Installation Instructions
To avoid issues with enabling/disabling WiFi, you need to be running a suitable modem from Motorola's 5.1 release or newer. Modems for various models can be found in the modems thread by @EB20XY.
Installation is simple and follows the same basic procedure as any other source built custom ROM.
Boot into TWRP
Wipe system, data, cache, and dalvik
Flash the ROM, then GApps
Reboot
For GApps, many options may work. I've usually had success with OpenGApps, but I've also tried BaNkS in the past. When upgrading from a previous CM13 build, dirty flashing without any wiping usually works fine.
Thanks @squid2 for your awesome work and support
Thanks! CM13 for surnia is back to life
March 5th Release
The main change in this build is that I've updated the camera drivers to those of the Asian Marshmallow release. This camera driver update required changes at the kernel level too. If you want to use my "Squid Kernel", you will need to use the new r15c version (that I'll be releasing shortly).

Hello @squid2. I have question. In this Rom you use your kernel r15c? Thanks for answer.
hallo guys, i have a problem. i have this baseband: M8916_200610.10.02.58.18R SURNIA_EMEA_CUST
I need to update in order to install the CM13 ?
which file should I use ?
i was looking at installing this but the usb connection on my phone is gone...is it possible to flash the modem files in twrp or something like that?
@up
This rom uses cm-13.0 kernel. If you want some additional kernel features, then flash Squid kernel.
@squid2
I still have problem with feedback vibration strength. It can be changed in Settings/Kernel Adiutor, but its only changes vibration for calls/messages, not UI feedback. For example, when touching navigation bar, vibration is 2x higher than on Lollipop, what is uncomfortable. Do you know any solution for this? In cm13 on Moto G2 vibration is fine.

The UI feedback vibrations are configured within overlays in the device tree. We are currently using the same configuration on all devices. I hadn't noticed it until you pointed it out, but yes, the vibration settings being used are heavier than the surnia stock ROM defaults. I personally don't mind the heavy haptic feedback and I always found my aunt's titan's haptic feedback to be too light for my taste. But if a lot of you don't like the current level of haptic feedback, I can make the configuration device specific and match the surnia stock ROM.
@squid2
I will be grateful if you make vibration patterns device-specific and same as stock.

You can record at high frame rates using the Motorola camera app. However, the recordings play at full speed when viewed through the gallery.
Can anyone confirm if this will work for the XT1526 Boost Mobile (Sprint) version of this device?
Thanks.

I am using it now, seems to work just fine. Go grab the mvno slayer flashable zip from the moto e 2015 CDMA development side of this site and flash it after this ROM and everything will be all good for you.
Edit: one thing I found with this ROM, never had this problem before ever. I go into adaway, go to my whitelist, click on import, find my whitelist.text and click on it.. Then adaway crashes every time. Do you have any idea why?
Edit, again: I fixed the adaway issue. It was an oversight on my part, I had to press the 3 dot icon inside the import lists window and click on show SD card. The file was on my phone when it wasn't working, but whatever its fixed now lol.
I've now been using this new build nearly 24 hours.
Super slick and very very stable, no issues to report what so ever.
I'm using the new squid kernel r15c but I haven't flashed a newer 5.1 modem/baseband on my UK XT1524, I have never touched the modem/base band its still the original 5.0.2 that it was purchased with, all marshmallow/6.0.1 ROMs I've tried recently have all worked flawlessly, including telephone and WiFi.
Whilst it works so well, I'm leaving modem and baseband well alone (just being super cautious, not deliberately going against the devs instructions)
Super job!

You will get a roboot soon or later if you are still in baseband 5.0.2.
I know because i did the same thing and i though it was rock solid but after 2 days or so i got a reboot while typing a message in whatsapp and another while turnining on the WIFI.
It was all solved after flashing the 5.1 baseband, no problems whatsoever.
Awesome! I was hoping squid2 would bring CM13 back for us ?

