I recently flashed the latest version of Cyanogenmod on my g tablet and I love it. Everything works great except one thing...
There's no lock screen that appears when I wake it up or turn it on. It skips the unlock gesture, and the lock pattern that I set. I don't care about the first unlock so much as the second, since this thing has my google account information in it.
Has anyone run into this? I've checked every Cyanogenmod setting and regular Android setting I can think of:
CM Settings: Lockscreen Settings: General: Style Options: Rotary
: Lockscreen Gestures: None checked
Locations & Security Settings: Screen Unlock: Use Visible Pattern: Checked
: Change Screen Lock: Pattern set
Any ideas?
ETA: I should also add that the tablet doesn't seem to go to sleep on its own. I've changed the setting for screen off to 5 minutes.
Have you tried Settings --> CyanogenMod Settings --> Tablet Tweaks --> Disable Lockscreen?
Sent from my HTC Vision using XDA Premium App
Face palm. Thank you. I didn't think to look there. That was the problem.

I'm using WidgetLocker and the stock lockscreen just keeps popping up. I couldnt find an app named lockscreen or anything like that with Titanium Backup and i didnt want to start disabling stuff at random. So does anyone have any idea how to disable the stock lockscreen or if its possible to somehow permanently replace it with WidgetLocker
Guess someone should post his WidgetLocker settings and turn that thread into a sticky, so many people having problems with WidgetLocker and default lockscreen. I use easy wake-up mode in WidgetLocker and Samsung's lockscreen is deactivated. If you don't wanna use easy-wake mode, go to advanced settings in WidgetLocker and select "disable stock lockscreen"
Sorry, my config is in french, so I can translate but not sure this is the same name entry.
I have no such trouble with widgetlocket and default screenlocker. Even if, from time to time, the defaut one can appear but not really often.
The only thing to set is the behavior section : set active from boot.
And set Activated widgetlocker in the main settings menu.
Nothing else
My screen Lock None and Slide options are off saying Disabled by administrator , encryption policy or credential storage.
I use eXperience V 2.1 Rom and this was OK at first. not sure when it was disabled. but I guess it was after setting My Xperia as the device admin.
But now that I disable it, still I don't have None and Slide options!
One serious problem in "realme 1" is when I turn on the accessibility of a certain app and developer options, status bar color changes to yellow nd it won't go until I switch them back to off....it says Accessibility is turned on. Tap to close..... And even if I clear ram, the accessibility turns off automatically... Any solution to keep accessibility of a desired app always on? I tried every possible trick but in vain...a little help is appreciated. Thank you

Color of status bar changing to yellow and need to turn off is not possible they (realme )claims it's feature of color os. And accessibility option issue is when you turn on accessibility option or similar app which is permitted to accessibility option is responsible.
Yeah, I too noticed it
I have the exact same problem, I thinking of to change my phone due to multiple reasons
New updated solved the issue
I always set my dpi as 540, the orange developer option reminder was irritating. The recent software update has solved the issue, check it out.

Solved in New update but still there is a problem
I use greenify app to kill apps in background
But it needs accessibility on Everytime.
But once i kill the app from recents (greenify)
The accessibility gets turned off automatically in settings.
Also in developer options i turned all animations off, but after restart all settings are restored to default.

no you don't get it right, what he says is whenever animations are set to 0.5x (in my case) .. after restart device the settings are get default to 1x automatically. This is really weird.. and frustrating.
rapidly loosing the patience with this issue.
so essentially i want to apply a new theme. To do this i go into the theme store, download the theme I want & select apply. The whole theme applies.
To customise it i then go: theme store > me > customise > i then have the option to select the following:
- lock screen style
- lock screen wallpaper
- home screen wallpaper
- icons
- text style
i can change the home screen wall paper no issues & it will apply, but when i try to change the lockscreen wall paper even if i choose one of the presets (eg not a photo from my the gallery) then i get the following message "keep the current lock screen style? if you discared it, Magazine unlock will be used instead" .
If I select keep them I keep the theme of the lockscreen but it means i have to use the image it comes with ie i can't change it to my own preferred photo.
If I select discard then it automatically reverts back to magazine unlock theme for lockscreen though will apply my desired image.
I have trawled google to find resolutions to this including enabling developer mode, which didnt make a difference. Other sources say trying the following:
settings > home screen & wallpaper > magazine unlock and just slide it off
or
or Screen lock & password > Magazine unlock
but neither of the above options are avaialbe to me under settings.
I also found something about managing subscriptions & stopping auto download but again those options I cannot find on my device.
this issue is occuring on both m10pro & my new p30. It's strange this issue is occuring on both devices which are running diffferent software & also have different huawei ID accounts.
m10p is running emui 9.1.0
p30 is running emui 10.0
it seems a basic function to be able to choose lockscreen style I want & the wall paper I want & if i can't do this then honestly tempted to just get rid of the device. Also magazine unlock has auto downloaded over 800 wallpapers to my device (m10p) I don't want this happening on the p30 but as above i can't seem to find a way to stop it on either device.
