Help Needed to unlock Galaxy S5 - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I am using a Samsung Galaxy s5. I have created an account in samsung through my google gmail acoount earlier and logged my device under the account. This morning I have wiped out my device and after setting up my device it is asking my SAMSUNG ACCOUNT to log in. It is saying " This Device is locked because of an abnormal factory reset. Sign in to the samsung account that you have already signed in to on this device to confirm it belongs to you."
I have entered my email address and password correctly. But instead of signing me in my account, it shows me "PROCESSING FAILED". I logged in my account from my pc and found out no problem at all. Then I have deleted my samsung account and recreated again with the same gmail account. Still it is not logging me in and saying "Processing Failed". After several times trying it is saying now "Failed to sign in to your Samsung account over 5 times. Check the report sent to your Samsung account email address. Confirm" I confirmed and logged in my gmail account to see the report, but there have no email but only about my deleting account & recreating account.
I am feeling like I am having some serious problem. Please guys help me out from this problem!!!!

nobody on this site knows how to fix that problem. I have the same issue, took my phone into the sprint store. they told me that only the person that opened that samsung account can open that phone.

MS Exchange issue

Hello All.
I have a strange problem, whenever I setup my MS Exchange on my Galaxy 10.1 Tab, it gets stuck trying to synch and shows a message "loading" for hours without showing any email messages.
I have done many different things including factory reset a number of times!! and did not work. When I tried other email applications, it worked.
By accident, I discovered that I had to remove my gmail account and then add MS exchange account and then it worked!
However, when I add my gmail (google) account for Market, it stops working again.
Can anyone suggest a solution or a workaround to have both google and MS exchange work at the same time?
I have p7500 with XXKI1 fimware.

[Q] existing email accounts memorized

Hello,
I ONCE set up the hotmail account in the rezound using the built in mail app and choose hotmail. Needless to say i regret that. Verizonwireless sent me an email telling me that my account was set up successfully... WTF
That email account cannot be deleted without doing a factory reset.
Since i updated my ROM and when I go to set up new email accounts, it still finds this account again WTF
it says:
" we found existing email accounts Restore them by tapping on any account or tap add new "
I have looked high and lo to find out how this account is being memorized, but cannot.
Anyone know hot to delete this from re-appearing

Exchange mail configuration throws "Incorrect User Name or Password" error

Hi,
I am trying to configure my corporate (Exchange) email account on my Samsung Galaxy S3. I have tried more than 50 times and it always says 'Incorrect User Name or Password". I have verified my user name and Password and I am 100% sure that they were correct. I have tried entering every possible combination for the filed "Domain\Account Name", without any success.
On the other hand, I downloaded TouchDown and tried configuring same mail in it. It worked like a charm with the same corporate mail and same credentials. Not sure why the default android email client is failing to configure. Is this a bug in android default email client. If so, is there any work around possible? I am trying to figure this out for a long time and couldn't find any useful info in Google also.

log out from samsung account

when i tried to use samsung dive service , i tried to add samsung account "accounts and sync --- add account --- samsung account "but it keeps saying that the account is already existing
i checked it and i found that it is logged in via my google account
i want to log out this google account to use another account
but when i tried to delete this account it said that i must do factory reset ,,, you know it is overwhelming and i hate it
aint there a way to change this account

[Q] problems with signing in android mail agents

Hello. i believe greenify has caused trouble when I open my email agents ie Mymail and Mail.ru, because my outlook account keeps on asking for username and password and it cannot sign in anytime. I mistakenly selected them to be greenified last night.
I did remove agents from greenifying, reinstalled apps but did not work. Please help. Thanks
