Titanium Backup is usually the go-to for backups on rooted devices.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.keramidas.TitaniumBackup&hl=en

Hi Friend,
Thanks for your reply.
I'm very sorry that I not explained clear in the first of beginning. What I want to know is the backup file can flash by TWRP (zip) or fastboot (img).
If you have a TWRP backup you can open recovery and use the 'Restore' button. If you have a Titanium Backup file, download the app, place the file into the folder TB is using, and restore. How you go about restoring depends entirely on where your backup file originated.

Thanks. Sounds easy enough. Will give that a try now
I don't think this belongs in the development section.

Hi,
I'm looking for an app that will backup my installed apps while preserving the app name and maybe the version number (if possible).
I've used many "backup" apps but they all backup the apps with weird names such as com.xxxxx.xxxx.xxxx.
If one of my apps is called "App2SD v1.2.3" then the backed up APK should have that as a file name. I don't mind if the version number is missing from the file name but it is an advantage if it is preserved.
Does anyone know of any apps or PC software that can backup installed apps and preserve original name?
Thanks
I found it: File Expert
Edit: File Explorer is buggy and won't save some apps. Does anyone know of any other apps?

Hmm... Sure you have a GT-I9100, and not an SGH-I777, or SGH-I727, or SGH-T989, or SPH-D710?

Root uninstaller. It'll also remove anything else you might not want. Swype, social hub etc.

No prob. I wanted to make sure you don't flash something to your phone that isn't meant for it, or otherwise follow directions for a device that isn't yours.

Internal storage only.
Hi. I need help with TWRP. I once flashed pure nexus ROM and ever since then I have been facing unusual options appearing in TWRP.
In short story, When I flashed pure nexus ROM then I saw that my TWRP recovery was auto deleted and recovery was set to stock android recovery. Being a noob, it was very hard for me to fix it. But eventually I did it. So, I installed latest TWRP and flashed Cosmic OS. While cleaning dalvik cache and other options, I began to see new options such as "AndroidSecure" "EPS" and so on.
I can post a picture of it. Anyways, please help rectify these problems.

If I do remember, androidSecure is a secure folder in the internal storage, however, don't touch any of these partitions at all

Continue using your phone normally. Just don't change or touch anything you don't know.
And another problem. Whenever I make backup of ROM and store in the SD card. And when I try to restore my backup it does not works. It just says sort of 'restore failed'.

You set the system read only. Check the settings of TWRP. You'll find it there. Only then you will be able to restore.

It did not work well. Upon flashing it gave an error "Zip file is corrupted". Not sure why it is happening. The download went well by the way.
