So I had the idea of making a theme myself (Ill post here as soon as it's done)
but the pull down and status bar colors doesnt fit. what and how exactly can I change it or does any theme creator here want to help me by changing it?

below are the two attachments, first with default font colour in erebos theme, second is coloured font to match with golden eye theme....

have a look, i only changed the hex value for white color from #ffffffff to #ffffc322 in res/values/color.xml and it replaced the white with gold color in most places....

Hi,
I would like to use some icons for lock sliders using Widgetlocker, but I would like to change the default icons slightly. Basically I want the backgrounds on the icons to be different. Unfortunately I have no experience with Photoshop or any other graphics program.
The default dialer icon has a grey background (please see attachment). I would like to change it to the red background (also provided). Then the email/messaging icon I would like to have a yellow background exactly like the one shown behind the mute icon (I couldn't find that background alone without an icon on it already).
If someone with a bit of know how could please do this for me and upload the new icons. I have also provided some other icons as examples of other icons that have already been done with these backgrounds.

Hi guys, I am customizing the looks of my phone and changed the default ics toast popup menu with another one which is dark and so I need to change text colour coz now it's black on black. I would like to change it to ics blue, which is the xml code that controls color of text on toast popup?

I forgot to mention the changes were for the theme_values xml in MIUI...anyhoww, tring and tring i found out the cmd line is
<color name="background_light">COLOR</color>
How to change title bar text color in all apps through framework-res.apk i mean where i have to edit to give effects. Uses holo light background and in title bar text disappeared.
