Introduction
Spectrum project is Oppo AOSP project, its an AOSP ROM with some color Os features like camera, gallery, maxx audio and off screen gestures...
This project is developed first for find7 and oppo is declared that no more Color OS development for find7.
So enjoy the pure AOSP with color os features...
Here are some things you need to know about this ROM:
Integrated ColorOS Features:
1. Screen-off Gestures:
Currently there are two supported screen-off gesture, double tap to wake up the phone and draw a circle to open the camera app. They are turned off by default, to use it please enable it in Settings -> Accessibility -> Screen-off gestures
2. ColorOS Camera
Currently the ColorOS camera is supporting the following plugins: Beautify, Filters, HDR, GIF, Double exposure and Expert Mode, for others we will continue working and try add them in the near future
Note: As we are using the stock Google photos app you cannot delete a photo you've just taken, to delete photos please open the Google photos app
3. MaxxAudio
The MaxxAudio is supported and turned on by default, to enable/disable it please go to Settings -> Sound & notification -> MaxxAudio
Some Difference With ColorOS:
1. Task Manager
To enable task manager please double tap the home button
2. Take a Screenshot
To take a screenshot please hold Power + Volume Down for 2 seconds

its not 100% pure AOSP, its from OPPO Official.
I compiled kernel for this ROM to work on OPO, but didnt modified kernel..
will make custom kernel for this ROM soon..
but it will take time...may be after next release

Don't know why but it's really buggy for me....opened color os camera and took a photo and when tried to take another photo the app crashed and error "couldn't connect to camera" appeared. With snapdragon camera too. Icons on statusbar are misaligned...battery icon is bigger than signal icon and the arrows of the signal are misaligned...
Dark theme option would be nice

@pradeepsmehra +1. the icons look ugly.Data activity indicators are not aligned properly. Wifi and network icons on the status bar shuffles while switching them and upon action of activity indicators.
Couldn't resist and tested it. This ROM is amazing. If you could fix NFC and fix the upside down rotation, I'm in. It does have 32 second slow shutter, so I think 64 could be added in a near future.
I want to suggest some changes and some features.
Can you add some kind of Theme Chooser like the CM one? That would be nice.
I can see this ROM becoming a big thing. Can you choose to let it be like non rooted? Since flashing SuperSu gives you root acces, I'd like to have this one unaltered, some apps detect root acces and don't work.
Can you add an option in settings similar to CyanogenMod to change buttons behaviour. I'm so used to the menu button being recents instead. Menu button does nothing useful in stock Lollipop.
Is there a boot animation we can add to change the Oppo logo? I know you can change a boot animation, but it would be nice to see a custom one where you know who is making this ROM possible. A custom Project Spectrum by Pmehra boot animation.

Bluetooth works. That's all I know.
What works:
-Boots :highfive:
-Normal navigation seems bug free, a LITTLE laggy sometimes.
-Deep Sleep works.
-WiFi (since Beta2)
-Mi Band paired successfully, so Bluetooth seems to work (at least up to a point, dunno about a2dp and stuff)
-Have not tested Mobile Data.
-Video playback (HW+) with MX Player works
-BTW, Goggle Now Launcher works.
-Limited RRO support (System apps like Settings, Dialer etc are too modified to be themed by existing Layers themes)
-Xposed Framework. Though I srsly doubt modules like GravityBox will work.

-Headphones do not work.
-High vibration intensity (Fix- Flash custom kernel like Stuxnet+ and use Kernel Adiutor to reduce vibrator intensity. I find 40% to be perfect)
-Flashed @BaNkS GApps from 04-28-15 (never had a problem with those), but Google Play Services continuous FCs
(I'm a super n00b; I flashed 5.1 GApps. , you need 5.0.x)
-Tapping a number in the Dialpad causes the Dialer to lag like crazy.
-Tapping flashlight shortcut in QS causes SystemUI FC.
-Sound Recorder FC'd when saving recording once.
-Capacitive keys vibrate when screen off. Menu and Back keys wake device.
-Just found phone in SoD after not checking a while.
-[Beta2+Stuxnet; dunno if it affects older version and/or stock kernel]
VERY slow charging (33 to 51% in about 45 minutes)
-Probably a LOT more.
-Keeps taking bug reports every now and then.
Cool/weird stuff:
-Sparse bootanimation, clean UI in Setup Wizard.
-Lockscreen looks good (reminds me of MIUI or IUNI) and has a nice charging animation.
-Double-tap anywhere to sleep on lockscreen. No DT2S on statusbar.
-Slide to left to go to Camera from lockscreen.
-QuickSettings is accessed with a pull-up from lower edge like iOS Control Center or IUNI QS.
-No power menu as such (no reboot options), a nice pull down to shut down a la iOS.
-Notifications: Swipe LEFT to dismiss, RIGHT to open.
-No easter egg?
-Swipe down on homescreen to search desktop apps.
-Swipe leftwards to lock an app in recents.
-More to come
Current Status: ALMOST BETA LEVEL FUNCTIONALITY
Not usable as daily driver, only due to no sound (you won't hear ringtone; can hear from in-call speaker just fine though). Flash for test purposes ONLY!

