I Didnt Make That Projekt All Credits Goes to Paul From Ngemu Forumz This is a Pre Alpha
Tutorial if u want to change games go to app- folder then into the mupen folder than into roms , then delete mario.n64 but every rom that u got u need to rename it to mario.n64 or it wont work.
This Thread gonna be Updated By Me , if u want to do some changes here are the source codes and the test apk
UPDATE 15.09.2011
Now Added Virtual Gamepad to the screen by paulscode
paulscode said:
I decided to post an official build with the virtual gamepad, so folks can start testing it. I probably won't have time to make any updates or bug-fixes until I get back home (there are a couple known issues, see below)
Test APK (source code)
Test APK 2 (sort-order bug)
IMPORTANT: You will need to update the app data, because several changes were made, mainly to the button masks. If you do not update the app data, you will get weird behavior of random alternate buttons pressing when you are trying to press other buttons! In case anyone isn't familiar with how to do this, the easiest way to update the app data is to delete the folder app-data/paulscode.android.mupen64plus from your SDCard, The emulator's DataDownloader module will then automatically download the new data for you when you start the app.
Known Problems:
The first thing you will notice is that the hat image doesn't move. I purposely disabled this, because the call to "invalidate()", which tells the surface to redraw, was ridiculously slow and having a major hit on performance. I'll need to rethink how to redraw without requiring so much CPU power (possibly some kind of timed "redraw granularity" rather than redrawing on every touch event that involved the analog stick).
The second thing you will notice is that it is really easy to "drop" the analog stick if you slide your finger too far (while running forward, etc). I'll need to implement some type of "stick capture" logic.

Unsure if this has been posted before but by replacing the gta3.set in Android/com.rockstar.gta3 (I think that's correct) you get lights, shadows, blood, better rendering etc. There is no TouchPad specific version that ive seen but this one works. Backup your original just incase.
http://db.tt/CA4uhInX
After you replace it, start up the game and go into controls and move the virtual buttons back to their original positions as they get moved.
Again sorry if double post.
Thanks!
(I take no credit for the modified file)
didn't even know they had GTA for the TP. I'll be looking into this one for sure.
Yep in android market, you may have to tweak build prop for it to show or buy with a different device and side load.

but still no better graphics light i dont know the game is lighter more son and car shine!
but that's all the road etc doesn't change!
is this the ipad graphics paths?
made the game really laggy for me, im reverting back to before, thanks anyway though.
im running alpha 3.5 by the way.
Changed everything for me. Lights now work etc. I'm on 3.5 beta and of course it uses more resources this way. Be sure to kill any tasks before playing.

Thanks for the tip. Good find
Cool,thanks for the tip.Yay,blood! LOL
yeah it works
Thx love it!, and lags not so much! Seems alright no overclocking
Okay, after testing I had to revert to original .set file. The new .set file was causing my miui.us to crash randomly on it's own. At first I thought it was caused by my tweaking with overclocking, but even after I reversed those changes I would still randomly get booted out of miui. After I reverted the .set file the crashes stopped. Bummer. I really was digging the brighter graphics (and the blood, lol)-although it the game was noticeably more laggy.

Downloading. Will let you know in a little while
Thanks. Nice ROM. Icons in the status bar are blurry though. Apart from that, working fine for now.
Also, what file in the framework do I need to change to change the background that shows when we are in the Settings menu etc? Kinda obtrusive the default ones, so wanted to change them.
EDIT: Superuser is denying all apps root access, without any prompt showing up. Tried with both Titanium and Root Explorer.

The icons in the status bar look blurry because i did't have time to resize them.I promise that this will be fixed in future versions.
Maybe the problem with the su apk is caused by the kernel you are using.I never encountered such a problem when i run the tests but i was using my kernel instead.
Please, if you find any other bug, let me know...
Thanks in advance...

I am not familiar with the kernels available for mt11i because i do not own the device...
I can assure you though, that everything will run flawlessly if you use my kernel for mt11i:http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1496102
My friend uses this setup on his mt11i for about a week and no problem has risen...
Good rom.for instalations folows next step:
1.instal firmware .062
2.instal this kernel;http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1496102
3.enter in CWM and full wipe
4.instal hybrom v.15
5. 2 reboot
6.enter in CWM and wipe cache partition dalvik cache
7.enjoy
I'm going to flash it today, or at least tommorow, and see how the rom is rolling at neo v. Going to report back soon
Edit 1: Okey, I see I have 2 launchers installed at begining. So I'm able to chose which one I would like to use, and just uninstall the another one
Edit 2: A little feedback The picture of background in settings menu is not so good in my opinion, it would be nice if there would be an option that will replace the image as just black background.. And second, the lack of OC option on your kernel

If you want, you can install another stock based kernel with OC.The rom will work fine with it.You will never get OC from my kernel. It's a way of thinking.I do not see it as a disadvantage.
If you want you can install another theme and change the settings background.
Please give some feedback on some other important issues like stability, speed, smoother scrolling, better touchscreen responsiveness, etc in comparison with stock firmware...
By the way, the resize of the icons is almost ready and i will probably release a flashable zip with the fix soon enough...
regarding the kernel.... if we use kernel nightelf is not better then kernel 62???what i mean if i using nightelf kernel can i just flash the u're rom??????

Hybrom is built without a boot image, and it can be installed on an any stock based kernel.
The choice about what kernel you will install is up to you.I prefer kernels without overclocking.
In the end you will have more disadvantages from an overclocked kernel (overheating, instability) than advantages (speed)
I agree;i use boof kernel and everythings work perfect.

