The development forums are for development related posts, not asking questions.
Your thread is misleading as there is no ? so you are implying "this is how to install official MM"...
If you read the general forms for the Official MM build from Verizon, you would realize that there isn't a KDZ available.
I have asked the moderators to move this to Q & A.

Root , unlock bootloader, install recovery, and pick a rom. U have quite a few options in roms. It depends on what you like, I like stock based so I used ArtMod

Wrong. Before using a 4.12< based ROM he/she needs to update to official 4.12 or flash teenybins patch http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2230994 using lgnpst. There are theads on lgnpst throughout the forum but if you need help finding them I will post links.

It's states in the update that you will not be able to downgrade that's to older versions of firmware including 5.0 and 4.4.3

Has anyone tried rooting it yet?
Sent from my SM-G900T using Tapatalk
So far running a lot better after upgrade. Turned back on all features I had to turn off prior to this upgrade with all the lag, and so far hell of a lot better. Hopefully this will continue to run better

Anyone know if it locked the bootloader?
Nope, Knox is still tripped
Sent from my SM-G900T using Tapatalk
So there should be no problem downgrading regardless of what the update information says.
Can anyone confirm that they could down grade
Sent from my SM-G925T using Tapatalk
I'll test it. Where can I find the version of firmware prior to the new one (FOG6) ??

For those who upgraded, did your baseband stay at OG6?
I have the Metropcs branded version of this, I updated it to the newest metro, and t mobile to test it out, I tried to go back to the baseband I started with, which was 4.4.2 and it would not, odin said it passed but it just started freezing at the samsung logo, I odin back to ob1 and it went right to it no problem.

Mine is F0J4
I downgraded to NE5 and then used Kies to upgrade. Now I'm on the right baseband.
I'm sure if we asked a dev to look into the update from the att variant they would be able to see what the att update did to fix the fingerprint issue right?T-Mobile should have this damn update by now

I posted a thread in the att variant area to see if someone could pull the update files for us http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-v10/orig-development/lmy47v-update-zip-file-kdz-t3263967
I'm on the LG V10 901h20j. It's rooted with SuperSU and the bootloader is already unlocked. I want to update to 20l without losing root.
Any info on how to do this would be much appreciated. Even if it's as small as a link. Anything would be helpful. I've come across a 2 options but would like to get some feedback before I go any further.
Thanks for any replies in advance.

Flash this in twrp, it does contain root.
It comes from this thread

I have been running this for many months now with no problems.

Do I have to flash the v20 p1 then p2?
I was reading that thread and it says p1 and p2 must match or I'll hard brick. I'm thinking cause I'm coming from 20j.
Thanks for your replies.

Sorry I forgot you were on 20j. Yes just make sure you're flashing 20l for both parts.

OK. Thank you. Have you tried the debloated one? Also what is the sd card fix?
Sent from my LG-H901 using Tapatalk
I don't use other people's debloated since I use apps that they don't. (I remove/ hide the ones I don't use myself, for a better systemless root) I'm not sure what the sd "hack" does, that thread talked about it months ago when that build was made so a search in that thread should find the info for you.
