I own a Galaxy S5 SM-G900V from Verizon. I stopped using the phone for sometime. The phone was working great before it was placed on in a drawer. I decided to give it away to somebody and now the touch screen function does not work at all. I already tried resetting the phone. I also wiped the cached but nothing changed. The phone has not been wet or anything like that. Please let me know any ideas and suggestions! Thanks.

I just bought Samsung Galaxy S II about two days ago. I got AT&T network. It was working perfectly....
When I turned of and turned on the device, the Status Bar suddenly crashed. A popout window occur saying,
Sorry!
The application Status Bar (process com.android.systemui) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.
then the only option was Force Close saying on the screen; I could not use even the Home, Back, Option keys.
I took out the simcard and when i turned on, still the same problem.
I took out the battery and put back in, still the same problem.
I could even factory reset the whole thing the Samsung Account is halting it. I was enetering the correct password..It kept saying Error Processing failed.
are there any ways to fix this problem?
thanks in advance!
this is making me upset. I like this phone a lot.

What you need to do is flash a new ROM to the device, the ROM has somehow become corrupted.. Go to Intratech's thread in the DEV section and download the latest 2.3.4 ROM and flash that using the instructions on his thread, all is well, its 99.999999999 a software problem the 0.0000000001 is because you never know

Thank you I will try it now!!!!!!
I see he has not packaged a 2.3.4 ROM yet so try this one, Its KF2 and is the best ROM after the new 2.3.4 ROM I was running this up to yesterday, and will be ok for you until you need to upgrade again later

I received the phone today, set it up, Svoice wasnt working properly - it could hear me but didnt do anything about it! Tried wiping data etc, but the only solution was to factory reset my phone, that did the trick!
Must have been a server problem today it's working perfectly
Hi all,
My son rooted ny Galaxy Note 2 (SGH-i317). After 3D Launcher crashed it, I tried the Galaxy Toolkit offered by mskip. It seemed to work well. I set the phone back to completely stock. (in the hopes of rooting again). But now I get these messages
a) google.process.gapps has stopped
b) Contacts has stopped
c) Gallery has stopped
When I try to dial a number the phone freezes after the first number then suts down. Contacts open in a plain black screen. At my wits end..ANY IDEAS from anyone will be greatly appreciated. I use this for work (NO my boss doesn't know yet)
Thank you

Hello, I'm using a Resurrection Remix ROM on my Samsung Galaxy S2, and everything works just fine, except a Snapchat. I've downloaded and installed it - fine, nothing wrong happened. But when I run that app, after few seconds my phone restarts just like that. Screen goes black, than the bootloader logo is showing up etc. The funny, or rather strange thing is that at the beginning, Snapchat app was just disappearing every time after restart. Now It's still in app drawer, but unfortunately I can't still get this to work. Do you guys have some idea why this happens? Or what can I do, to get rid of that restarts? Thanks from above for any answer
Regards

Did you happen to find a solution? I'm facing the same on my hammerhead when i start a video call on Snapchat.
Unfortunately - nope. I've abandoned my S2 some time ago. Wish u best luck though.
I have a stock ATT Note 4 which finally received the M update (yay!) except it kinda broke my gear s (boo!) Watch is working, as far as a watch goes, and still connects via bluetooth. However, I am not getting even one single notification for ANYTHING. I have not changed any settings. The only thing I've tried was a factory reset, which did nothing excpet lose my pedometer steps for today. Any clue? I really, REALLY miss getting those notifications...which is my primary use for my beloved Gear S. Please help!

This issue was solved by doing a factory reset on my watch. Oddly, it didn't start working properly until a couple hours later, but it does now give me notifications again! I hope this helps someone else that may be having the same problem.
