BLUE = Volume Up and Down (nothing was done here. worked out of the box)
YELLOW = Previous and Next track on Spotify. (also works on stock music app en radio)
to make this work i installed "Car Service". Check out this thread for the details on how to install and set this up. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3246398
GREEN = Play/Pause music on Spotify.
Normally this opens the bluetooth app on the head unit to make a call or play music via bluetooth. I disabled the bluetooth app in setting so the button did nothing. And then reassigned it in the app "Car Service"to Play/Pause Music.
(Again check the link to the thread of the app for more details on how to do that)
OK SO FAR SO GOOD !!!
Now the next thing i want to do is change RED
right now...
RED = Mute On and Off
I want this button to activate voice dialing (see picture)
I dont no how to do that so any help on that would be great !!!!
One problem i have with disabling the bluetooth app in setting (i did this so i could reassign the buttons to Play/Pause Music) is that when i make a call (i CAN make a call on the head unit via "True Contacts" app) I cannot hang up or when i receive a call I can not pick up On the head unit itself. i can onlyhang up and pick up on my phone
maybe there is an alternative app that allows this funtion back ???
Also voice dialing is working but everytime i make a call i get the message (translated from dutch) "Mobile network not availale" It seems the head unit is trying to make a call through a stock phone app or something like that. but of course it has no service (no sim card inserted). But in the background it is making the call via bluetooth.
A way to get rid of this error message ??? Like disabling a stock phone app just like i disabled the bluetooth app... i don't know which apk or service the head unit is using for trying to make a call.
Anyway Guys...
hope this is usefull to some and maybe some of you could help me out :good:
Cheers
check out this thread for voice dialing

MTC-Keys should be able to remap that button to launch the voice search activity.

There is no interface for MTC keys, you have to make a file called mtckey.ini. Check the mtc key thread and you will find all the information you need. I also posted a link to a tasker app i made. This app launches the voice search activity if you connect the app to one of your buttons. You also can add the voice search activity to a button. Check the thread it's pretty easy.

i checked out that thread.
its not a verry good guide to be honest. tried a couple things to get it to work but with no succes. I anyone has a more detailed step by step plan for me on how to make changes with mtc-keys that would be great.
i did however installed your app (voice search). i know the path to your app (sxp.ksu.nan)
i know the key code of the RED button on my steering wheel (4)
so what i understand is i have to make a file called mtc-keys.ini with the text app_4=sxp.ksu.nan and place that inside a folder called mtc-keys and put that folder inside /mnt/internal_sd or /mnt/sdcard
this is what i tried and this did NOT work for me. Dont know what im doing wrong so as i said. A more detailed step by step guide would be nice

That should work! Check if mtc Keys is checked in the module section of the mtc framework.
Mine ini file is place on the map you mentioned on the external SD Card. On the internal SD Card Will not work (in my Case)

yeah so i did do it right. mtc keys module is checked on in mtc framework. So i dont know what im missing :crying:

Try to put the maps in both /mnt/internal_sd and /mnt/sdcard
Try to update your xposed installer framework
try this line: app_4 = sxp.ksu.nan
or map this line to another button...maybe there something wrong with the nr 4 button
maybe that will help

I already tried all of that. Still does not work. I read somewhere xposed framework isn't working on the latest March build of Malaysk's ROM.
That should explain why it's not working.

Try:
Code:

