hi guys im having a problem with my my new s6 edge. ilwhen i set telegram or other apps to show a us colors other than red green or blue for notifications, the notification indicator led cant make the colors correct and it blinks as a mixture of two ugly colors. is it normal ? or does your led indicator shows every color u want to ? thanks

I don't know about blinking speed, but I have a connected question and perhaps you can help me. My LED is blinking either white, red, blue, green and I am not sure what every color means, I didn't manage to map notifications to certain LED color. I have facebook messenger, whatsapp, 2 email accounts, sms and don't know which color means what.
Also, is there a way to map a certain color to a certain notification?

sorry, but my sgs3 is blinking blu color led when is missing sms,call or email, and red one when is in charging mode and green when is charged.. for orange i don't know,
i'm using omega rom,
at the moment in kernel is not supported mapping certain color to led notification for certain app...
Maybe are you using lightmanager.. some 3rd apps have more options, you can test it...

It IS a notification LED, I believe.
Not sure if it's an RGB LED but it changes to the following colours that I've seen on my phone:
White
Red
Yellow
Green
Cyan
Blue
Purple
Missed calls + texts shown by blue
My emails and Twitter notifications shown by green
My WhatsApp messages shown by purple
Really? You have an Xperia P? And are you using an App to control this LED?

Maybe on MIUI or CM LightFlow working fine
Guys, this may be a bizarre question but when do u get a yellow notification LED light ? Some people even claim to have seen blue notification light. I have only seen red and green lights. :crying:. I'm on stock ROM though

hey bro i've tried all rom avalaible for this phn i found tha mmx a311 sprts all 7 light but not in stock rom i've used miui & hibe the supports all led lights like blue cyan yellow violet white red green etc...

I use Lightflow for controlling the LED colors for my notifications. In the past, when orange was chosen as the LED color, it was displayed as yellow. I just noticed that, after installing the MHC19I release, the orange color is actually displayed by the notification LED. A pleasant surprise!
Yup, I use light manager pro and immediately noticed I can now have orange instead of a burnt yellow color!
I use Light manager pro too, and the blue is also more vibrant.
Just flashed latest 19I today and noticed that led is correctly showing colors that are set in xled for xposed

I have GravityBox Oreo installed and set some custom LED colours for certain apps. I have set a green LED for WhatsApp but the phone keeps mixing it with blue so that the LED is half blue, half green. For SMS messages it is set to white but it blinks white with blue and violet.
Any help would be awesome guys
I turned off settings in GravityBox for WhatsApp and the LED is now green. Probably it is intelligent and knows which color to use but I would like to set Cyan to Messenger, White for Messages and Orange for Tapatalk. Is there any good app or module for that?
