Well, after 316 hours of use without a turn off, I have a lot of lag.
With my old Nexus 5, the record was 1.012 hours, and the camera stop working.

Reboot.

Rebooting should never have to be a solution. The phone should just work. There's no reason this isn't theoretically possible; servers running Linux can have many thousands of hours of uptime.

hahahaha, you CAN NOT compare a linux server to an android phone!!!!
Anyway, I have had 500 hours of uptime with the 6P, until I had to reboot for a security update.
What does this even mean? It's a totally unquantifiable statement. If you need help, I'd suggest posting a thread in the Q&A/Help forum and list what OS/kernel and the various apps you have installed. Modern quad core cellphones with 3gb of RAM and a dedicated GPU is not going to "lag" after 10 days under any circumstance except user error. Wipe your phone. Leave everything bone stock and install your most needed apps one-by-one.

Looks like your screen is eating a lot of battery.
Try reducing the brightness to minimum.
Also the OS on your phone takes some time to set itself up so wait a days or two and then check it again.
Also there have already been many threads adressing the same issue, starting a new thread without searching is not a healthy habit.

I can highly recommend greenify (when you have root access). It can solve a lot of battery drain problems, due to stopping unwanted backup processes from running.
Hi,
I've tried a couple of roms recently, but I am a bit bothered by the battery usage by "Android system".
My phone is only giving me around 4 hours of screen-on time.
Sometimes, these system processes:
Binder_2
kswapd0
Peak my phone CPU usage. Under "screen", they are usually the top consumers. Is this normal?

Here I was playing ingress on and off for around 4 hours. For those of you who are not familiar with it, this is a game that uses GPS, Wifi, a mobile data connection, and your GPU, all at once. The battery drain was so bad I had to plug in my battery pack just to get through these 4 hours. And note - the screen was not even on the whole time! Point being, android os and android system managed to consume more power than ingress for that period of time.
I see nth wrong. Looks logical.

Give a thank if I helped you
solved!:cyclops:
Guys the android OS data usage on mobile data seems to be unusually high..
I have blocked data access for all the apps and whitelisted only a few 4-5 apps.. While play store , play services is disabled too..
Also I keep Google sync off when on mobile data and use it only on Wi-Fi..
And all the photos backup etc everything is turned off
Also one cannot turn off background data on android OS
So why so much usage by Android OS..
What packages are part of it

Does anyone have any idea? I've got similar problem on Xperia Z1 Compact.
I'm also also seeing insane data usage patterns with android OS background. Each month more that 10GB use. 26.5GB this month alone. I've taken out all the bloatware I do not use, and replaced most original apps. All the apps I do use, are clearly listed. My Android 5.0.2 tablet uses more data than my gaming system and workstation combined.

Same 10.68 gb here too, I think it's just a report bug as my phone only shows about 3 gigs total in all apps combined

Hello fellow ROG Phone users I don't know if y'all are still alive to this day but I have something to ask do you guys have lags after playing for like 2 minutes and that's any game moba games, racing, shooting and etc
Mine lags like hell after that 2 minutes even worse around 10 it almost felt like I was using a budget phone. So I researched and tested my ROG Phone throttling and it throttled so hard around 2 minute mark and 7 minute mark and not only that, it doesn't matter how many times you factory reset now I'm thinking whether mine has a problem on hardware or just Asus software is trash because my reason for suspecting the software despite resetting a sh*t ton was because my ROG Phone wasn't like this before when it was still Oreo it was fast asf. I appreciate if someone replies even though this forum looks dead.
Thank you.