Automatically turn on your speakerphone.
While the application is running, when an incoming call is received, the speakerphone of your device will automatically turn ON when you receive the call.
You can also automatically activate the speakerphone when you are making an outgoing call by checking the Outgoing ON in the menu.
It should work on smartphone and PocketPC WM5/WM6
I've tested it on my T-Mobile Dash WM6 and worked fine
Buy Me a Cup of Coffee
Change Log v1.06 DOWNLOAD v1.06
- fixed bugs (hope it works on other devices now)
- added taskbar icon (green phone icon)
- tap on the green icon on the task bar to show the notification bubble to be able to close the application
Change Log v1.05
- auto minimize on start
- No more today task bar icon
- fixed the on-hold situation on some phones *hopefully* (it worked on my PPC)
Change Log v1.04 (Tested on PPC)
- Application will automatically hide upon launch and will show an icon.
Note: Copy the folder contents to your phone's "\Storage Card\Program Files\SpeakerPhone\" folder
to change the icon, just copy over the SpeakerPhone.ico file
Change Log v1.03
- outgoing function is automatically on
- few bug fixes
Change Log v1.02
- USB only - option to turn on speakerphone ONLY when synced or charging
Change Log v1.01
- Auto answer on/off
- Delay options before auto answer
NOTE: before executing the application, create these STRING values first:
HKCU\Software\SpeakerPhone\Auto with value = 0
HKCU\Software\SpeakerPhone\Delay with value = 5000
HKCU\Software\SpeakerPhone\USB with value = 0
Thank you!
Finally one switcher that really works!
All other apps (including Phonealarm profiles etc) switch the speakerphone on only if you switch it DURING the call (unless I'm doing something wrong that is). This one works nice. I have a question though, is it possible to set 'outgoing ON' to ON by default?
AND, is it possible to start it in the background (I'd like to run it automatically when the profile changes)?
Any command line parameters? Changes in registry?
Great program! Works on my Tilt fine.
Thanks!
@sabestian:
I have a question though, is it possible to set 'outgoing ON' to ON by default?
- yes, i'll do that in the next release
AND, is it possible to start it in the background (I'd like to run it automatically when the profile changes)?
- i'll check this one.
@sabestian and jon_k:
- thank you for trying it out guys.
Great program! Thank you!
It would be great to have the "Outgoing ON" restored in the last state.
Also, would it be possible to design it in a "Toggle" way - to turn the speaker ON with the first launch, and OFF with the second? Then it could be possible to put it on a hardware button as a speaker switcher...
I love your app. Makes things quick and simple. I was wondering if you could add something to it. Alot of times people are doing things with both hands. It would be great if you could set it for auto answer after two to three rings of course coming on with your speaker phone then after your conversation, auto end. After the other party hangs up. Giving it two to three rings before auto answer would give you the option to hit the ignore button. Love what your doing with the Wm5 and 6 apps. I'm using an htc touch 6900. Thank you. TMZ
Nice one !! I really need this for auto switching before launching GPS software... Works great !
Question have you think about adding silent running and commandline launching ? That would be great as all process could be done by script (mortscript for example)

i mean something that allow me to use the internal speaker instead of the stereospeaker...
I need it because using a voip program, I've some bad echos, because the app use the external speaker and not the internal one (the one that you use when you're making a call...)
Anyway... Any solution for the problem?
Dont know if this is a bug... but it does not work when connected to a car charger... In fact any charger... Can any one else confirm...
It works great when not connected to any charger...
I'm a newbe,how do i create the string values? where do i go&what do i do.....
Great App Buddy!
Give me some LOVE......
SpeakerPhone v1.01 cabbed
I took oldsap's v1.01 SpeakerPhone app and created a cab that installs the files to Program Files/SpeakerPhone, creates the proper registry settings, and creates a shortcut in the programs folder.
This is my first cab I've created from scratch so install at your own peril as I don't have my device with me to test with.
Thanks oldsap for the app!
love you TY.

GreenButton
GreenButton is an Open Source Windows Mobile 5.0+ program. It runs in the background as a very tiny executable (1kB) that waits for the Green Button (otherwise known as the "Talk" button) to be pressed. At that time, the specified program will be executed. I wrote this with iDialer in mind, and it works perfectly for those who want to use iDialer as their default dialer.
Go to my site for further details, and to download:

Thanks, great software. We get lots of requests for something like this in the Q&A Section.
oh! F*in A man, now we're talking. Getting closer & closer to the killer app
I can't wait to d/l this and try it.
supbro -- on a tangential note: could you tell us which ROM you run, which SIP you use, whether ot not you use A_C's s2U2, PCMkeyboard?, etc? I have been looking for "best configurations", beyond just best-of-breed apps. Thanks very much for all your great work. I am looking forward to understanding your business and how it will serve smartphone users.

