follow these steps:
1: copy the firmware into a SD card and insert the card into card slot on the unit
2: press the POWER button, at the same time insert a small pin into the hard reset hole to reset the unit( keep pressing the power button until the unit is reset)
3: the unit will go into update menu after reset
4: follow the instructions to complete the update

Is this mean that the SIm is locked and if it is, what can I do?
this probably means you don't have a recovery installed, check this page to do so..
follow install recovery and install custom rom parts
you should be fine!

you do not have a custom recovery image so i think you have to press the volume up and power but i am not sure so give it a try and you will get to the stock recovery

home button does nothing
I want to add, after reaching the triangle screen I tried touching the HOME button in the touch panel as stated on some sites but it does nothing for me.
Is there any way to hard reset/remove unlock pattern?
I flashed SBF file using RSDlite without success.

Back of phone says my IMEI# is 358758060877439
IMEI.info says I have SM-G935F but back of phone says I have a SM-G925W8
What happens if I try to install the wrong firmware (found here sammobile.com/firmwares/database/SM-G925W8/)
1) Remove your IMEI from your post. Someone could use it to make a clone of your phone.

3) Try doing a factory reset from stock recovery
i've downloaded form the official site of huawei an update for my phone which name is " KII-L21C636B130 "
this update contain 2 files which ends with .app
the first one which is the rom was 2.7 gb
and the second one was 1 kb
when i tried to flash the rom from a micro sd card , i couldn't
so i tried to flash the other file which was in a folder named as " CUSTOMIZE_HW_SPCSEAS "
my phone had turned to this
please any help because i have searched a lot for a solution and i couldn't find any
i want my phone back to it factory condition

Hello,
First of all I can say I'm a android application prgramer and full stack. Right now I got my car MCU firmware files. And I do not know if it is possible to edit it and save it. I want to fix some bugs and add new features or also update android, because it is on Android 4.2.2 API 17. For more details it is flashing like: all files put tu USB flash, then in car MCU connect from USB cabel and system detects it and tries to install. In install proccess all steps are in scatter....xml file. Ir goes step by step. Also I share what files I have.
