Wireless charging system fried? - Sprint LG G3

My G3 no longer acknowledges placement on the Qi pad, as it had in the past. I know the pad is good. I have tried two different Qi-enabled phone backplates; neither enable charging.
However, I have tried an external usb-port receiver module, which seems to work (sporadically, like all Lollipop wireless charging does).
Seems to me the internal wireless charging system has failed. Anyone with comments or solution?

USB-C wireless charging receiver?

I have purchased two USB Type-C wireless charging receivers for use with a Pixel 4a and neither have worked. Both are recognised by the charging pads as the LED on the pad illuminates to show there is a device, however the phone shows no indication that it is charging. I have tried the receivers on a Pixel 4XL as well and its the same behaviour. I have also tried three different charging pads.
Both receivers are the generic black ones you see advertised on popular auction sites.
I could be unlucky and both are faulty, however I am wondering whether it is some incompatibility issue? Seems unlikely as its just delivering power isn't it?
Has anyone managed to find a wireless charging receiver that works with the Pixel 4a?
well the 4a doesnt have wireless charging should work with ur 4 but none of pixel A models have wireless charging
I understand the 4a doesn't have integrated wireless charging. I am talking about the Wireless charging adapters that will fit inside a case - see the picture I posted.
This is the one I got from Amazon. It fits just below the fingerprint reader and works with all the of the cases I have. It also works with all four of the charging stations I have. The biggest issue is finding the sweet spot where it not only charge, but charges fast.

I've just purchased another of these. This one was a bit more expensive and has a slightly different shaped connector and is gold in colour, however I get the same behaviour. Same on the Pixel 4XL as well.
I can't have purchased 3 faulty ones.... There is obviously something fundamental here.
I got a Pixel 3a incredibly cheap yesterday that I'll keep as a spare for my 4XL.
Like the 4a, the 3a doesn't have wireless charging so I tried the wireless charging adapters I got for the 4a on it and they both work fine.
Both are configured the same in the Battery settings with 'Show battery percentage disabled, however when the lock screen is displayed and they are placed on the wireless charging pad the percentage shows (the same as when you connect a USB C cable to either a PC or a charger). Remove from the pad and the percentage is not displayed. The 3a charges with the adapter, the 4a doesn't, however they both obviously 'see' that a charging device is connected.
Correct. No wireless charging support on the Pixel 4A. Pixel 5 comes with wireless charging, but the Pixel 4a 5G and the Pixel 4a do not.
Hey @ADB100 any working solution? I am trying to get a working one for my dads phone and no luck

No, sorry. I have three of these wireless charging receivers and none of them work with the 4a. It obviously recognises something, however none work.

Question Wireless charging stopped after few minutes

The phone does not allowed wireless charging after few minutes of wireless charging. I tested on both my built in wireless charger on the car and external wireless charger. Battery in Settings says Connected, not charging. Wonder if anyone else has tested this. USB charging works fine. It's pretty useless if wireless charging can`t function correctly.

I don't have an issue charging wirelessly.
Maybe my car's wireless charger and another wireless charger, both not compatible with Pixel. Did you try wireless charger for car?
No, not in the car. Just used a crap one at the house. Charges slow, but does charge.

LG V60 T-mobile magnetic car charging pad

I am trying to charge my LG v60 tmobile in my 2021 Prius prime. it has magnetic charging pad. the phone start charging but then the charger start flashing light in few seconds that phone is not charged. no matter how many time you tried it wont charge. I remove the cover and try every other way to charge but it wont charge.
took it to Toyota they tested and finally said its your phone the charging pad is fine.
anyone experiencing the same or have any idea please share. thank you
In my experience, this phone is picky about chargers - both wired and Qi. I found a great holder & wireless charger similar to this one, then paired it with a high-power 12v adapter. Unfortunately, neither of these are available any more. But you should be able to find similar products that, when combined, will give your V60 enough juice. I can't recall at the moment, but it may also be high-speed wireless charging -- something even harder to do with this phone.
You could also try removing your phone from the case if it's in one. A bare phone will get it into closer proximity with the charging coils.
I don't know how the magnetic charging pad is wired in your car, but perhaps there's a way to get it connected to a higher output 12v circuit. Check YouTube or the car forums, etc.

It charges at home with qi charger and wired both ways.
pits the car pad that stops charging.
I have tried everything with and without case the result is same.
toyota said the car pad gives as much juice it wants it’s interactive. But it’s your phone not syncing with pad.

Not syncing doesn't seem like much of an answer, and doesn't explain why it's not charging. Did you check the car forums?

Question C.08 Android 13 Charging issue

Hi,
Was wondering if anyone encounter the issue and have any solution?
After updating to C.08, everything works flawlessly except charging in car (output 5V3A) or laptop (output 5V3A). (Both select to charging only)
Have wireless Android Auto, but USB configuration will pop up when using with in-car type-c.
Lockscreen shows charging but it's discharging faster than receiving lol.
Battery Guru shows charging with 0.2-0.8w only.
Tried stock cable and Apple type-c cable no difference.
Tried the car ignition port and the cables are fine.
It did not happen in Android 12 A21.
Have a feeling that there is a conflict between charging control and when phone detects Data Transferring capability.
Is there anyway to modify?
Thanks.

Question Wireless charging issue

Hello, I started to have issues with wireless charging - it does not work. The phone seems to be charging but it actually isn't, the battery stat app shows no charging current. But it's obviously not a hardware issue, if I put the phone on qi charger just after disconnecting it from a wired charger, the wireless one works. If I put it there any later than within a minute, it does not work again. Even a factory reset did not help. Does anyone have an idea what might help? Thank a lot
