Hello xda yet again I bring you some small apps I've ported to (Any) devices ? (Only Tested on s5 Neo but should work on most devices)
This time. Huawei Mate S & Mate 8 was targeted as a victim
So far many apps isn't framework related which made things easier.
Note: ROOT ONLY!!! for now!

Don't want all apps? Remove the apps you don't want from zip and flash.

Hi,
How can you turn an app like this into apk that works on non-rooted phones?
I have a Xiaomi mi 5s that has a pressure sensitive display like the Mate S and I'd like to use the gallery app, that can enlarge the pictures by pressing on it hard. And I don't want to root my phone, because I loose features like Find my phone or mobile payment.
I'm not an expert in android development. I thought this would be a fun project to learn things.

Nice but has a few bugs. Wonder why it took a while for this to be posted..... Nice share buddy. Keep it up!
wp7 launcher is quite good and smooth. except need a little bit tweaking. wp8? mybe I just need to wait a little longer
need improvement
-very smooth and lite but lack of cutomization(cannot arrange tile like on launcher 7).
-some tile is overlap with other (eg. youtube tile ontop of gallery tile)
-application icon also have some resolution issue.
if this is fixed, i will surely use it as my default launcher.

we only have 3 column tiles visible on our 3 inch screen,
so wp8 launchers are not worth it
These guys here had success in installing the Pro (Tablet) version of Sketchbook Pro on their T-Mobile Galaxy Note 2:

However, you need root. I don't have root and was thinking on doing it like this:
1. Buy the Pro version on a tablet (I have a galaxy note 10.1 and it works great there)
2. Download and install Astro File Manager on Tabet
3. Go to Astro>Application Manager (on tablet)
4. Locate SketchBook Pro
5. Tap it and select "Back UP". It will create a copy of the of the apk.
6. Email, bluetooth, dropbox, etc, the apk to your Note 2
7. Locate with with Astro App on Note 2 and side load it.
But I haven't yet tried it. Has anybody? Note that this will not really be pirating as I already purchased a copy of the app on a tablet, but I don;t want to mess anything by sideloading an incompatible app to my very stable phone.
It will not harm your phone. Not so different than mobile version. Work well on our note 2.

Thanks for the encouragement note, but I tried last night and I got stuck on step # 5. The app is encrypted and won't let Astro backup the app, so I can't get the app out of my tablet to start with. The only reason I want the Pro version is for the additional brushes and the blur tool. The auto save feature is neat too.

I tried it on note 2. Works fine, except panels are too big. I was making it smaller with paranoidandroid app dpi changer, but it still looks ugly and inconvinient.
Maybe if you will change dpi with something else it will work. Heard on one forum that it works fine with Xposed App Settings. And it looks and feels very nicely.
On my sgn2 its inconvinient. Icons too big, and I dont have enough of workspace.
Everything else, for example Sketchbook ink works great on with changed dpi.

Sony will be rolling out the new music app to replace Walkman. Walkman will be renamed to MUSIC. The icon will change to a 'music note'. This is classed as beta but I've not experienced any problems with it at all. Just install as a normal apk. Backup your walkman app just incase you want to restore it or reinstall through play store.

what are the changes beside the re-branding?
There's a visualizer option in the player settings, not sure if that was an option before, can't remember lol. The settings are moved to left swipe menu, I think few visual changes on the player window too, like I said I can't really remember what the old one was like.

Got it in the play store. Walkman was one of the few sony apps I kept on my device. The update made me switch from Play Music to the Sony app. It works very well imho

Hi everyone!
I searched many places looking for a version of Eleven to work in my Pocket Neo running CM12.1, to no avail, so I decided to make one myself, one which works on low dpi devices like ours!
I just added a layout that fits in our screen, so it's not much great. And it has a couple bugs so feel free to send screenshots and report!
It works normally on other devices too, so no need to worry about installing it elsewhere
Known bugs
Theme engines: If the theme works, it will make the app crash when changing album background(that blurred parte). Although the theme most probably won't work.

I don't use AudioFX much so it's pretty unlikely I'll do it for now. Regarding Messages... What's really wrongly sized? It looked fine for me all along
