So, I'm making a modified stock rom for E2303 model. Debloated, deodexed, possibly pre-rooted, and some tweaks to the ROM. The problem is, that I don't know how to pre-root it. Will Android Kitchen method work? Also, I can't use PRF method, because I've already extracted the .ftf file. Thanks in advance.

Hello all. I decided to install Hybrom on my Xperia mini pro (sk17i) but i'm little confused at the moment and don't know what to do. I have installed CM 7.2.0 rom with FreeXperia kernel. If i want to install the Hybrom, i just need to flash stock firmware via flashtool, install Clockwork once again, then install some custom kernel like Rage and then install the rom? Or do something else? And do i need to relock the bootloader to flash stock firmware?
Install stock firmware, install kernel, install ROM. That's all. No relock needed. Custom kernel already includes Recovery so it is not needed.

And when i flash firmware, wipe is automatically done so i don't need to do it manually?

Flashing stock firmware - if you choose it in Flashtool, then yes.
Custom - no, you have to do it yourself before installing the ROM.

Thank you, I really appreciate your answer, but I have one last question. Does the firmware already include rom and kernel, or rom only? And do I have to install newer baseband to it to make the custom rom work?

Stock firmwares in .ftf file already include ROM and kernel both.
Most custom ROMs have their own custom kernel that you need to install yourself. Sometimes it is written in the topic as separate download link, sometimes it is included inside the .zip file, then you need to extract it and flash via fastboot. Check my tutorial, if you need help with it.
Baseband will depend on the custom ROM.
Hello
First of all, sorry about my noobness =\
I downloaded the Amestris Deodexer and deodexed a stock and rooted rom. I ran the deodexer immediately after a factory reset/wipe through the recovery, so I think is is safe to say that nothing has been tampered with. The deodexer generated a flashable .zip file, which is supposed to turn my stock odexed rom into a deodexed rom after being flashed.
My question is does the generated flashable .zip file need to be signed before it is flashed. If so, can someone kindly point me towards a thread where I can learn how to sign an app/zip file. Also, what exactly is it that is signed when it ... umm signed? All individual apps? The zip file? [I feel meganoobish now =\]
My intention is to deodex my stock rom, remove bloatware with the ROM_cleaner script. Then reodex the 'deodexed and unbloated' rom using the Amestris Odexer, because as per my limiter knowledge, odex roms are supposed to be faster then deodexed ones.
Thanks in advance.
there are arguments about whether the odex or deodex is better, but for the custom rom, it seems they're all deodexed, but do we need and can we odex them again?

yes it will change your firmware, and same goes if you reinstall the stock firmware,
a custom rom is a custom firmware in a installable zip file (flashable zip)
root is a file in your system which alows root access, stock firmware does not have this, custom roms(firmwarwes, systems) do but this depends on if the author included it

I don't think there is a pre-rooted kernel but we have pre-rooted stock roms for z2 and you can download and flash any kernel that is stock based (like elite kernel) and flash a pre-rooted firmware