ABOUT THE GALAXY ALPHA CM-13.0 PROJECT
I'm working on getting CyanogenMod working on the Galaxy Alpha since October 2014. This ROM is not complete. There are still features which are not fully working and there are for sure things which need bugfixing. Please check the Known Bugs section before reporting issues.
I work on this project for FREE and putting in a lot of hours into it. A small donation would help to buy better tools to improve the development some day.
RECOVERY
To be able to install the ROM you need a recovery. I suggest to use my TWRP Recovery build. You can find it here.
BACKUP
Before installing the ROM you should create backups. The most important backup is to create one of the EFS partition and store it on safe place on your computer. If something goes wrong you need to restore this partition. It holds information about your device, like the MAC address for your wifi and information for the radio.
DOWNLOAD
You are storing very sensitive information on your phone. You always have to be careful what ROMs you flash and whom you trust. If you don't trust me then don't use my ROM or compile it from source by yourself.
The ROM will be gpg signed with my key 0xCC014E3D. You can verify the ROM with 'gpg --verify cm-12.1-20150901-UNOFFICIAL-slte-beta1.zip.asc '.
Detailed information and instruction for Windows can be found here.
Download BETA
FLASHING THE ROM
As this is a Marshmellow (Android 6) based ROM you need to flash sboot (bootloader) and the modem image from one of the latest LL releases. Or install a LL ROM via the Samsung update option. You can find the latest stock ROM here. Suggested modem version is: G850FXXU2COK6 or newer
I suggest to put the ROM on a USB disk and use a USB OTG cable to flash the ROM. It is also possible to put it on the emulated sdcard and flash it from there.
GAPPS
I suggest to use Open GAPPS.

noticed, it must be working for them. Therefore, either you are doing something

Yo Modpunk congrats on getting this far! Now people will at least ***** less about when CM13 will be out lol
Quick question.. If I have your newest CM12.1 ROM installed, will there be any issues installing CM13 through that or do I still need to flash something beforehand? My phones modem version shows as G850FXXU1COF1, dunno if that's a newer or older version :3
hello i just put your rom on my alpha , everything works , the GPS sets slowly , the echo when you put the speaker in a conversation . but this is resolved by lowering the sound. renault car kit works it's great. for a first it's very positive I congratulate you .
Thanks a lot @modpunk
for all that just need the modem.bin of the latest Firmware..
to flash via ODIN (CP)
http://workupload.com/file/YbEVuPZB
as it's the same Baseband but should probably work for flashing:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=64434686 this one can be used
Best,
Blubberor
Thanks Blubberor, but did you mean to flash it with ODIN (CP)? Because CSC doesn't let me choose bin files

Yes I experienced this but you can easily install any camera app. Otherwise the Rom in comparison to resurrection is less laggy with buttery smooth transitions. Best rom till now!

There is no need to install SuperSU. Root privileges is part of the Privacy Guard. So why do you need SuperSU? AFWall+ works just fine for me with root access ...

Hmm, I didn't think to think that being a secondary could be the reason WiFi doesn't work for me either. I doubt it but ya never know.
WiFi is the last main piece not working. Everything else seems pretty good.

Definitely NOT multirom related.
I installed the ROM (4th of november release) twice as a singular ROM on my spare G3.
The wifi works fine upon install but after a while, and at least 2 reboots...
It stops working all together.
I manage to screnshot the error.
Unfortunately the forum doors not allow the upload of media (for regular users like myself).
"Failed to save network" is the error.
Sent from my LG-V500 using Tapatalk
Thanks @DTTR for the confirmation.
Hmm, not sure why you can't upload pics. You're a senior member and been around awhile. Should be able to post pics. Probably a temporary XDA or Tapatalk glitch. I couldn't do the same not too long ago.
ZTE Axon 7 A2017U, Dark ROM, Tapatalk 4.9.5
So, I installed the 7.11 release.
One reboot (intentional). The WiFi disconnected and never auto-conected. I had to go into settings and toggle the WiFi.
Now. About the crDroid 4 thread.
The 3.X thread stated whether the ROM was rooted or not. Maybe it's worth mentioning in the first post that the ROM is not rooted.
Now about ROM requests.
I would really like to have the Clear all button on Recent apps down, not up...
Meanwhile I'm accommodating with O.
I'm still a M guy. My main G3 runs on stock M rooted with lots of Tasker profiles which do not run on N and O.
Good job crDroid team!
Sent from my LG-D855 using Tapatalk
I've been testing the ROM for almost 3 days, with the first install the ROM was feeling laggy and the phone was a little hotter, but I wiped everything and now it feels smoother.
WiFi and data works good, haven't had a single disconnect issue so far. GPS is working great. I am using Footej and it really helps to improve camera resolution.
I haven't been able to test a fully charged round of battery, but I feel battery life is comparable to crDroid 7.
I may have been experiencing some LOS bugs but the ROM feels pretty stable for daily use, the only thing is not working for me is ADB over USB, I have been using it over network but that is not secure.
Overall, great work firebird11, I bet that with those bugs fixed this ROM will become pretty solid.
Thanks for the effort and time put in this.
In D851 the WiFi does not turn on, the MAC stays 00: 20: 00: 00: 00: 00
Great work thanks for the ROM
Got a very minor big on the lockscreen.
# Swipe on the lockscreen to bring up the pattern screen (or any screen I think)
# Press the back button.
Instead of going back to the swipe lockscreen the screen is now completely blank (just your wallpaper).

