Download both part of the rom and render to Sd card
Flash the kernel
Inestall part 1 and let boot the rom
Reboot to recovery and flash the part 2 and gapps and theme collection(if want)
Reboot and enjoy

I like the looks,but 4.4.2 was always unstable for me, i install a couple of apps and suddenly i get a black screen when I try to unlock the phone. Its on just the screen is black, but it isn't this roms fault. Can't wait for the z5s version. 4.4.4 performance + xperia looks, can't get any better than that on our devices

For solving black screen you must flash 4.0.4 build 587 and install this Rom again

Its ok, but cm11 generally has less battery life than earlier versions, for example ics. But the increase in speed is definitely worth it. I usually disable google services when I am not using them since they seem to dain the battery.

- what are google services. ? need to be disable for battery life, which cause no problem....?

is pending to disable ,can I disable these too...
