I'm facing restricted access changed after flashing cm 12.1 , i reflashed it and still facing . i cant make any call whenver i try it says cellular network is not available . please help

Try cm 12.1 stable build v2.1 by @shubham9543 it has many bugs solved than this build

follow the instructions on first boot
check proper apn from setting >> sim card 1 setting >> access point network set it properly
now. The rom is reday to use reboot once thats it.

maybe your baseband get corrupted........... this patch will solve your problem
