Flashes saying installing system update then restarts

My Elite is stuck i installed cwm long ago but i t wont boot... It alternates between the LG logo and an android with a spinning orb, it then vibrates and loops again. HELP!!!
After rooting my LG Optimus L9 P760, the phone reboots automatically.
I tried to factory reset by holding Volume Down + Home button + Power but the phone reboots now too.
And when tried to upgrade software using LG Software Uprade Tool, it just stuck on a screen:

while upgrading
I have waited the whole day, but it remains stuck on this.
Please, help me.

I have my LG P760 locked in switch on the LG logo.
I tried to update or fimware, but the update will stop on 50%.
How I can recover my phone?

Hello guys,
I have a LG e460 and it's stuck on a bootloop...the LG logo appears,it animates,then keep staying at that logo forever. I tried entering in recovery but it has no recovery because it shows me an android horizontaly down with a red triangle above him. I tired flashing another ROM with LG Flash Tool 2014 but my device it's shwon as Unknown on PC,even if i installed the drivers.
Can you help me with this?
