No this kernel is for roms which are based on omni rom.You can use

Running latest slim omni as a secondary ROM with multirom
Gets stuck at one plus boot logo

Guys I forgot to mention 1 thing that this kernel is based cm13 kernel so users which have display issue on omni ROMs with recently bought opo can use this kernel to fix it

I had this too, you have to let it boot with normal kernel and then flash OMNI
I am having problems with WiFi tho, kernel needs some of the other features (obviously this is only V1), but so far very good

Isn't CPU boost disabled by default
