+1, but only those who has practically done it because we do not want our devices to be bricked
I tried both SuperSu 2.65 stable and 2.71 beta, both resulted in bootloop. But this is no problem, just reboot to recovery and install update-unsu http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=63615067
In this thread http://www.android-hilfe.de/thema/h...i-der-b330-final-marshmallow-firmware.763220/ i read it should work with 2.65 which is used by multitool. But it doesn't
SuperSU 2.62 with system-less mode works with B330 firmware. First i thought there is also a bootloop boot after 1 reboot all worked fine

You can't flash Xposed in EMUI. Well there is a modified stock ROM for our phone that you can flash Xposed with, I recommend that you flash a custom ROM first. Go try CM first for size.

I've installed Xposed on my L22 B360, there seems to be no problem. Go here and download xposed zip file for sdk23/arm64 version and flash it in TWRP. Then install the xposed installer apk to activate the modules. The first boot may take some time.

that you both of you for your prompt reply. i tried xposed-v86-sdk23-arm64 but it still stuck at boot logo while xposed-v85-sdk23-arm64 finally worked like a charm its may be because I'm at stock rom only.
also please enlighten me using about using CM a bit more. I'm pretty comfortable using custom roms but havn't tried CM yet. Which CM version should I try if this is my first hand on CM. Also would you please tell me about what benefits I can expect against my stock b360 ? and basically what are the pros and cons? . I'm sorry if its a very noob question.

CM is closer to stock android than EMUI with little customizations, so if u want stock android experience go for it.
There are CM12.1 and 13 for us. CM13 is official with nightlies and it has Fingerprint support too. Go for it.
I would say that CM13 is much smoother than EMUI B360. While battery backup may vary, the trend I found was B130>CM13>B360. All 3 of them had xposed+amplify+greenify installed. B360 has VoLTE support, so if u are using Jio then u get True Voice calls(tho there's not much difference). IMO there is little reason to stay on B360 other than VoLTE.

If you are in B360 right now, you can't flash custom ROMs. You need to downgrade to B350 or lower because it will bootloop.
You should try the latest nightly of CM.
The pros and cons will depend on your personal preferences.
CM is vanilla Android with some modifications for performance, while stock ROM is EMUI which has the looks of iOS.

well what I basically need is smoothest experience without lags and everything working and that includes VoLTE and .

All ROMs that we have are for all variants of this phone. Yes you'll lose VoLTE with B350 downgrade. Performance of custom ROMs vary from user to user because we have different app setup choices so it's important to try most of them. No problem buddy we are always here to help.

Like I said to @dexz via PM, a French friend has installed Elite kernel on a fresh L29C432B560 installation then installed PHH's superuser via Google Play. No bug for him but also no root. I think it could be due to our TWRP which isn't fully functional, at least in his case. In his case, a "Format data" was perhaps necessary to can install correctly this boot.
No.... No format data needed... Wait guyz... Let me check somethings more... It looks mate 8 has many more differences to P9 Lite.... Working on it.... Will post it ASAP,,,
Does someone successed to install magisk on his mate 10 ?
(Magisk is a systemless root. Magisk root is not visible by safetynet. So you can install netflix, use google pay, etc. with a rooted phone)
I have tried with the magisk manager on rooted rom => failed
I have tried with the zip file (we can do that with a modified recovery but it's annoying) => failed
I have tried with adb and fastboot to generate a flashable boot.img => bootloop
Someone have an idea for Magisk ?
I'm guessing Huawei disabled Loop device support for all Oreo firmware (doesn't work on Mate 9 Oreo either), regardless of device. You could build your own kernel using mate 10 kernel source and enable loop devices.
Magisk need loop support to install. SuperSU can do system-install as well so it will install even if loop devices are disabled (need to edit so it finds RAMDISK instead of BOOT).
I sucessfully installed magisk on mine using this method:

I had, the problem is that when googling it, this post comes first with a bunch of other non-relevant results (Magisk for mate 10 pro).
I wasted a lot of time trying to adapt the mate 10 pro method to the mate 10 (but couldn't find a stock ramdisk image for my mate 10).
So to save time for people coming after me, I thought it would be good to point them directly to the right thread.

Get TWRP and flash latest magisk beta
For many people hwota method or so didn't work, don't ask me why. But flashing TWRP, even though hwota should work then too and then flashing magisk beta zip works fine.
But if someone wants to flash an OTA, be sure to flash back ramdisk_recovery

9.0 0.46 is the latest beta for our model (COL-L29). But watch out, it is a pain to rollback to Oreo if you don't like it ..
BTW, don't be fooled by the installation process, we do not have sdcard slot... I personally tried through 3rd party website to update, but I rolled back few days after (lot of problem, like no compatible TWRP (no data decryption))

Indian Honor 10 have a custom Emui , you have to wait for some more time then the normal Emui users.
But good new is that Emui 9.0 is also launched for Indian Users too, you will get beta in some days . Might be between 20 to 31 Oct . For good news see this link.

Is this version legit? I'm on a brand new stock Honor 10 so I missed the Android Pie Beta.
Can I install it without any trouble using the dload method?
Are there huge bugs?
Is the battery life as good as it is in Android 8.1?

Might be a shop room. Got one from AliExpress and was unlocked so loaded xiaomi.eu on myself. If it says MIUI Global in the about section. Don't do anything until you have flashed China stable or xiaomi.eu

There are some text issues with the xiaomi.eu tools (their built-in tweaking tools), which doesn't affect functionality.
Then, there is the widely-reported issues of the Power app crashing whenever you're installing an app. You can read similar reports at xiaomi.eu forum.

I am a total newbie at this. How do I install this Rom, please? Is it very technical or straightforward?
Thanks
Hi installed the latest January release, and it seems like double tap to wake and raise to wake is missing?
I'm sorry but this is a multi-languages ROM, isn't it?
As I saw its name has a "CN" inside: "xiaomi.eu_multi_MIPAD4_V10.2.1.0.ODJCNXM_v10-8.1
I wonder if I flash this ROM, it will be back stock ROM with China apps, no Google Play and only Chinese and English languages
Please help to answer!
Thank you so much!
Hello. I decided to use eu-rom since magnetic cover does not work on the other custom rom.
On the rom I encountered that system partition does not allow "write", but read-only even I rooted with magisk and I use ES explorer or root explorer to modify the system file.
The purpose of changing system file is I like to use my favorite font on the device.
Is there any solution and why it does not allow the change?
When I install a custom rom like hovoc, permission is granted and I can change the font, but magnetic cover does not work....
I appreciate your advice to solve the problem.

Thank you @Camerado. Please help a little bit more about my second part: this ROM will cut China apps and Google Play available, right?

Yep.
10.3.1.0 rom can't download app in playstore always waiting network. Especially if connected to mobile hotspot. Maybe the problem from downloadProvider ?
10.3.1 installed, but no root anymore.
Magisk 19.1 install is failing from the Magisk manager app :
"unpacking boot image
unsupported/unknown image format
installation failed"
How to get root access with this ROM version ?
Edit : it worked when installing from TWRP
