Has any variant of the V10 seen even a minor software update since release?
AT&T and the Korean variants have. Not sure about Verizon. T-Mobile definitely HAS NOT. Whether it's LG or T-Mobile, they need to hurry the hell up.
The dual sim version has also received an update (minor)

Hi guys,
I have an LG V10 (LG-H962) Taiwan edition, and I want to change to rom to my region which is (UAE) (or at least UK version), can anyone help me with that? Thanks a lot
its not marshmellow 6.0.1 ?
The H962 is a dual sim phone. You can't change it to the UAE or UK version because those regions only have the single sim version. Why would you want to change the region? Just select your language.

Yea, for the h962 there were 3 updates, 1 for lollipop and 2 for mm. The latest mm update provides the phone with the latest google security updates and minor improvements.

Hi Guys, I just received my new LG G5 H860, I have been receiving security patches from LG via OTA just fine, but I just found out android 7.0 is been rolling out early november and I still hasn't receved mine
My software version is V10i-TWN-XX and the phone seems to be from Taiwan
Does this mean it is factory unlocked?
Also are the updates region restricted somehow? Will I get the update eventually or I'll have to update manually?
This is what I'm getting from my IMEI
Network Code: TWN
Carrier: TAIWAN
Thanks.
just try use lg bridge to update...
Thanks, tried to update using LG bridge, it did found updates but now I'm getting this error "The update cannot be downloaded", it doesn't even start to download, i'm using windows 10, could it be firewall related?

Just check the LG bridge for updates.
If you have the same situation as the TW model.
Just pm the IMEI of your phone, I can try to fine the kdz.

Yep im on At&t..Snapdragon. I disabled updates with Titanium Backup so I can still root, like I said there has been talk of an update that will prevent root..not sure if that is what you got.

The Verizon version did not receive this update .. still on QI5
I have the AT&T version and it looks like it got a new bootloader along with the October security updates.
Unlocked Snapdragon here still on August security update
I have an unlocked carrier Note 8 running the AT&T firmware. I just c hecked an no update from AT&T or Samsung.
Sprint update hasn't arrived yet either.
Wait, so QI5 can root/be able to be downgraded to a lower FW that can be rooted? I just wanted to make sure to not patch, or if it already is, might as well just update, lol.

Interesting, I had that one when I received the phone. This update is dated March 27, so it's fairly new.

No.
arc6 is for
· The stability of Face unlock has been improved.
· The stability of Camera has been improved.
arcc is for
· Call stability has been improved.
· The quality of Wallpaper has been improved.
I got the ARCC yesterday. Exynos unlocked s9+ with EUR csc.
I got ARCC today, OTA, and I'm using a Three branded set (H3G) - it was originally Vodafone, but I flashed to Three because I wanted to use a Three SIM , with WiFi calling and support for more of Three's LTE bands.
Looking at SamFirmware, ARCC rolled out to a huge number of carriers simultaneously, so I'm wondering if we are seeing some of the benefits of Project Treble here.
Regards,
Dave

Guys I have T-MO Note 8 SM-N950U. Software Ver XAA/XAA/TMB.
I am currently on Nougat 7.1.1 N950USQU1AQH7/N950UOYN1AQH7. I haven't got any Oreo update still. No update from OTA or Samsung switch. I asked with Samsung Support and they say they have released Oreo update for all US phones. And T-MO support is saying Samsung will provide update since it is unlocked one. Guys please give me some help/directions on how I can go to Oreo on my Note 8. Thanks. :crying:

You have a SM-N950U1 right? Mine is SM-N950U. So does this mean my Phone is not getting the update due to not being on T-Mobile Carrier. If so Any way I can Manually update to Oreo, I searched around and could not find a XAA SM-N950U firmware. There is one for the SM-N950U1 though. Samsung Support says to wait for an update. But they are not certain to which date. Its been so long now.

**** yes, not sure why I thought you had the unlocked version. Tmobile page shows that Oreo was released for their Note 8.

I would just flash the Unlocked Note 8 version there is a thread here just follow the instructions from this thread.

Especially if you are using it on another network. All the US Note 8 are the same hardware wise just flashed with different software. You can get the firmware from here.
