i have a m250l..the service provider here dont know how to open the esn thing..i dont know what that means..i wanna use it here..can anybody give an advice about this..what should i do..do i have to install a custom rom?
this is my first android phone..i dont even know how to flash..or what flash means..plz help me..

dude..i also have a m250l and i bought it there in philippines..this unit cant have a Signal of any service provider coz i think GSM and CDMA has different frequency when it comes to signal..same here..the new service provider here works only on cdma..one of my friend is working in that telecom and told me that they need to upgrade their towers in order for them to make the gsm works...
anyways..when i went back to have my job back in US i had a connecting flight in japan and i notice that there was A bar on my signal but there is a small r (means roaming probably) in the signal bar...
i flash this phone already and had a EE31 on my m250l..
now the problem..i dont know how to access the meid or the prl or make the qpst work on my pc..it says that it cant detect my s2 on qpst but when i open kies, the program can detect it..i also tried the cdmatool but they dont have the setup for this korean s2 model...
i read some of the page in this forum that says about buying another phone and transfer the meid or esn or prl on m250l?
is that possible?
can anyone help me again to configure my meid or prl for m250l

How to get data connection on other provider? or 1x/evdo setting?. Please anyone can configure it? Just get text and voice . On ICS get errors on sending txt.

Hey folks! I'm in dire need of the official stock ROM for the Huawei U8350 (Wind Mobile Version). If anyone has it or is able to somehow extract it from their own device, could you please post here or pm me???
I uninstalled the "Huawei IME" and 'original launcher' a few weeks ago.. i had forgot I did that and proceeded to do a factory reset today. Since it deleted my current launcher and all other apps and setting, I cannot access anything on my phone anymore. It is not rooted and don't plan on rooting it. If anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated.
I'm sure I can figure something out for the launcher, but the main thing is the "Huawei IME"..
Again, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Were you able to find an image ?
I flashed the kenya and orange stock roms and lost the aws radio, now it will only register on Rogers network.
I did a cwm backup before i flashed, but even after the restore the radios still does not work..

same here, my aws radio is gone. My phone is rooted and I tried so many roms. Still am only connecting to rogers 2g network. Which is pointless because I can't make any calls. My only option is project sarah but I hate the on screen keyboard. There's just got to be a way to fix the radio on this thing...

I just installed project sarah and the aws radio still doesn't work??? what gives? where can I find some roms for my aws? Also I experienced this right around the time I was experimenting with roms and I came across that kenya firmware.

you may freeze the android keyboard in titanium backup.

I need a solution here with my sony xperia SP, I bought it 3 weaks ago and I got this problem... when I have some problem with my signal in my place i just can get 3G and i try the method using *#*#4636#*#* and accidently I choose the radio band and set to US radio band.. and after that my phone can't get a signal I try to change the sim card but the problem still same, try to factory reset it's just same too.. anyone have the same problem ? or anyone can help give a solution with this problem to get my signal back ?

I tried flashing several custom roms on my Ntelos S6 Edge but all of them were for other models and I can't seem to find one for the SM-G925R7. They boot up and work perfectly except that they don't detect my SIM card. For some reason I also can't find the right firmware to flash it back to stock. If anyone could point me toward a custom rom that would work, the stock firmware, or anything that could help my problem it would be greatly appreciated. Also if I used any incorrect terminology or anything like that please forgive me as I'm not the most knowledgeable in this sort of thing.
How did you root it? I can't find the solution anywhere.
Try roms for Sprint S6 Edge since your carrier is based on CDMA network.
Any GSM rom you flash will not have correct mobile network settings for CDMA.
I have the entire firmware uploading if you still need

Can you tell me what firmwares installed succesfully even those that didn't recognize the sim card ? i have tried G925PVPU3BOJ7 on the same model as yours , i get an error on odin . I can't configure network settings to search for gsm signal instead of cdma that's why i want to use a different firmware .

Ill have a look around for you mate, but to be honest I've never heard or seen any custom roms for g925r4 model.
What i would do if i was you would be to take the phone to a shop and trade it in for a G925F so many roms for this model

Have you got network? If not did you tried using mtk engineering mode and then type both imei in raidos and rebooted to get network?

I had the same problem, while i was trying to flash F103 Pro's Roms for F103 but didn't work and ended up Flashing the Stock again but i had the same problem too.[ LMAO]
Using MTK Engineering Mod App from Play Store helped me.
There are couple of helpful videos on how to do it.

Do you have nvram.bin backup of your f103, that's what I need to scale through with this. Can you please do a nvram backup for us to get us off this nightmare because mtk engineering tool didn't help too.
