Change shortcuts in lock screen - E 2015 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I am using Moto e gen2 LTE on stock rom, can anyone tell me how to change shortcut in lock screen. Thanks

U can't change it on the stock ROM unless u r rooted

If u r rooted then u can install xposed installer and install gravitybox........u can change lockscreen shortcuts in the lockscreen tweaks option

You can change microphone to phone shortcut, go to settings>apps>press gear icon>default apps>voice assitant (something like that)>change asisstant app from google now to nothing.

While following your instructions, something didn't quite seem right. Sure enough, it disables Now on Tap. I'm using the Nexus 6, but it's still Stock Android.
However, I do thank you for this, as I see now that long pressing the home button can be changed to a different app. See screenshots below.

Ye it's disables now on tap and it's connected with shortcut on lockscreen. I disabled it and I have phone shortcut instead of microphone shortcut.
