I have Q Mobile Q400 Tablet but unfortunately it was attacked by the very powerful chines virus and my Tab got auto restart again & again i am very upset due to this, I rest my TAB through HARD BOOT but all in vain please share with me new ROM i.e. KIT KAT alongwith its installer/software please.

When you buy a Chinese built phone, you will most likely never see custom roms. It just isn't a popular phone and the hardware probably isn't well documented.

I have A116 which has been updated to Android 4.2.1. Now the model shows as A116i.
I want to install Microsoft Word but that needs Android 4.4+.
At the same time I want the phone to be locked/unrooted.
My question is after I update my phone with custom Android 4.4+ ROM, can I unroot that phone?
If yes, kindly help me with the whole process. I am completely new to it.
