Stock recovered but not sprint and no Hotspot settings. - Sprint LG G3

Here is my issue i was rooted fine with ZVB then when i reflashed with tot to upgrade to ZVC i no longer had the sprint splash screen and lost the setting to activate hotspotting. Tride a hotspot widget, still didnt work. I d/l 4 other tot files that said they were stock and still all of them have the LG splash and say LG on lock screen. Ive tried the ##update#, ##scrtn# and ##rtn#. None of those did anyrhing. Is there a real stock tot file or do i need to try a differnt dll file? Is there a flash file that will return me back with the sprint spark animation and put sprint back on the lock screen?
Just for the not i even went back to LS990ZV4. Same thon thu.
Any help wouln be nice. Tired flashin ron after rom tryin ti find the correct one.

[Q] Verizon Note 2 Radio/Modem not working after flash to stock

My GPS and Snapchat would never work correctly on almost any ROM I tried, so today I decided to go back to stock which I have done multiple times.
I used the root66 file that I used a few months back. It looked as if it worked but then wouldn't get passed the download screen. I then downloaded yet another stock file to restore it.
It then worked. Started fine. Everything looked GREAT..... BUT now it wont pick up signal. IT wont read my SIM card and the APN Verizon network is greyed out. Everything else is perfect. But what good is this phone if it cant pick up any signal?
Can someone PLEASE help me. Ive spent 6 hours trying to figure this out and cannot.
Now that you flashed that file, do a factory reset and you should be golden

Had the same thing happen to me. Clean the cahe in recovery mode. Then factory reset. It worked for me as well.

Not working here either ... One bad flash or missed wipe and it's
Clearing cache then factory reset isn't fixing it.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2077653 is the XDA fix to restore the IMEI but getting the right driver combo so I can get it onto my phone has been a serious pain in the neck ... been working on it for almost a week.
Here is exactly what I have and did.
Verizon Note 2 sch-i605 VRAMC3 build. This is completely stock never been rooted. Used Odin v3.07 and root66_VZW_stock_system.tar file. I did this on my windows xp sp3 PC. Here are a couple of screen shots before and after root. Now after I rooted, I did have to clear the cache and factory reset phone in recovery mode to get it to boot up. Make sure that you root the phone with Odin v3.07 and only have the PDA and f reset time checked. Ive made that mistake before myself. If that does not work, try flashing the complete stock Verizon ROM back to the phone. That will put the phone into its factory state, ie new out of the box. I always have a full non rooted stock copy just in case. The stock file is called Stock Verizon Note 2 I605VRAMC3_I605VZWAMC3_VZW. This is the most current build.
The 1st pic is before root, the 2nd pic is after root, the 3rd pic is of Odin finishing and shows what options are selected.
Notice the build number and android number are now different.
I'm having the same problem as well. What I did though was I installed phoenix 17 on my i605 like an idiot and realized it wasn't going to work so i went back to the rooted touchwhiz. However, I can't seem to get service no matter what I try. Could somebody post a link to the root66 download?
try to flash the file via odin: toltevzw_mj9_official_firmware.tar.md5 it works for me when i flash the stock 4.3 rom

[Q] Upgraded to KitKat, its not possible to go back to JellyBean??

From what ive read and understand, if you try to flash to 4.3 after already having upgraded to 4.4.2, you will brick your phone or it just wont work? Is this true or not, please help! IF you can flash to a previous OS, can anyone post a link on how to do it the right way or explain how to do this, preaze?
you should be able to flash the stock mj4 .tar thru ODIN once is flash you may get stock on boot screen, go into stock recovery and clear cache and reset data and reboot.
If this dont work you can flash KK .tar and be back at square one.
from what i understand you cant downgrade, it will brick it. But i wonder if you downgrade just the modem if it will have the same issue
no downgrade...........yet hopefully
If you try to flash the stock MJ4 ROM after upgrading to KK, your phone will do nothing but reboot over and over, going no farther than the Galaxy note 3 splash screen. You CAN downgrade just the modem without bricking the phone, but I will tell you that when I did, I lost Wi-Fi. I have had horrible signal strength and signal since moving to KK 4.4.2. Even worse, something I didn't find out until after going to KK, SMS blockers won't work. Apparently there is something with the default messaging app where a notification will get sent no matter what to the default messaging app. So you'll get two notifications. You'll get get one in the blocker program and one in the default messaging app. Way to go Google on not preparing devs better, fail. Anyway, here is a link to a thread where you can get the MJ4 and NAB modems as well as the engineering bootloader. The stock bootloader is there too, but I think merely for entertainment purposes lol Anywho, here's the link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=51165389 As I stated before, I lost Wi-Fi when I flashed MJ4. So just flash MJ4 first, then NAB, and you should see some........some improvement in signal strength.

Flashing back from a Pre Paid

Hey guys.... Hoping you can help with this issue I am having. I bought an s4 that was I believe was flashed to some pre paid carrier and I need to get it back to bone stock. Its definitely 110% a Verizon phone i545. I have downloaded 3 versions of odin and so many different stock files and pit files. Its on mk2 software. I have tried to flash and it just fails out each time. I'm assuming that its because it's flashed to a custom carrier. I have reset to factory settings via the phone itself and it shows a couple phone numbers in phone info if that helps. Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.
Edit: SOLVED
After many downloads and computer USB switching... I finally got it to work on my Mac using boot camp with windows 7. I changed my cable as a last resort and it flashed perfectly.

Finally flashed back to stock and got rid of the custom lock. Anyone know what "min" is in about phone and "my phone number" and why the 2 numbers do not match? I want to put my 4g Sim in but I don't want to have issues. I have another 4g Verizon phone and want to use this s4 as my backup and "play" phone. I used to have no issues before when I had my note2 switching back and forth.

Bricked, Need Help!

Ok, well I screwed this up pretty badly.
I was trying to accept the OTA, but I botched a system file replacement and got stuck at the red Verizon V.
I have a fairly recent Titanium backup, so I figured I'd flash the 23C .kdz and get back to stock that way. I used this file.

It seemed to have completed fine and rebooted, but now Im stuck at the LG boot logo.
What I do wrong? How do I fix?
EDIT: I realized I had to flash in CSE mode as opposed to normal mode, so I'm back up now.

Samsung s5 stuckat white t-mobile screen after flashing stock rom

So I was on a custom rom for a while and I decided to flash it back to stock to give the phone to my mom. However when I flash it back to stock PK1 (downloaded from sammobile and confirmed both the phone and file are for G900T) it doesnt go pst the white t-mobile screen. you can hear the chime for t-mobile but nothing more. It's weird because the stock recovery is on the phone instead of twrp and it works perfectly fine. If I put twrp back on and reflashed the custom rom (popwiz) the phone will boot fine. Anybody have any idea what it could be?
and RIP as soon as i post this thread the phone boots out of no where after days of hassle and struggle
this thread can be deleted. Sorry!
