Notification problem

Hello.
Lately I have been experiencing a problem with my notifications on my xperia Z ultra. I can receive notifications on WhatsApp and emails on Gmail however my phone doesn't notify me that I have received the messages until I go into the app. Has anyone else experienced the same problem or know how to resolve it.

Notification sound for viber

Hi to everyone.
I recently got my Gear S and after trying everything including reseting and uninstaling gear manager on my Note 4, I cant get notifications to vibrate or make a sound for viber. Everything is ok with sms and calls, I get both vibrate and sound but nothing for Viber even thought it pushes the notification and appears on the watch it is always silent. I have tried different settings on viber aswell and spent the whole day yesterday reading this forum.
Any ideas?
Anyone?

Viber notifications now working following viber update
And with Gear Notification Extender you can now reply from you watch!!! Awesome
Hi all, I just got my gear s but Viber notifications not working for me despite the latest version of viber

Galaxy S6 Edge notification issues

Hello Android community!
As the title says, I am having some issues with notifications on my Samsung Galaxy S6 edge.
The version I use, is Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow, G925FXXU4DPGW and the model number is SM-G925F.
The problem is this:
Whenever I receive a notification from certain apps, it shows the pop-up window like normally, however, the notification does not stick in the notifications drawer, so, if I am not using the phone at the the time, I don't know if I received any new notifications, plus, there is not any notification sound either, and the phone just randomly vibrates from time to time, even when the screen is on, and sometimes without any pop-up window.
This is happening with Facebook, YouTube, and almost every downloaded app I have, but it is not happening with messages and phone calls. Whenever I receive a message or a phone call, the phone rings and vibrates like it should and I see the messages at the notification drawer but not the phone calls.
Any idea on how this happened and how to solve it? I still haven't tried a hard reset but I would like to avoid it and don't know if it will work either.
Please help me and sorry about my english but it is not my first language.
Thank you

notifications issues with mate 10 pro

Hi
i have some issues with the mate 10 pro notifications. especially with whatsapp -
from time to time my phone starts the whatsapp incoming massage ringtone (or vibration if its on vibrate mode) and stops halfway through the tone - when i open my phone i see no notification whatsoever.
i came to understand that this happens when i receive whatsapp massages from group chats that are muted (with notifications set to 'do not show notifications') - not every massage from those groups does that but from time to time when its happening its because of those massages (sometime i can see a push notification from those muted chats that disappears quickly - its as if my phone forgets those chats should not give notifications and reminds that after its starting to vibrate and ring)
this is extremely annoying as im getting those vibrates or notification sound even though im not suppose to.
did someone else experienced that? and maybe succeeded fixing that?
bump
anyone?

I don't have a solution, but I have similar issues with WhatsApp notifications. Usually I don't get the LED flashing, but I do see a notification when the phone is unlocked. Occasionally, I get no LED and no notification when the phone is unlocked. These phones have great hardware but rubbish software
Not a Huawei specific issue, had the same bull**** with WhatsApp on both the A8 and the Pixel 2 XL. Was OK on the Mate 10 and S9+.
I assumed it was a Huawei issue, as it's worked perfectly on every other phone that I and my wife have owned. The Huawei software has a habit of killing background processes, even when you tell it not to, so it seemed a reasonable assumption.

Unknown Continuous Notification Sound

After updating my Honor 10 to emui 10 I resetted the settings of my phone since then i am experiencing a weird annoying problem whenever i download something from chrome my notification tune keeps ringing continuously till downloading is completed and even ring when phone's locked.
Today I also found a problem when I was listening a voice message on what's app
as soon as i tapped on the play icon in voice message
again same thing happens notification sounds playing crazily. I had to keep WhatsApp notifications at gentle notifications to hear the voice message and also their is a weird blinking of notifications
Please help solving this
Report this problem to Huawei
I think
You can watch YouTube tutorial for that
