You can choose your phone version in the aroma installer. As I remember I saw all configurations mentioned by you.
I have standard z3 and this rom works fine. I installed it over SLIM 4.9, just wiped cache and dalvik.

Aroma installer is in English, or if you prefer - Chinese In the system you should have all languages delivered by google. Spanish as well. I have Swedish at least.
