Samsung Galaxy S II Plus CM12.1 Awful Battery Life - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hey everybody.
I've been using S2 Plus for two years on stock rooted rom, never liked any other look of custom rom because it didn't looked like Samsung. So, after those two years battery started dying and i replaced it with original from Samsung store and phone lasted great with 2+ days of regular texts, calls, music fb and so on. So i wanted to se this Lollipop everyone was talking about and i liked it, a lot, but the problem was battery life on that rom. I couldn't go thru one day without having to charge it twice. Here are photos of battery stats.

I have factory reset, cleared cache davik, and flashed the rom again. Nothing is working, i still get the exclamation with the battery.

It means that your battery is not communicating with your phone correctly... most likely a bad/faulty battery...
Happened with mine a few months ago. Called HTC and told them about my issue. They sent me a replacement battery free of charge.
20 minute wait with HTC... so in the mean time I'm looking up different batteries online.
Which would you recommend? I heard the Anker 1900 mah is really good.

Normal battery usage?

Hi, I've just bought the Galaxy S3 and as expected, I play with it a lot as it's a new toy. I was just wondering if the battery usuage is as expected from this phone? I know in a few weeks the battery will last longer as I wont play with as much as I am now. Here are some screenshots:

Sent from my Galaxy SIII
For stock rom, your battery usage looks good and normal. Don't worry about the cell standby usage. It just reporting wrong figure.

Yeah, it's normal. Sometimes in weekends I'm playing on it a lot and looks pretty similar with your results.
However, I have it for over 2 months already, so after 2 months, a normal day will look like this:

Sorry, can't post links yet
Looks pretty normal to me too...

[Q] Issues with custom ROM - KitKat (Android 4.4)

Hello guy/gals,
So im totally new to this whole phone tweaking thing. A few weeks ago i managed to Root my HTC One and it went smoothly. Today i got bored and decided to install a custom ROM.
The install went fine as well, although i am not really sure whats so different from the stock ROM. I did notice that when i used Titanium Backup to delete the stock bloatware, this time it actually deleted, which is a plus.
My issues come in where i mess with the Sense 5 Toolbox, none of the changes i make are actually applied. I will post some screenshots.
On a side note, since i see no main difference with this ROM, aside from stock, maybe you could point me to some cool features?

Galaxy Tab A 10.1 with S Pen [stock] hangs when checking storage

Hi all, long time lurker here.
I just got a 2016 Galaxy Tab A 10.1 with S Pen a week ago. Since I bought it on day 1, it has given me a really weird issue.
When I check the Settings>>Storage, the phone just hangs. It's kind of stressful, because I am trying to install a microSD card, and I don't have access to the settings for it.
I've spoken to Samsung customer service representatives, and they want me to send it in, because they think it's a hardware issue. However, I don't think that's possible, because it works fine in every other regard.
If anybody could give me some tips, I would really appreciate it. I've tried factory resetting several times, and it hasn't helped.

Directions are in Korean. Anybody have an English translation?
You can use Google Translator. I will work anyway about
So Android 13 just came out for Verizon in the United States. and the battery life is horrible.
I would say my phone uses at least 30% more battery per day. Hopefully somebody will figure out how to root this Beast soon although if it hasn't happened already it might not sadly. I would go back to Android 12 in a second if I could make it stick.

A settings reset helped most of the problems. Doesn't look like it helped battery drain much if it all though.
