Hello, My phone was resetting all the time and I make an complete reset by doing an RUU and the problem disappear, but now the notification bar is showing but I can't open it. Sometimes it looks that is going to open but it keeps flashing and freezes the phone, then I have to do a hard reset to make the phone work again.
Any help will be appreciated because I don't have insurance. Thanks.

When I receive a notification for a reminder i have set in Google Now, I can swipe it away on my watch but it remains present and blinking on my phone. Any other message or card that I dismiss on the phone is removed correctly from the phone tho.
Is this supposed to be? Anyone else noticed this?

I tried this and I don't have any issues. For me it correctly gets dismissed on the watch and the phone like any other notification. I have a Nexus 5 on stock 4.4.4.
Meh weird.. just tried it again "remind me to do this then", notification pops up at the correct time, i dismiss it on the watch, keeps blinking on the phone and remains in the notification bar...
Happens to me too
My wife has a fully carrier (tmobile) stock S5 and as of last night has not been able to get rid of the "ringtone" volume slider on her phone (top of the screen). I have reset the phone 3 times but the volume notification shows up and goes to max setting on its own. I try to turn it down but it resets to max and the popup won't go away.
Anyone else have this issue? I feel this is an hardware issue since i have the same phone and never have had this problem and it won't fix itself after 3 resets. We both are on Android 5.0 latest OTA update.

Yesterday my notification bar stopped working all of a sudden on my nexus 9. I am not able to drag it down. No new notification are being shown. Tried everything, even factory reset.Anyone faced same problem? Please help
Some times when I'm using my phone when it's NOT in fullscreen mode and there is a notification phone randomly opens that notification.
Its seriously Annoying first i though it's a bug that will be fixed soon but nothing...
Now im asking other users that have you ever got this problem if yes eas there any fix or anything like that?
