i'm using crisscross v12 rom but it doesn't have multiwindow allapps function. How can I take this mod to the rom? anyone helps me please

Hi guys i verified the threads of Themes and Apps, and did not find a mod in order to get Transparent MultiWindow on Stock Rom based Omega V43.5 Deodexed. The only thing i need is to have Transparent MultiWindow in my Rom.

Actually i have the Multiwindow app which allows to get all apps running on it, but i need and i want to have transparent or glass theme.