Its good
Its a mix between 5.1.1 and 5.0.1
should be since its s6 based
Ran it for a day, and I have to say nicely done!! Very smooth, not a lot of bugs like other port for s6. Couple bugs I manged to catch
1) locksreen only works with piping colors (water droplet it says)
•other 'sparking bubble' causes the screen to go dark and hard to unlock
2) can't turn any accessibility services on for any app because of talkback (screenshot might help)
3) smart mangers security has a bug
4) Spotify doesn't work. Closes itself as soon as you lauch the app.

Didn't really get a chance to test out theme/WiFi calling/edge features yet
Tomorrow I will mess around with those and also try xposed and give you feed back on it

easy fix for accessibility services is to go under language and setting and selecting google-text-speech.
-wifi calling like you said "does what it feels like" and I often get "poor wi-fi singal" eventhough i have great wifi connections.
-wasn't able to fix spoitfy on my own
-battery is good, kt kernel working well.
-auto bright is annoying but this app helps little bit (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.velis.auto.brightness&hl=en)
-camera "selective focus" doesn't work
-also take a look into play store, it will let you download apps bu highlighting them by not select app and go into em.
last thing i wasn't able to get xposed to work, trying to flash SDK and kept giving me SDK error: 22 expecting 20-21 (which 22 is 5.1.1)
Does It have the ims apn added to it? I've noticed (being im dependent on wifi calling) that when I lose signal at my house my about phone just shows im on the ims apn and text/calls work. I've been fantasizing about time to work on porting wifi calling to cm since I cant flash it because at my house I cant use the damn phone without wifi calling!

The rom was ported to the s5 for 5.0 meaning its a hybrid
Are there gonna be any updates to this? Like debloated or other changes? Just pondering weather I want to flash it. I don't use WiFi calling much so that's not as important to me

Once geti releaseshis new update im update with wifi calling fully working and yes im debloat it
im updating this with alot of mods
First of all i want to thank u about your great roms
Secondly I hope u will port s6 camera and fingerprint and wfcalling for us , I tried the original rom but the GPS was down and the battery drains fast maybe coz it is 5.1.1 I know from my experience that 5.0 have a better battery maybe battery tweaks will help .. best wishes for u sir
i am gonna hold off on putting a rom on my work phones.. just need one that is stable,, would prefer a 5.1.1 rom... should i just hold out? G900T 4.4.4 Unlocked BL currently.

I'm at work for another 2 hours, I'll have the camcorder saving fixed tonight as well as adding an h815 build.
Last thing I believe is just fixing that NFC wakelock, but it doesn't seem to kill the battery at all

-InCall proximity sensor not working,
-DT2W not working,
-Auto Brightness not working,
-Weather data losing after sometime by itself(i think it is losing when disable gps),
-Camera manuel focus not working,
-Audio distorsion while gaming(this fixed on cm : http://review.cyanogenmod.org/#/c/140237/)
New found bugs:
-No action while charging out of red notf.led.
-Incall speaker mode enable working but when i try to disable not working.

- nfc wakelock is fixed -- device will properly enter deep sleep now
- added low latency to fix audio distortion in games
- i really need to do some work on the camera, it's running like crap right now
i'm building h811/5 with the fixed nfc service wakelocks now
Tap to wake will be fixed as soon as I implement a power hal

Take your time brother, too many people expect a perfect rom from day one
Thanks @Gandalf you are great dev i think, CM13 released for a long time but it has bad performace for H815, your OMNI new and has great performance so i like this phone with AOSP again, RESPECT.

I fought a critical big for about a month -- turned out to be one stupid chunk we wrapped with a conditional that no one else did -_- now comes the easy fixes.

