I have been having big problems with my SM-G925F after rooting it. The phone randomly crashes while I am using it and then reboots, this happens about 5 times a day. I have unrooted it, tried custom roms (right now I am using XtreStoLite Deo Mod 2.4) Still it continues to do this. Sometimes before the phone freezes the sound disappears when I am listening to music, or it just crashes when switching between apps. I am new to this so all help would be really appreciated.
Do you guys have any ideas what could cause the problem? What are the possible solutions? I have already tried uninstalling unnecessary applications and booted it in safe mode. I also did a complete wipe and did a factory reset and went back to stock rom. Still no luck Thank you for helping me out!

Hello,
since yesterday my Galaxy S2 (summer 2011) started to act wierdly and I am trying to figure out what is the problem.
I was running the latest Sentinel ROM, and I found it "freezed". So I forced restart long pressing the power button. After the restart, I found it freezed again after some (short) time. It also freeze on the boot process.
Apparently in a random way.
So I tried from recovery a factory reset, full wipe, and reinstalling the ROM. Problem still present.
Today I tried logging with ADB logcat, but I can't figure out the issue from the log. I thought a problem with Mali driver shipped with the ROM, but actually it freezes sometime also on boot (so before loading the drivers)
I tried then to flash back the Samsumg original ROM (JB 4.1.2), which apllied nicely. However it freezes also with Sammie's ROM. Also on boot. By example I one time I got the black screen with the writing "Samsung Galaxy GT-9100" getting grey, with some horizonatl black lines. So frozen.
Flashed again with ODIN, again nicely, but it keeps on freezing on boot.
I am clueless. Could it be some issue with the battery? (it's the original, never replaced)
Any help or suggestion appreciated
Thanks
Update:
I tried to flash it back to GingerBread stock by Samsung with Odin. Applied nicely.
It still keeps on randomly hanging :-|
I'm facing a very weird issue with bootloops.
I'm running 4.3 stock on a Galaxy s3, rooted with twrp.
I did a battery pull because my phone was playing music in a meeting and I had to quickly disable it (maybe it wasn't such a good idea)
The weird thing now is that my phone boot loops repeatedly on the Samsung logo... But it gets closer and closer to starting up every time.... At some point you see the beginning of the launcher but it reboots again.... At a certain point it finally loads up
I've tried wiping cache and dalvik cache partitions but it does the same (it caches apps, reboots and caches a few more until after 20 min it's as startup)
I'm wondering if there's a good way to run a diagnostic or log to find out what's happening, how about ' adb catlog' ?
If anyone has any other suggestions or advice, I'd appreciate it.
By the way, it's not a hardware issue because when I did a wipe, the problem was gone, so I restored this nandroid backup and the problem persists

Basically after a little play around with my phone I decided to root it using Chainfire, which went absolutely fine. My first problem arose when I tried to flash twrp recovery which led to some weird screen whenever I tried entering recovery. I wanted to factory reset my phone (So I did it through the settings) and now on the phone setup it just sits on the software update screen saying it's checking for updates. Any ideas on how to solve this?
Get odin and reflash your stock rom from sammobile! I did that and keept all my apps and files nothing was gone! Good luck
I am using a Galaxy Note Lte (SHV-E160S) it was working slowly lately so decided to root it to improved it performance. After rooting i Installed an application called SYSTEM APPS REMOVER which help me remove some unwanted apps (like T-Store, S suggest and many other Korean apps) on my phone because i am not using them and they keep on using my data. After going through this process i decided to Factory Reset. Now comes the problem after successfully factory reset it. Went i got to the configuration of language stage the phone keep on freezing and the screen won't respond but the back and menu keys are all working perfectly. Guys i just wanted to ask is the anyway i can skip that stage or any help will be appreciated. Thank you
Hi, I would need your help, I bought this used tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 sm-t825 with latest update Android 9.0 Pie) a year ago, after a few months it started having problems with reboots and freezing. During its normal use, in charge and in stand-by, the tablet restarts and most of the time it enters the boot loop for a few minutes, while other times it only restarts and works immediately as it should for a while, sometimes days and sometimes a few minutes. I tried to do numerous factory resets, to reflash the original system with odin, to use the tweaked rom found here on xda and also to clear the cache several times, dalvik, etc ... but nothing worked, I don't think it depends on any app because sometimes the freeze also occurs during the first configuration screen. I have no more ideas on possible causes and solutions, so I ask for your help, hoping that someone can help me solve this strange problem, feel free to ask questions and comment, maybe it could also be useful to others, thanks.
I'm also having this issue, did you manage to find a solution?
I had to flash the latest update just to get my tablet booting and then it took me many attempts to get through the set up wizard.
Now the tablet boots and runs normally for about 5 minutes then restarts.
same here any fixes?