Hi,
I installed it on my Tilt and it doesn't work (ie - I press the green button but nothing comes up, not even the standard dialer).
I also looked for a config utility, coulnd't find one (either in Start-Settings nor in Start-Programs).
I performed an SR after installation.
I was expecting some sort of possibility to link between the green button and my preferred app (O3TOUCH).
Thanks.
How do I change the program?
GreenButton is activated upon startup by a shortcut placed in "\Windows\Startup". Edit that shortcut (easiest to do over ActiveSync) and add your program as an argument (this example will execute Pocket IE upon Green Button press):
44#"\Program Files\GreenButton\GreenButton.exe" \Windows\iexplore.exe

There is no config utility, you must edit the registry manually. The registry settings are on my web site. GreenButton was designed for iDialer, so if you don't have iDialer installed, that would explain why no programs start when you push the green button.
If you want to run a different program, you can probably just change HKCU/Software/Supware.net/GreenButton/Run in the registry to the file name of your dialer (maybe \Program Files\O3\O3Touch.exe ?)
Also, after changing registry settings, be sure to soft-reset your device.

Or that way.
OK
I'm not able to sync the PDA to my work computer, so rather than wait till evening, I used Resco Registry Editor and changed what seemed to me the appropriate reg keys.
So far it seems to be working (ie pressing the green button brings up O3Touch).
But I noticed that there seemed to be some hangs-ups, so I'll uninstall and reinstall then try to edit the shortcut via AS.
Awesome,. thanks so much for this apps,.
This app doesn't sync calendar updates but rather the whole calendar, right?
Great Program..
I loved I-Dialer, but the lack of an option to launch it using the talk button made me think twice about keeping it... With this addition my wishes are granted, a full screen dialer with fast contacts to match.. Excellent apps!!
The only things I would comment on would be the graphics of the dialer look look less than VGA quality (bottom row icons)... Hopefully folks will begin to skin this program like S2U2 and we will have the perfect replacement to the stock dialer.
I would recommend you work with Dman666 as he is working on a full Iphone theme for the Diamond/TP crowd.. This dialer would compliment both of your efforts perfectly as there seemed to be an issue with launching the phone from the manilla code (bottom home icons) he is tweaking for the theme.

Editing the shortcut will have the same effect as updating the "Run" entry in the registry. There's no need to reinstall or edit the shortcut if you've updated the registry.
Um, AEButtonPlus does this . . . for every button on your phone . . . been using it for iDialer from day one.

Program lets you to control audio-players with a button on wired headset.
Controls:
double-press: play/pause
long press: next track/run player/wake device up
Players supported:
HTC AudioManager (later versions only, without its own player window)
CorePlayer (with enabled media library only)
HTC FM Radio
MortPlayer
Slide2Play
Installation into main memory only! If you're going to use VoiceCommander or redial ever you must backup, no normal uninstall included
Players must be installed to main memory as well. If player installed onto card, edit run path in PlayPause.mscr
Program uses MortScript (don't need to be installed separately). So great thanks to Mort!))
Later versions
Original thread of program (in russian)
It doesn't work on HTC Touch HD.
I tried on my touch pro but it doesnt work properly. When you run the program it displays only the program selection but messed up. I randomly pressed the screen and somehow make it work. When you change song the screen turn's on and and then off and when you stop/play the screen turn on(not such a big problem but maybe you could fix it)
btw thanks a lot, its a very handy program
Great project. Solves a big flaw of the default headphones in winmo.
How about adding support for WMP and TouchPlayer (the Samsung player in the Omnia)? I'd particularly like the TouchPlayer support since it's my default player (WMP is just for rmvb and TCPMP for some video formats)
I really like the idea of this project, but on the other hand, I hate that it needs Mortscript.
Why a tricky thing like that?
2buluba89 It's Windows turns the screen on, not me To toggle the screen off after double-press you can open the file /Windows/redial.mscr and add to the end of it following string:
Code:
ToggleDisplay( off )
2frmariam Maybe I add TouchPlayer in next release. The problem is to find control commands for it.
2SuperJMN It doesn't need separately installed MortScript. PlayPause uses it, but all already included to cab.
going to give this a try sounds great, but what hapens if you already have mortscript installed? Do you unistall the first?
When you press the button, does your program load first then it switches tot he player or does that all happen inthe background?
Also if you leave it running but with the player not running and you eg. long press the headset button what happens?
I'll probally answear all this after i install though lol

Long press wakes up device in any way, and if player is not running runs it. To make double-press work in case you discibe I've included a special module that doesn't allow device to fall in deep sleep until headset is plugged.