TeamHorizon's XenonHD rom builds for Google pixel xl marlin
http://www.xenonhd.com/
XenonHD is a custom firmware aka ROM for various Android devices. It is based on LineageOS 15.1 with additional features, performance and battery life improvements.
The idea behind XenonHD is to give users a ROM that is "blazing fast, rock stable and buttery smooth".
Important Info
To flash this rom you need TWRP version 3.2.0-0. Newer versions will not work.
This rom is based on the stock oreo 8.1 OPM1.171019.016 February 2018 rom from google. The instructions below assume your device is already on that rom. This is important because your device needs to have the vendor, radio, bootloader, and other img's from that rom. So, if you need to, flash the OPM1.171019.016 stock rom first. https://developers.google.com/android/images#marlin
Instructions
IMPORTANT NOTE: Twrp version 3.2.0-0 can't decrypt data if it's secured with pin, password, etc. So, before you begin go to lockscreen security settings and change it to 'none' or 'swipe'.
1. boot into twrp and wipe data, system, and dalvik/art cache
2. flash rom zip
3. flash twrp 3.2.0-0 zip
4. reboot -> recovery (this will reboot you into the other slot)
5. flash stock vendor img
6. mount -> vendor, then open the file manager and delete the /vendor/overlay folder
7. flash gapps zip (optional)
Reboot & enjoy.
If you have a issue with magisk latest install 15.0 first and then update some people are complaining of random reboots which they believe are magisk relate. Works fine for me though. To each their own I guess
I do not I repeat I do not (add support for Xposed issues ) I personally have used Xposed for testing purposes for this rom ,and it works fine but if you encounter issues do not complain as mods, kernels and other crap dont require me to offer me support for. Only rom issues

Installed and running smooth. Is there an advanced reboot menu? Just want to make sure I'm not missing it. Other than that, everything looks great so far.

Things will remain stock for now cool chain is clang 4.9. I'm working on a custom kernel but as far as that goes it might be added soon it might not. I had to fix some tags in my trees and recompile to meet team standards. I will not be hosting privately as that isent allowed so from here on out all builds will be hosted by xenon team

FAQ about Firmware
Heya people!
Just a heads up, that we are moving to Stock Oreo's firmware, so it's better that you update to it for the upcoming Pie Roms.
Nick (GtrCraft) has already released a new GZOSP Pie build with the change (and i hope upcoming roms too) and has also made a specific zip for those who wanna update FP Firmware without going full stock.

Using the ROM for more than 8 hours now without any issues. Bluetooth working fine with no drops in music playback on Bluetooth speaker. I am using the gcam minimal mod provided in arrow os FAQ. It is working properly too. Portrait mode is working. Flashed Magisk and Google pay app is working. Testing battery life, seems to be better than Pixel experience Oct Build till now. Turbocharging supported too.
Overall the ROM seems awesome. Thanks a lot developer for the hardwork. I will revert back if I find an issue. :good:
Been waiting for this?
One concern I have is the move to Oreo firmware. Those who have no imei, the latest Oreo firmware kills our networks. We have to use soak test 1 firmware only.

Performance wise there arent any single issues. But yes i have tested the battery for 1 day now and it's average. Better than Oct build of PE but certainly not the best. Haven't tried any other kernel till now. Added battery stats in screenshot.

What pie ROM got best battery performance for you?
Are you able to run Snapchat on this natively (so does this pass Safetynet) or do you need to install Magisk?
How's the performance/RAM management of this compared to Arrow? I'm running Arrow Oreo right now and am having problems with my only 2gb RAM.
Not able to record videos using moto cam. Is it a bug or is it not working only for me??

