Hello all,
I got my Honor 5X (KIW-L21) some days ago. Great device so far, I'm just having trouble with ActiveSync and my calendar.
I'm using a Horde server (http://www.horde.org/), so far I never had problems with any device to sync email and calendars via ActiveSync. But when I'm syncing with the Honor 5X I don't see any calendar items on my device. Mail is working fine.
I just wanted to ask if maybe anybody else was experiencing this issue.
Regards,
Christian

Hi,
I have recently bought a HTC Hero in India and its simply awesome. For last 10 days i am going through various forums/posts online to find the best apps & workarounds for my phone.
The company I work for does not use Microsoft exchange server for mails/calendar instead uses its own imap server for mails/calendar.
I was wondering if any such app is available which can read my calendar events from that server and sync it to my phone calendar.
For mails, i am able to use IMAP/POP3 syncing capabilities of my phone.
Thanks a lot,
Akhil
So i have been experiencing horrible sync issues when i am trying to sync to my exchange 2003 account. I have synced this account with several other handsets (Android, iOS) and never had any issues. Email seems to work fine but it only seems to be syncing half of my exchange contacts.
Also, the calendar seems to sync fine but then i noticed that it keeps trying to sync my calendar even though there are no updates (seems like every minute). The end result is that it eats my battery and not trust worthy.
I am wondering if anyone else is having this problem. Unfortunately i have had to use touchdown since the sync is not reliable.
Anyone else have issues trying to sync contacts and calendar with a Exchange 2003 account.
Thanks

Seems like your Outlook is set to remove mail from the server.
Hey there,
I've got a question:
I've got several calendars at my mobile phone - including an exchange calendar from my job.
All calendars are available at my Google account and accessible via browser, except the one from my job. At the office, the Exchange prohibits publishing any calendars, but since I've got it available at my mobile phone: Is there a way to make the exchange calendar accessible via Google calendar at any browser?
An app which would automatically copy any changes from the exchange calendar into one of my Google calendars would be perfectly fine
So.. Does anybody got a trick or hint for me?
Thanks a lot in advance
Hendrik

Hi johnny, thanks for the hint but yes, I've already tested that one. At the end of the day, it just syncs a calendar at android with an exchange server (which I already accomplished via activesync) but the calender still isn't visible at my google account
Any other hints? ^^ Common guys, there has to be something out there
Hello, I just got my G5 today, and I'm having issues syncing my contacts from my Microsoft account. I'm coming from a Lumia 930.
I checked under accounts and sync, and contact sync is turned on, however none of my contacts from that account are syncing to the G5. Anyone able to offer some help on this? Thanks!
If your using the outlook app you need to enable sync from there.