Hi
I have A HTC HD 480X800 WVGA, i still cannot see the FM Radio Menu,.....what am i doing wrong??
I'm looking for a program that will enable the change of Radio Preset stations when pressing the Headset...do you know of such a program??
Greetings.
I found that i can't use AudioManager option because my Audiomanager.exe in windows dir is actually Audiomanager_eng.exe. So i have renamed every Audiomanager entry in boath playpause.mscr and redial.mscr to Audiomanager_eng and now i'm not getting mortscript error but stil audiomanager is not working.
Some help will be appreciated.
I'm running AZTOR v7 1.93 based rom.
I can't install this program on my Lg Ks20.
It keeps telling me "This program can't be installed" (or something like, my device is in French, just like me ^^). I tried on Main Memory (as recommended) and also on the storage card but It still refuses to install...
Any fix on this? Or maybe just an explanation? I like to understand things ^^
Edit: I'm using Spocky's KisS20.4 rom.
This is AWESOME! I was just looking for something like this

anyway basically it did'nt work.
Play/pause was still a single click procedure (which i prefer)
Long press was too long, and resulted in the next track being paused, you you had to do a long press followed by a single press to skip track and play.
This was on a Ipaq 612c WM6.1

When I have time I will write an .NET APP without the localisation bugs

[APP][XPOSED] Fake Goto Free - another fake GPS

By using 'Fake GoTo' we can fake our location. Now we can fool our friends in social network to make them think that we are traveling around the world.
Main feature:
- Enable spoofing only in your selected application list.
- DPad controller, with this we can simulate walking to nearby places.
Use this application wisely, All consequences after using this application is your responsibility. If you are not agree to this statement, please do not install this application.
Requirements
Xposed framework installed
Usage
- Install Fake Goto Free
- Enable module on Xposed Installer + reboot
- Open Fake Goto, add target applications
- Select base location if you want (this location will be given to target apps)
- Force stop target app and relaunch it
- You can simulate walking and move around using D-Pad control
- You can minimize the control by single tap the red button, when minimized the red button could be moved for convenience
- When minimized, long press on the red button to save current location

Excited about this. Trying it now.

Working fine, great job!
Just some improvements is needed
1. The D-pad, too big and the app screen behind it react together when touch, so in a map app, when move the dpad the map turn together.
So should be able to avoid the mocked app to "react" while touching the road, and make the dpad able to collapse or minimize.
2. When choosing the map location in the module, if I search, for example, Central Park, it is not shown to me the map and I can't select the exactly location I want of it.
But great app anyway, thanks
Great app. Best part is you can select which app to spoof the location.
Making you can fake the location without affecting other apps like Google map

Thank you for your input.

Yes I still research how to make the touch event not propagate to the target app screen. Not all apps react like this, need more time to fix it.
2. Next release will customize the location picker, maybe include new feature for saving favorite places.

Same for me, application Pokemon Go crash on startup.
It's annoying because module was very useful.
I'm guessing spoofing location for system apps is not possible? I can't find system apps in the app picker

Which system apps that you need to spoof?
Actually it may work, but.. I take an easy way to just block it, because there was a problem on passing preferences config through different apps.
Great app and by far my favorite. The only down side I've experienced is that the map (stops, pokemon, etc...) in Pokemon becomes unresponsive after a while when this is running. The rest of the menus, nearby monsters button, etc all work still but you can't click to move/rotate the map or engage monsters. This is on a rooted LGG2. Other than when that happens, the app is perfect. No "gps lost" errors or anything. Good job!
This is the best fake gps app that I used. Would you consider adding auto-walk function? So that we don't have to hold our fingers on the screen for a couple minutes to hatch eggs.

