I have a HTC 728g Dual Sim and i want to root it.I've tried all rooting apps but none worked.
Can anyone help me how can i root this phone please?

I don't know how to do it.....my friend has the phone....he said that in developer options u have to enable bootloader unlock option....If I get the time will post the pic ......

Yeah i had already tick the option unlock bootloader BUT that does not unlock the bootloader lol

hi can any one post the link for unlocking st18i bootloader (paid) methord ive searched like mad but cant find it. My service menu says =no so thats the only way i can unlock. just removeing the sim lock won't work i dont think

just the bebranding flash or the sim unlock as well. will this deffanantly remove the block on my bootloader.

do you know a service that can unlock a Xperia T (LT30a) (from Rogers Canada) i have already sim unlocked it. but i would like to bootloader unlock it as well. but the service menu says its not allowed.

You should try asking in Xperia T section of xda-developers, you will have better luck there.

I try unlock my phone in 2 places they told me cannot unlock and give me refund

And go to..

Thanks for reply I know my bootloader is not possible unlock say allowed no
But what I ask is my phone is locked have *on network
I try unlock in different unlock places they refund say cannot unlock
Is any software to unlock?

Now this is what needs to be worked on...I spoke to Asus myself and told them the need to release it and let some good developers support this device because they sure haven't...:laugh:

i mean i want to unlock bootloader for htc for this i wil need to root and and then put apk and root it

http://www.htcdev.com/ this is what you need... But beware this if official method and you can just loose you wannanty if your phone is in warranty. Before hand install minimal adb ..... if you could have told me which phone you have it would have been better...

Root method for all htc devices is identical, provided htcdev supports an official bootloader unlock for your model. Just good how to root htc "your model" and pick the right result
