Hi all
Any Exchange Email and Calendar for Oneplus X? I am using oxygen os. Can't find one that can work for both Exchange Email and Calendar.
In other phones, i have stock Exchange Email and Calendar apps which works flawlessly.
Thanks in advance.

mailwise is a good app. Or try nine. Both are good for exchange mail. And what's the problem with default google calendar? It works great.

it does. You just need to select in app, what you want to sync. I have been using it for so long.
I use Microsoft Outlook. It's free and works with both Exchange Email and Calendar and other Emails as well.

Not sure why i cannot for mailwise.
Outlook only can see the calendar within the outlook app, not other calendar app.
But i managed to find exchange apk and able to use gmail app for my 3 accounts (Gmail, Hotmail and Exchange) for both email and Calendar
Why not use Gmail and google agenda. Just go to gmail parameters, add your exchange account and it will ask you if you also want to sync your calendar and contacts.

Strange, I did not have to install any apk in order to install it. The option was already diven as a choice xhen setting up new gmail account.
Maybe the server side may differ.

First install Email2.1.apk.
Open Email.app
Setup exchange account.
Now, install CorpCal.apk.
After this, Defy should sync mail, contacts and calendar.
Does it sync google accounts or just corporate?

*Should* . My Defy only syncs contacts and Email. The calender does not sync at all. Any hints? Or do I need to replace the calender app as well?

Yeah. I did but the localization of "Coperate Calendar" is "Google Calender" if you happen to have german locales selected. I did not find the application on on the first tries. But many thanks it now works.
Maildroid
Why not use Maildroid. I found it to be excellent for corporate sync. Except for the Ads, but that OK.
Worked perfectly for me. Went back to blur just because I didn't like having two calendars, but if I get a ROM without Blur this is what I will use.
thnx a lot German Buddy
As I just found this thread:
For people interested, I posted some more detailed instructions on how to install the files here. The removal of the blured email app is not necessary, of course.
Hello,
first of all thanks for this solution, sounds promising. Nevertheless i have some problems:
I installed both files and could setup my exchange account (windows live) afterwards. It seems that it worked, at least there were no error messages, but my defy doesn't synchronize contacts anyway. A test mail has not been received too.
So what did i wrong?
Another question: Does the provided Calender App work with non-google calenders (windows live) too?
Edit: Ok, Push Mail and Contact Sync works now. Obviously there is no error message when you type in a wrong password.
Anyway: The Calender Sync doesn't work. Is this only for Google Calender?
Touchdown
Without the best app for corporate email, calendar, contacts and tasks. Completetely independant from built in apps, provides security, well laid out and plenty of options for alerting, signiture option and lots more
Hi to all of you!
I have a very fastidious problem : my gmail apk doesn't send email from one of my two account. If try to send the same email from the other account, I have no problem. Both of these accounts are gmail, of course. If I try to send the same email from the first account but by gmail site in the browser or from email stock apk instead the gmail one, everything works.
Gmail apk from this account works very well for everything except sending email, I have no problem with receiving or other things.
I am on Hyperdroid v7 but I had same problem on Criskelo or previous hyperdroid version.
Please, help me!

You can only have one Gmail account as your default with the stock gmail app. If you want to send an email from another gmail account from within the same app then you have to set it as the default if I'm not mistaken. The only workaround is to use a third party mail app that allows you to designate from which account you are sending the mail each time you hit send. If I'm wrong someone please correct me.
Use K9 or similar. Gmail app is rubbish.
I have solved for the moment deleting gmail data from settings.
I don't think I can't have more than one gmail account, I have two accounts right now.
I am going to try k9. Thanks!

just got my new S3 last night, pretty happy. However, I can't get FB events/birthdays to show up in the calendar like my previous Amaze did? There is no calendar option under the accounts and sync option for facebook?
Any ideas?
You have to add a "Facebook (for sync)" account (I don't if that's the correct translation, I don't have my phone in English), you don't even need to install the Facebook app. Then you need to allow the permissions it asks, if you reject or remove any of it, then it won't work.
Awesome! Thanks!
I'm getting events but no birthday?

The easiest way to do it is, go to facebook calendar on your browser, copy the export calendar link, add this link on your google calendar via web browser. Now when you go to your google calendars on your android, you will be presented with 2 new calendars facebook events and facebook birthdays.
Its very effective that way

I tried that and gave me the link was wrong. So i exported it as iCal and imported in good calendar. Worked like a charm.
One question though, every time i have a new event coming up or add a new friend on FB, i will have to re-export, am i right? because it doesn't auto update them.
The only way to keep updated is the app?
Thanks for your input guys
Hi,
Just trying out Themer
The unread email count seems only able to use my gmail, which isn't my primary account. Are there any plans (or settings I'm missing) to get it to use the mail app instead where I have my pop3 and exchange accounts set up?

Hi, for now Themer only supports Gmail accounts. Adding in the rest of stock mail accounts as well as other 3rd party email accounts is an immense task, but the development will start working on it once we have more resources

I was coming here to ask the same question, so thanks for the answer.
Has anyone managed to configure an exchange account with Gmail on the 690 LP ROM.
From a fresh install there isn't the option for adding the account.
I have tried removing the system gmail app and exchange2 apk and reinstalling the latest exchange services and the Gmail app from the Play Store.
The account configures fine after this, but only syncs the folders and not the emails. Then it force closes exchange services.
Has anyone got it working properly?
Thanks...
I'm using stock gmail app and email app and they work perfectly.

Hi,
My gmail accounts work great. Its just exchange emails that are the issue. Once exchange services is installed you get a third option!
The folders sync but the no emails arrive!

Are you adding a new Android user profile or just an email account from your existing profile?
Email account to existing account. Looking on Google doesn't bring much joy about Exchange services working on 5.0.2!