Thank you for using this application.
Auto walk is a good idea, let me think first and look for its possibility. :good:
From all fake GPS programs I tried, this seems to be the one that fakes better. I use the app gpsWifiPosDifference to see the differences between the apps. This is the only which works well with GPS precision and altitude. Most of the other GPS fixes the altitude to zero or to some weird values like 7!

Trying experimental version 1.5 the crashes stopped.
First, thank you for the great app! I really like it and had no issues since I started using it more than 6months ago...
Do you still develop or did you stop working on it?
Bug:
- Deleting Elements from the Favorite List sometimes messes up other elements in the list.
Feature Ideas:
- Maybe start the Map Selector already zoomed to the current location
- Maybe have "Save as Favorite" not checked by default
- Autowalk
- Joystick "Speed" Setting (limit max speed to customizable value: like 5km/h for walking or 22km/h for bicycle or 50km/h for car)
- Joystick Minimize (remember location of "dot" if moved e.g. to the corner)
-- EDIT: Actually, it works as long as I stay in the app. but e.g. Minimizing/ScreenOffOn reset it to show the controller in the center.
But as said these are ideas which might be nice to use but the app already works great as it is.
Thanks again, Regards

Remap the Google Assistant Button?

A separate dedicated button shouldnt be locked down for only Google Assistant.
Any way to remap it?
+1 Anyone?
I'd rather map this to Dialler which I'd use far more widely compared to any other app.
same here

Same here, did anyone fine any way ?
Not remappable yet. May be they'll change it via future updates.. highly unlikely imo.
So, here's the thing. I used an app called "Cometin" to try and remap the button. It didn't work (although, click and hold home button to summon assistant was successfully remapped) and when I got in toch with the developer, I was told,
"This appears to be difficult as the OS is calling google assistant directly."
If that's the case, I highly doubt it is possible to remap the button without root. I don't believe motorola will provide and update to allow remapping.
Disable Google Assistant Button
I hate this button. I wish manufacturers would stop shoving non customizable hardware bundled with unwanted software combo on to our devices. I guess this is the compromise that Motorola has made, in place of the usual plethora of software bloatware.
Is there a way to even disable this button? I read elsewhere that setting the 'default assistant app' to 'None', disables this button (instead of remapping it). Has anyone tried this?

Whoa, you mean you tried it on the one fusion+ and it worked? ? I guess I'll give it another go in that case
---------- Post added at 05:59 PM ---------- Previous post was at 05:49 PM ----------
Well, I tried it again, and it still isn't working for me for the dedicated button. Can you confirm which version of the app & device software version you're using?
I got the same issue.
I'm guessing I'll end up sending it to a repair shop to remove the button or, Jesus, just glue it unpressed.
Cyanoacrylate should work, I'll let you know if I decide to go for it.
Whoa! No need for that! So I'm rooted and first thing I did was uninstall Google Assistant which makes it so pressing the button doesn't do anything. Also, I found the file that controls what the button does. It's "/system/usr/keylayout/gpio-keys.kl" the only problem is the stupid kernel is write protected so I can't actually modify the file...
Honestly I really hate this extra button and since its ther I'd rather remap it as a firing button for wither pubg or cod. Just hope these morons give the option to remap in a future update
So yeah, I have a working solution without having to root your device.
All you need to do is to install Tasker, either buy it or rip it, I don't really care.
After that, follow some easy steps:
0. Create a task containing two steps: switching to home screen (you'll need that to prevent endless cycle of entering your fav application again and again when you swipe/press back) and then launching your fav app.

1. Then create a profile for Google app on the Profiles tab (not the Assistant app!) and assign your newly created task to it.
2. Save everything and enjoy.
The only little annoyances here are that you'll have to sacrifice the entire Google app in favor of another app, and also that annoying google beep at the launch.
Happy hacking, dudes and dudettes.
