I have an MT6575 based device running Android 4.0.3. Its the Star B79M.
I want to dump the full ROM and install CWM.
Can you help me to dump the ROM for MT6575 and install CWM.

Star X26i uses the same mt6575 chip. I also have a STAR n800 which I have rooted , and flashed CWM.
1) Install the proper drivers in your PC
2) Root your phone using - TPSparkyroot and USB cable
3) Flash only -- repeat only CWM recovery image using SP Flashtools . Do not erase pre loader, uboot.bin etc.

Please can anybudy tell me that how to convert stock recovery into custom recovery through an android app using system files,is any android app avilable for this purpose (like mtkdroid tool for PC),or can I install the custom recovery of other device into my device with the combination of specifications? if yes then which kind of combination will required,like:Android version,screen resolution.which combination of specification will required? please tell me. can any expert create the custom recovery using stock rom of GFIVE G10 mini (android 4.4.2, mt6572, resolution=480x800)stock ROM easily available on needrom website

You should try kings root app. Or maybe you should try to search on forum about rooting in general.

I have download the TWRP file and successfully root my gionee A1 64 gb variant phone. then i download "buildprop editor" and delete "salestrack.gi" and salestrack.gi2. and remove that 4 number that is send sms from my phone using "builprop editor". sms sending problem is completely solved. but my navigation buttons & fingerprint scanner is not working.
what to do for navigation buttons & fingerprint issue now plz help.

I m using Gionee a1 plus, when ever I install BusyBox or any magisk module it is disappeared after reboot and I can't install expose. How to fix these issues,plz help.

Try manually patching boot image with magisk manager app and flashing it through fastboot...

You don't root it via
twrp OR any other mathod. SImply flash this image via fastboot command mention below
1) fastboot oem unlock
2) fastboot flash boot boot.img (boot.img link mention below)
3) fastboot reboot
After these command yout Gionee_A1 automatically erased all data which is stored in your mobile. Don't afraid , wait 5-7 min and mobile automatically booted after some time. Now install latest MagiskManager.apk and enjoy, your mobile now rooted.
This trick work properly 100% and your android does not brick or stuck in bootloop by this method.

Hello XDA android forum members!
I have a question (note:i am a noob on anything Android Dev--custom or OEM) about downloading,and flashing a TWRP or CWM recovery image for an Alps GT028 Samsung (S4,S5??) clone phone with MTK 6572 SoC ; I have seen other android forums that indicate I COULD flash MTK6572 compatible custom ROMS to samsung clone china phones:silly:but do not know whether there is a TWRP or CWM recovery for the aforementioned phone,and would like to know if such a compatible TWRP/CWM recovery for my generic (no current cell carrier!!)exists to download or would a generic Samsung specific TWRP/CWM recovery image work on my china phone????
