I need to fix a friend's phone, could you suggest me wich rom and kernel to use? I have no idea.
Also is there any hope that this phone will see android 4 with cyanogen? Will the gpu support it'

I was just wondering what is the best one for the samsung fascinate.
By best, I mean stable. I don't care if its the newest or not, just the most stable rom with as few bugs as possible.

i am wanting to test the Siyah Dual boot, by dualbooting Pure ICS v7.2l and a decent miui rom.
but i have been googling miui roms for the SGS2 for about a day, but there seems to be so many different ones available.
i want a miui rom that has has the following:
Built on ICS
has Plenty of themes available
& is stable
Can anyone please tell me which miui rom has thoses features??
i have been looking for ages, but they all seem to be built on GB.
and would someone please be able to give me a link to the latest version??
And what is your views on Miui v4?? if miui v4 is the best, does anyone have a link to it

v4 doesnt supported themes at the moment. but driday is their usuall update day so maybe they fix that today

MIUI V4 are still on BETA and not 100% bugs free yet...
only few themes are currently supported for V4
I am currently using GB MIUI, working fine, very smooth, batterry friendly
Try them all until you find one you like. Given how easy it is to flash roms & backup/restore in CWM, you have no excuse for not doing so. Apart from laziness :-|
Adyscorpius has got a nice miui. I'm using miui sp V12 , dev is dragon. He will release probably next week a update. Both are on xda-developers.com

Hello folks! I just decided to let Omega roms for a bit and go for a FoxHound or a PACman rom.I recently read about bugs in the latest versions of FoxHound.Which do you tihink is the most stable version for now ?
Also for PACman,is there a alternative for the Camera that is not working when i try to take a shoot in the dark ?What would you suggest ? Stick with samsung roms or just go for aosp roms ?

I was searching Rom's and kernels to install in my phone and I found a lot of them. I installed cyanomogen 9.1 but it didn't work well. I had problem with play store and my contacts. Then I have installed ROM v1.4 and it works fine.
I know it very difficult to choose one because it depends what you want but... Which is is the best stable ROM and Kernel for installing?

OP there is no best or stable ROM/Kernel, it is whats best for you the individual...do some homework and then test at your time. Thanks.
