30 seconds but NOTHING happens.
If I connect it to my computer again nothing happens, it is the same as connecting it to a charger.
If I keep pressed the vol up button, the secret menu appears (wipe data and stuff). I can navigate with vol up and vol down but nothing happens when I try to select something using the power button. Then after a few seconds the phone restarts again.
If I keep pressed the vol down button, I see the "fastboot" screen, but again the phone restarts after a few seconds.
Please help me. Any ideas? Could it be that my power button is stuck? But then why does the phone turn on again?
Doesn't look like any software issue, visit service center.
I've had my Tab S6 now for 2 years and was using it just fine during the day. It was connected to my laptop to charge while I worked.
Around 75% charge, I took out the charge cable, turned on the screen and then opened the YouTube App.
As the YouTube App was opening, the tablet crashed. The screen froze for about 3 seconds and then went completely dark - similar to a hard reset.
The Samsung logo appeared with the standard "powered by android message" and just sat there for minutes.
The screen went off again and now the tablet is not responding at all to the power button or volume button.
I've tried a holding the power button and volume down button for 12 seconds to no avail.
I've tried charging it using its power brick and didn't get any response vibration or screen turning on. It just stays blank and unresponsive.
I've also held the power button for 2 minutes to no avail as well.
This is completely out of the blue and I'm at my wits end as to what is happening.
I've noticed there are 2 other complaints in the Q&A section just in the month of February 2023 concerning crashing Tab S6s that also became unresponsive.
What's going on? Any help would be appreciated.
UPDATE
I plugged it in to my Windows laptop using a USB-C data cable and checked Device Manager for any feedback.
The device connects and disconnects itself from the PC every 30 seconds.
When it does connect it shows up in Device Manager as "Unknown USB device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)".