I always wondered how will Diezel's Sony Sketch font look on our large screens
p.s. that font is not used in SE logo, it's created later based on look of SE logo
SE logo was made just as a logo, it was drawn.
To be honest it's a bit thin Not sure if we(on android) can change size, formatting of fonts.

Looking forward to see that, as when using this rom I feel somehow strange, like things aren't properly sized
Also in sms, icon in upper right part, for new sms, is a bit to large. Same thing happened when I tried using conv. app from xperia S.

-stability, hm ok didn't experience any problem.
-speed, speed of each app is ok, but switching between apps is slow, I would say to slow. for example when i receive sms and pull down status bar, click on it, sometimes it need 2,3 second to switch to sms.
-smooth scrolling is ok (why just ok? well maybe didn't pay much attention to that )
-touchscreen responsiveness, well I noticed one annoying thing, usually on stock, when light turns off ->touchscreen is off, and you can wake your phone with only hard keys. In your rom you can wake phone even touching on (turned off)screen which lasts only 2-3 second after it turns off. That wouldn't be a big problem if not only you wake it up but you actually press something
Also I noticed low number of free ram, I guess it's because of launcher and maybe other stuff you used.

About sonysketch font:I really didn't know which of the two came first. The logo or the font...
Useful information.
About icon resizing:Icons in the SystemUI.apk are resized and a flashable zip containing the new resized SystemUI.apk is uploaded on the first page of this thread under the "USEFUL CWM FLASHABLE ZIPS" section(SystemUI.apk is the one responsible mostly for the icons in your status bar).Framework-res.apk is now under resizing and it's half done. One or two more apks. and everything will be o.k.
About conversations.apk:The icon (for new conversation) is like the one from xperia s because this is the xperia s conversations.apk.It has nothing to do with resizing...
About screen going off:The screen after about 20sec gets dimmer. It doesn't turn off.It turns off after 30 sec.In this 10sec interval you have the chance to fully wake your screen only by touching it.After the 30sec have passed you will have to press the (hard) home key to wake your screen.
About free ram:Please give me some numbers... (I already have improved this feature in the upcoming v16)
P.S. i do not own an mt11i,so testing is very hard (a friend of mine owns an mt11i,but i do not see him often). So, posts like the previous one, are very useful for me.Please give me some more feedback and i may be able to bring neohybrom at the levels of the original hybrom...

About screen, if you didn't changed levels, it should dim like stock, right? I know about that, but I'm not talking about that.
I'm talking that when screen goes off(really off, no dim) you can still wake up phone by touching screen.
About rams, hm, I moved back to stock, so can't check real numbers, but I remember after some time it gets down to ~70-80, it doesn't get freeup, and i didn't even used much apps, regular calls, sms, gtalk, 1-2 times browser.
only after I use one of those widgets from GO(sorry don't know name, as I don't use it usually) to kill apps, it only goes to ~130.
i have used themer for a week on my m8, but no matter what theme i set, there seems to be considerable lag when i am swithing between the menu and home screen. Also is the case if i close any app and go back to the menu, the launcher takes at least 3-4 secs to load... this is very annoying. I have also noticed that themer stays in the background and when i close it from the recent apps, it lags and reloads... i have switched back to sense since this is very annoying... Such beautiful themes out there, and i simply cant get em to work with fluidity...
BTW i have enough ram and i have rebooted my device as well, but nothing has worked. If devs can sort this out, it will be a brilliant launcher...

Hi kartoonz,
Sorry for the delay, we understand that there is some lag, so here is a quick fix:
1. Uninstall Themer.
2. Delete the /sdcard/MyColorScreen/ folder.
3. Reinstall Themer.
Also take note that a large update is coming this week which should also fix any lag issues.

Marco,
I actually tried themer on my m7, and every time I hit the home button it would blank the screen and sit on a loading wheel for a second or two, then go to the home screen. I do a lot of multi-tasking and bouncing around, so this led me to uninstall the app within the first day. I was rather bothered too because Themer is really awesome, and there are so many great looking "instant themes" that someone who's as fickle as me about how my phone looks really needs to have that kind of thing.
Can you speak to the lag/delay I got and if it was/will be fixed?

As Themer is still in beta, issues like lag are the hardest to fix. The way that Themer is designed, which is completely different to say Nova or Apex, means that our team often faces hurdles that no other launcher faces. Every update comes with new fixes, however we still need a few more weeks to iron out the lag.
That method I mentioned earlier is the best known fix to help with the lag, but hopefully soon there will be many more speed improvements. Sorry about that.

Followed the steps and now I can say that there's a 1 second delay when I press home sometimes.. I'd say so far about 10 percent of the time, which is monumentally better than it was. This means to me it's usable enough to enjoy your themes, so good work. I"m eager to see you make it even better. I wouldn't say you're finished the lag improvements but they're VERY significantly improved and I'll keep using themer while I watch to see what happens next
After a lot of hours here is the standalone radio widget. It works on stock launchers and tested on Next Launcher so I think it will work on other launchers.
It has been re-coded to work specifically using 180dpi but as I only have 1 unit which is 800x480 I can't test on other resolutions.
I have done it in 2 flavours, red and blue.
Install it as a normal app rather than move it over to system/apps.
I did test it installing it both ways and the power button (which was wonky to start with) seemed to want to work properly if installing as a normal app. The power button definitely works in Next Launcher (it switches on and off).
I can't make any guarantees that it is perfect but I will try and fix any problems that no doubt will arise.
