Hello everyone,
I've installed marshmellow to my Razr 910. After that I lost root access. So my question is, How can I root it again. Is there some special code for it or some root explodes works too. Also I heard about chainfire for root, does someone tried it on Razr?
Thanks.

root access is off default.
A couple of options to upgrade root
1. settings>about phone>tap on build number 7+ times, to enable Dev options>go back to Settings>Developer options>Root access>Apps and ADB
2. Install BETA-SuperSU-v2.49.zip in TWRP

have you rooted it? any news? I have 5580 and I'm also interested in rooting
It is already rooted in stock rom (JB 4.1.1 v1.03). Just install SU from android market and enjoy.
I tryed that and it said unable to install su binarys. Any ideas? Have you done the ota update?
Mine Prestigio 5880D came with ICS 4.0.4. Then I've tried app Root Checker and it said that device is rooted. After that I've upgraded from SD card to JB 4.1.1 v1.02 and tried again Root checker and to my joy it stay rooted. Installed SU and everything went fine. Last thing I've done is flashing OTA update to v1.03 which is minor update and everything stays as it was before.
Try using Root Checker to see if your device is rooted.
Does anyone here owns Prestigio PMP5770D? Anyone rooted it?
I tryied this method and it failed
Thanks in advance for answer and sorry for OT.

How to root PMP5880D: it is rooted in 1.0.1, BUT in 1.0.3(maybe in 1.0.2 too) it is LOCKED. So, just download archive with 1.0.1 firmware from prestigio.com/info/product/downloads?NODE_ID=120123130540324284&ITEM=120928084609891248 , inside this archive will be further instructions in pdf(installation from sd card). Needless to say, don't update this version, or you'll get locked again. (personal expirience)

You can root the u9202l-1 with SRS One Click Root. Click Root Device (all methods) and follow the steps. Not sure if it sticks after a factory reset but i hope to never ruin my phone that bad
I've no affiliation with SRS just happy i found a method that works (BTW mine is on ICS 4.0.4) with the Huawei u9202l-1

SRS one click root not working for my U9202L-1. I tried that method in the last week
using a old android phone
Did the software crash, run or just fail to root? SRS chose root exploit option 5 and I had to allow a restore ( nothing was deleted, but my wallpaper changed). My phone is working and all is well. Not sure where it fails for you.

Okey doke. You chose the smart root option and I chose the other one but it seems to have got to the same point.
At the point the last screen shot your phone should bring up a restore menu. If it doesn't you will need to setup a password by going to:
Settings - About phone - Advanced settings - Desktop backup password
Then re-run srs and when it gets to point 5 your phone should prompt to restore (mime did). Put the password in and a couple of phone rebooted later you should be rooted

Ok so if you want to root the LG G3 running 5.1.1 here's how.
Note: I am not responsible for what might happen to your phone by following this guide.
Also i don't know about carriers other than Verizon since i have a Verizon g3.
so if someone could confirm if this works on the others i will update this post to confirm.

KingRoot will root almost Any Android device with One Click! Do this at your own risk. This is a proprietary Chinese app with no source code released. Check app permissions before installing. If you aren't comfortable you can wait on a different root method for your exact device. This does not appear to be malicious.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
NOW TO THE GUIDE...
1. Go to google on your mobile and search king root and click on the kingroot website. ( NOTE: i can't post links outside of xda until I reach 10 posts.) I will update this with a link soon.
2. Download and install the kingroot app file. NOTE: Check allow apps from unkown sources in settings.
3. Once you have installed it, open the app and click root. NOTE: Click root anyway if you see it.
4. Now after that go to the play store and download root checker by jrummy.
5. After that just open the app and click verify root. You should be greeted with a root request screen. Just click yes and you're done!
Will this work for Verizon LG G3 running same software version?

Because it modifies the system partition files, the only way to return to stock so that it doesn't say "modified" is to reimage using the KDZ or TOT method.
This is not the instructions, now brush version number of 35b the kdz after you can direct access to root privileges? If so, it too good! Thank!!!

That should be it, just enable root on apps and adb. and check some apps that require root, like greenify and see if it works, if it doesn`t, maybe you need to root again. I personally never experienced root problems on CM, also you don`t need SuperSu on CM roms.
