GantryWorks is looking to partner with developers to innovate and create smartphone apps for users that mount their smartphone above their TV or computer monitor. GantryWorks is a designer of smartphone accessories. TellyMount by GantryWorks is a smartphone holder that positions a smartphone above a TV or computer monitor. The product is purely mechanical and has no electronic components. TellyMount was originally intended to allow users to video call on TV by first launching a video calling app on their phone (such as Skype) and then mirroring their phone to TV using Google Chromecast. By positioning the smartphone above the TV, TellyMount creates proper camera angle and eye contact with video callers. GantryWorks is now looking for additional apps, even if unrelated to video calling, that benefit by having a smartphone positioned above a TV or computer monitor. The nature of the partnership can be as simple as cross-promotion or, in certain cases, an investment. Interested parties should email [email protected] with their proposed app. For more information on TellyMount, visit gantryworks.com.

Hi
We are happy to announce, that we recently released a new Windows Phone app. The app is called Picturex, and allows any user to exchange pictures of an event (city trip, party, company gathering, ski weekend, etc.) in highest quality with his friends, family and acquaintances. Picturex is currently available for free on Windows Phone and Android, and we are working on respective versions for iOS and the web.
It's very simple: Once you created a free album (we call it PicEx), everyone you invite can join the PicEx and upload and download the pictures of his choice. Our app can also automatically identify pictures to upload them.

Announcing the Attopedia project: Put the world's knowledge on the back of your hand!
Here's a Wikipedia client for Android Wear. Although we have things like the Wear Internet Browser, I think that making information intuitive and easy to access on smart watches is going to take some experimenting with new user interface designs; current HTML5 pages aren't ready for 3-cm screens yet. So here I present a GridViewPager-based approach to browsing Wikipedia. Should be live on the Play Store in a few hours.
Would love to hear any feedback about this early release. In the spirit of free knowledge, this is being released as GPLv3.

Hi all, this app is being renamed to Attopedia.
Google Play Store banned my app the first time around because I used the Wikipedia logo (I wanted to give them enough credit ...)
But here it is, this time without the Wikimedia trademarks.

This is the reason why I got a Wear watch - this sort of innovative thinking. Really nice app.
Thanks! Awesome work

Each minute Smart Watches are becoming more popular, however, there has been no way to secure by locking screen. A developer made an app called Lockable it is available on xda-developers, with the provided app you can secure your android wear devices with different lock screens.
Android devices may be secured to a variety of methods - from a PIN-code to Face-Unlock. Individually Android Wear, however, offers no lock screen. But no worries this app allows you to lock your SmartWatch. The free version offers you to add personal swipe gestures and it can be bought via In-app purchase you can use then to various function such as expanding a PIN lock or an unlock pattern.
I personally find this application very interesting. What do you think guys? Leave your thoughts as comments.
Nice. It's more comfortable than standard. But I love analog watches and I don't want electronic like smartwatch
