Hi all,
bought myself a shiny new Asus Memo Pad FHD 10 (x86, 2560 Atom cpu) a couple of weeks back and realized that it's a bit more picky when it comes to movie files than my other ARM devices.
Question here now is:
Does anyone know of a working x86 DTS plugin for Dice Player?
The FHD 10 has a 2500 series CPU (2560, SSE3) and a SGX-544MP2 GPU.
When loading the DTS plugin, Dice Player just crashes straight away for me.
Samsung will use the same Intel platform in their upcoming Galaxy 3 Tablets, it'll be interesting to see wheter x86 gets a little push in the Android sector.
Let me know what you think/know, thanks
I have the same problem. It would be great to know if someone found a solution.
Hello all!
Did some searching and found that the HKC P866A did not have a home. It is a cheap $60 tablet from walmart. I picked it up for my kids. Sadly its full of the Google Apps and no room for anything else.
It is running Android 4.1 and has some kind of Rockchip 30xx variant dual core cpu.
Not sure if this is the right spot.
Can I get some help rooting it?
Hi,
Sorry if this is the wrong place to but this, but I'm trying to find out if the Intel atom X5 Z8300 would handle photo editing software like lightroom?
Was looking at getting the Chuwi Hi10 or Teclast X98 Plus to help me do some photo editing whist I'm away from home.
If you can help or point me in the right direction it would be appreciated.
Thanks
Martin
Has Google developed an 8" tablet.....preferably with 3/4G ?
Hi,
I need to replace my Huawei T1 701w tablet as most of the apps will no longer update on Android 4. Can anyone recommend a cheap 7 inch tablet that is well supported on this forum? Something that maybe supported with custom ROMs for a little while? I only use it for watching media and light browsing. Are there currently custom ROMs for the Fire 7? This is one tablet I am considering but I would want to use it with stock Android rather than Amazons own version.