CM runs great, codeworkx and genesixx did a GREAT job with the bringup. I'm currently based on the cm kernel and device trees as you can see from the source links and checking omni's github, but I will be rebasing the kernel from scratch like I said above and implementing a few awesome things like cpuquiet (kernel thermal, no moar userspace thermal!)
CM working good i only compare with stock so i said bad , also thanks for CM maintainers. I look your source, I dont know why but I think OMNI response time better than CM, Thanks again for your hard work

Gcam is not working properly for exynos devices. exynos 9810 has very less support in Gcam.
But you can capture regular photos and videos.
if you want 100% bug free cam, try Gcam GO

GCam GO should come by default as I remember. But GCam doens't work 100% fine with Exynos9810. But I think, GCam GO is enough. You can try others GCam version, like ZGCam too.

Well, that would be your screen (Hardware, not software) issue, so it would be the same on any ROM I guess.

ok. i expected this. also my second question... there are two things that are stopping me form using elixir as daily driver. Face and eye lock features. also.. what resulotion is used on elixir> bcs u could choose on samsung oficial rom

Well, for your information.
I've dropped Elixir from Official Devices, but it has a new maintainer for it.
Elixir 1.5 has Face Unlock, but it hasn't been updated yet.
DerpFest has Face Unlock also.
But Eye Recognization(Iris Scanner) will never work on AOSP.
And Resolution, all AOSP that 9810 have using WQHD+ on OneUI.

yellow screen is a display hardware issue.
But there's a workaround to fix that.
1. Maximize your brightness to 100%
2. Enable Extra Dim from tiles
3. Enable Keep on after device restarts
4. Adjust brightness by changing the intensity.
Works perfectly for me!

I've dropped Elixir from Official Devices, but it has a new maintainer for it.
Elixir 1.5 has Face Unlock, but it hasn't been updated yet.
DerpFest has Face Unlock also.
But Eye Recognization(Iris Scanner) will never work on AOSP.
And Resolution, all AOSP that 9810 have using WQHD+ on OneUI.

No, N960U is Snapdragon, and this for Exynos only.
Try searching in xda Galaxy Note 9's Snapdragon threads.

1. Maximize your brightness to 100%
2. Enable Extra Dim from tiles
3. Enable Keep on after device restarts
4. Adjust brightness by changing the intensity.

it's a samsung's common fault in the 9 series and the 10 series. only fix is to replace your display

Aperture (Official LineageOS camera)
We don't support others camera and take care about stock camera app only but others should be work fine.

This turns out to be tricky, which is why I hope that someone with more time at hands can have a look and report back here.
From the LOS thread:
Camera Notes
ANX camera is not recomended and will most probably NOT work.
To get a fully working camera try one of the gcams here.
Do not forget to copy&load the associated xml file!
Official LOS uses oss camera service, so xml written for other custom roms might not work.
The gcams at the above link have modified xmls for LOS.

So far I have tried my previous favorite (NGCam v7.4.104-v2.0) that I have in use on ArrowOS 11 (last version with MIUI vendor), but it crashes as was to be expected due to the camera service as mentioned above.
I have also tried UltraCVM (v8.1 from the link above and v8.4.300.10u_ucvm from the GCam Hub) which worked with the provided config file, but unfortunately it does not seem to support a 3rd party gallery, I could not find out how to change camera lenses, and at one point while playing around with it, it just crashed.
So in the end I really would like to have a camera app that supports slow motion and time lapse video, 3rd party gallery, all the available lenses and runs stable.

Just read up on Aperture, and indeed makes sense and needs to be supported, but still, it does not have slow motion and time lapse video and I'm not sure about the use of lenses:

Not sure what that means and if this has been enabled for the two additional lenses that we have on the POCO X3 NFC. I guess this should be the selector that reads ".9 | .9 | 1" in the middle of the lower part of this screenshot:
But unfortunately this is not working as the lens selection (main, macro and wide angle) obviously isn't correctly configured (though there are no UI options for that):
The "1" seems to be the main lens, which is working.
The middle ".9" is not working at all (makes the picture freeze and something crashes, because also the UI keeps working, the camera picture does not recover), so this must be an invalid camera ID.
The left ".9" looks like main lens in black & white, so that's also an invalid camera ID because that lens is not supposed to be used on its own, but does its job in conjunction with the main camera for more depth (or something like that).
So the camera ID configuration needs to be corrected and the UI needs a proper camera labeling (so that you can see which of the three selectors is which lens).
There is also a picture of the settings menu, which looks differently from the one we have:
We don't have the photo stabilization and the the lower two video stabilization options.

All good except the camera issue. Aperture is just not good enough, though of course it makes sense as it's OSS. Haven't found the time to play with various Gcam versions and have been testing crDroid in the meantime (though that one is not to stay as the next version will be rebased to LOS as well and requires a clean flash).