I don't use snapchat and you need Magisk to pass safety net.
Sorry haven't used Arrow Oreo os so can't comment on that.
A major update to the ROM is peeps
-> A lot of changes from Nitrogen Sources (November patches , a few more tweaks and optmizations)
-> Rootless substratum support added from my side
Project will slowly start getting few extra mods and tweaks other than what's on default by NOS just like Oreo
The download link has been updated in the OP
Have a good day
Just flashed it. It is running smoothly and everything seems ok... For the moment

INSTALLATION
Put the zip file of the ROM on your sdcard or internal storage, boot into recovery and flash. When coming from stock: boot into TWRP, format data, reboot to recovery and wipe all internal partitions. Then flash the ROM, GApps (if needed) and root (if needed).
Note: There is not going to be a LOS su addon anymore. If you need root, flash a root manager of your choice. No guaranteed support from LOS for this.
When updating from builds, simply dirty flash the ROM.
If coming from 17.1, please see advice below in second post ("UPGRADE LINEAGEOS").
KNOWN ISSUES
WFD is not working yet (waiting for new non-BSP blobs)
Stock camera is not working anymore due to incompatibility of stock library (libimageprocessorjni.so) with new libgui

SECURITY ADVICE
Don't flash ROMs or Magisk modules which set SELinux to permissive or you welcome malware on your device!
UPGRADE LINEAGEOS
I have not tried upgrading the device from 17.1 and cannot guarantee that it will work - you should do a backup just in case. If things go wrong, flash it as if coming from stock (see instructions in OP).
The following steps should work though:
Flash new twrp and boot into it
Flash new rom, opengapps and any updated root solution you use
Optional: Clear cache
Reboot
Note: When updating form Lineage 17.1, you maybe have to once change your preferred network type from 3g back to 4g/LTE.
UPGRADE FIRMWARE
Grab the Sony Stock firmware using e.g. XPeriFrim. You should always flash the firmware matching the LOS build.
Grab newflasher and put it in the same folder as the firmware files.
Read the newflasher original post on XDA for general instructions!
Remove the following from the folder so they won't get flashed:
all *.ta files (keep the one in the boot/ directory)
cache*.sin
fotakernel*.sin
kernel*.sin
system*.sin
userdata*.sin
vendor*.sin
Turn off your phone
Hold the volume down button and attach it via USB to your system till you see LED turning green
Run newflasher from within this directory to flash the remaining files
You can say yes to the first optional step, in case you don't have working drivers installed.
Skip the second optional step (dumping of trim area), it's useless if your bootloader is unlocked already and takes a long time.
How to get root?
As mentioned before, there will not be an official su addon from LOS anymore. If you need root, flash an unofficial solution.
Google Apps
You can download and install the Google Apps from opengapps.org. You need ARM64 and 11.x. I suggest to *always* use the pico or nano package. If you need additional apps you find them in the Play Store.
Open GApps for Android 11 is still in beta. You can download those releases here
MicroG
This ROM doesn't support Signature Spoofing. However we are watching MicroG and check if they provide newer builds e.g. for Android 11.

Unfortunately, I am not sure there is much that we can do. The stock library that we need for the stock camera app to work properly (libimageprocessorjni.so) is not liking the new Android 11 libgui. We (also with the help of @j4nn ) tried to fix these issues in various ways, including shimming and forcing the use of the 10 libgui but haven't managed to get it working properly yet. Maybe we'll have a crack at it again at some point, but I wouldnt get my hopes up too much. It also doesn't help that the XZ2/3 series is not getting an official Android 11 update. Opencamera is a decent alternative, although it does lack some of the stock camera options.

Oh nice, and I just got the device today (new and unopened) but for some reason I can't flash it to a different or use even the official tool from Xperia to "repair" my software.
First thing I'll do after upgrading will be checking this rom.
Thank you a lot!

I have added support for both of these internally, so a custom OEM should not be needed anymore. I know at least of one person where it's working on maple. is it not working for you?

I'm sorry. I just found this option in Settings. It seems to work.
Thank you again for your reply.
By the way,are there any plans to add volte video calling?(This is not a requirement.)
Gesture Navigation (1st option) seems buggy sometimes especially while playing game bottom bar appears in center & (in landscape) bottom screen touch not response.
