Unfortunately there is no rom available for this current device. We're u able to get root on this device or did it just mess up on u? If u have a root method post do tell me cuz I just got the phone myself with no luck on rooting it

Hi there, Forgive me if there is a thread already for this. But I have a T-Mobile UK Motorola Atrix and i want to reinstall the firmware that came with the phone. I was unable to do a backup of the stock rom and Currently have a Stock French rom on the device. Is there a way to put the original rom on it and lock the bootloader?
Thanks Adam
Ill second this request too.

This is SBF file which will get your mobile to stock and also will lock your bootloader (it's not going to be locked again but it will remove "unlocked" from top left corner).
In order to use sbf files you need to download RDS lite and have moto drivers installed. (If you are already unlocked then you will have all this tools)
This is link to original thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1125944
REMEMBER this is an SBF file and it's not the safest way to go back to stock (but the best) and can brick your mobile if your pc is going to stop working/freeze/resboot while applying sbf...
Hope this help
P.S I did go back to stock this way and gave my phone for warranty without any problems.
I have a nandroid backup of my setup (2.2) would you like me to upload it?

This will only get you back to stock but you still will have "unlocked" on the top left corner. Just FYI
Thankyou
Thankyou for all your help I have the T-Mobile stock rom back on it now. I had to do a hard reset to make it work though. Just a note to anyone thinking of doing this. Does anyone know how to make the Atrix boot faster? It takes ages on the t-mobile screen. I have rooted it and was thinking of Freezing some parts of the OS but im a bit worried incase it messes up

i wouldnt bother, youd see a much bigger difference if you were using cm7 over one of the bloated moto roms boots super fast after first boot

I know this is a 4 months old threat.. but i need to send my at&t atrix to warranty and I have done anything possible on it..
Android version 2.3.6 and 4.5.141.. so I just have to flash .sfb file using RSD lite..? I've been reading and I don't want to hardbrick my phone..
I wanna make sure to do exactly what I have to.. if it got bricked well wtf but at least I did what I should..!!
Thks
t mobile
i have the t mobile uk 2.3.4 sbf save on pc
I really need the t-mobile uk sbf. How can I get it from you Ashley, can you upload it somewhere? thanks
did you ever upload the stock sbf file in the end because im looking for it aswell and all the links i find are dead :-s
Any help would be great
Hi, Can someone please re-upload the SBF from the start of this thread, I need to remove the unlocked and back to stock.
Thanks
I'll try and do it later this evening, check Sam Cripps Atrix Reboot Project thread at the top of this section, that's where I'll put it.
Done, it`s here http://samcripp.com/files/. I haven`t ever flashed this myself, but it`s straight from moto thro their updater SW so should be intact. I`m sure you`re aware there may be risks involved flashing an SBF, that said, enjoy!
Thanks.

I'm currently on Oranges I9300BVALE4 Firmware, is it possible to use Odin to flash I9300XXBLFB over it? I just want clarification before I do something which I don't know the outcome.
Thanks

If u don't no what u are doing I would not flash anything till u do if u still want to download the orange one first so anything go wrong u can flash bk
Sent from my GT-I9300 using xda premium
I know what I'm doing, I just want clarification that it works before finding out myself.
Whether it works is only dependend on the hardware (and thus name), not carrier or branded Rom.
If you're on i9300 or i9300T it will work, otherwise you need to go to the correct forum and follow their corresponding tutorial
In a similar vein, after a successful flash, can updates then occur automatically without the need for flashing every time new stock firmware becomes available? I ask because when I come to selling on, I don't want potential buyers put off because, let's face it, the majority of people don't understand the whole flashing thing and will run a mile.
Hello, i picked up the s4 yesterday from verizon. Well, stupid me, i updated it right when i got it not knowing that i would not be able to root.
Anyways, i know alot of developers are trying to find a bypass/etc.
Here are the questions i have!
Once they find a bypass and i can root, can i use this recovery?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2281367
If i flash cm10, once i root of course will i have to flash a kernal? If its not required i may want to, And would i flash it before or after i install cm10?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2305263
Kernel
http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2319243
Do you think the developers will be able to unlock the stupid bootloader?
And how many numbers on the flash counter will it take to come up with a triangle?
Thank you so much, sorry for all the questions!
Note-i am no noob with flashing/roms etc, i had a droid x2 and flashed every rom out there, samsung is a whole lot different with different kernels, the flash counter, etc!

U would be able to use any kernel just as long its for the s4 and for the rom u choose, I have tried just about all of them but always went back to the stock kernel for battery life. I've always flashed the kernel after the rom. As far as recovery I prefer twrp but when I used any aokp or aosp I used cwm. Really shouldn't make much difference. Hope I've helped u some.
Thanks

Nothing yet, I updated my new 32 gig s4 without knowing, once I found out I called Verizon and told them I was having data issues and they send me out another which will be activated and then pulling sim, rooting, and flashing. Hopefully they all haven't been updated.
If possible can someone point me in the right direction...? Ive read you can roll back but I can only find threads with explinations for rooted phones & my luck being the way it is got the G3 on the day the came out with 11C. Thanx in advance everyone & appreciate all the time put into this site
Either the kdz or tot approaches.

Note that these approaches use different flash tools, and you have to be careful to use the right drivers in your PC.
Once you return to 10b, you may want to root and turn off System Updates. There are some rumblings that lg may make it difficult in the future.

Thanx for your response, I found the thread on how to disable OTA's.. This is a noob question but after I roll back then root, do I need to install Bump!...? N do I have to unlock bootloader? If I no, would I need to unlock it to install G3 Xposed? I want to theme my G3 n having Verizon they went as far as taking out the ****ing Theme option but I got it anaways but u cant do anything really. Once I get a lil more experienced at this whole root thing I want to install custom roms n all that but unfortunalty I dont feel comfortable going that far yet & I just got this phone and dont have money to **** it up yet :silly:
Thanx for any help with this, its greatly appreciated & if theres a thread that woud explain the steps I would need to take and any additional details on them that would be great to get a link

You only need root for exposed. 'Bump'ing the bootloader allows you to install a custom recovery so you can flash ROMs and kernels, make nandroid backups, etc.
well there now guys and gals I did it, I OEM signed a prerooted custom rom and flashed it onto a locked bootloader device(LGL84VL Straight Talk LG Stylo 3) with LGUP and a modified lgl83bl dll. So I am seeking good hearted folks that think like me and believe we should actually own the things we pay for, and can help debug test etc im only looking at LG right now but im willing to share with the right people this method (if all OEMS are as sloppy as LG bootloaders and twrp is going to be a thing of the past) if someone else want to try another OEM its going to be a lot of work but I believe in the end it will pay out and the hard part is already taken care of Looking forward to hearing from you soon now im fricking exhausted been up over 2 days straight workin on this Goodnight yall much love and many blessings your way

Does it work? Did you get a working root this way? What could I do to get my hands on that file and try it out myself?

I got it to work with a few different models yes full root, im sorry i dont understand what you mean by "file" for each I had to uild a custom rom then RSA sign the firmware file.
I got an lg l84vl, been looking for any way to root or get my hands on a custom rom, I was wondering if you'd be able to share your ROM you've developed for it so I could flash it to my phone and try it out?
