Can someone plz suggest me the best rom for a311?
Must be kitkat 4.4.X based.. As lolipop roms have video calling bug and i cant compromise with it
Have tried Emui but it doesnt support xposed.
Miui too, but data connection bug.
Is there any bugless kitkat based rom????

Triee flashing twrp flashable zip given by you. But a better camera unable to record video. Camera 360 records green screen vids. And screen recordings are kinda pixeleted. Any fix? Or I shud flash stock via ygdp?? Currently on miniml OS.

I haven't faced that issues on twrp flashable stock rom. It's better to flash via YGDP tool then.

Best ROM is cm13 I'm running it too !! Its nearly bugless
Cm13 has data issue. If i lost network once it will appear after a long time. Otherwise it was a great rom

Try the miui5.10.x rom its nearly bugless and cyanogenmod 12.1 v2.3 is also good. And may try the mystic os by krishnann it was a nearly bugless rom

Hey gyzzz.....There is Official Motorola Camera & Gallery Flash-able zip. And flashable zip work with all roms/devices.
NOTE :- Tested by me only on yureka and working fine.
All functions are working except SlowMo video (encoding features missing in roms)
Survives (CM) ota updates.
Semi-Removes stock CM Camera & Gallery, will come back with undo zip.
INSTALLATION
Put zip file in internal memory
Open recovery and flash Zip file
Reboot Device and Enjoy.....
UNINSTALL ZIP FILE
To uninstall flash the MotoCameraUndo.zip file from recovery.

Both are good but oppo camera has more features than Motorola camera.

After flashing your rom, reboot , wifi is off .
I tap to turn on wifi but after 3 seconds wifi is off again.

S8 themed launcher
Tons of fonts,
Flashed Supersu.
Installed Xposed.
Most of the Rom is stock only.

Just wanted to let everyone know I now have a working Custom Rom port from the U11. This port has a few minor bugs I'm working on, home button does not work, signal for Tmobile cuts in and out, and DPI needs adjusted. So with that said, Once I get the bugs worked out and reach out to the Rom Dev we will have a custom rom port.

The more the merrier. There's some In testing that are waiting to be uploaded by others but more choices is always better. Once Oreo drops for T-Mobile then we can add more.

OK , this is a beta , only thing I found so far that isn't working is mobile hot spot . FYI this is mainly based off of T-Mobile version , but should work on unlocked version as well . Feedback is appreciated.

Yes, and I just realized why the hot-spot wasn't working . I will be fixing it in the am and RE uploading. Yes it has aroma, it's a slightly modified stock rom. Not getting too heavy into it just yet, Oreo will be out real soon for T-Mobile and once it does I will jump on that.

If someone can link me to a full flashable EMUI ROM that I can go back to if I don't like Lineage, I would be happy to be the guinea pig.

Hello .. i flashed it on my Mate 10 Lite .. the rom is pretty smooth and reliable .. flashed it through TWRP .. everything seems to be working .. but same as carbon the portrait and wide aperture doesn't work .. the camera just hangs until you turn them off .. front cam doesn't save pictures when beauty mode is on .. other than that it's pretty good for a beta release .. i don't know about NFC though as my device doesn't support it .. give it a shot .. and by the way .. you should use HURUPDATER method for returning to stock EMUI .. i use it and it's working like a charm for me .. going to check for bugs even deeper .. give it a shot !
NFC is no go with Los. Tried Carbon out, it has NFC so may stick to Carbon in the mean time.

You dont need one, flashing los only changes system partition meaning you only need to backup your own system.img , if you dont like los flash your emui system back and your good to go

How is battery life on the LOS?
I'm more interested in hearing how does this ROM excels the Stock EMUI?

consistent 6hrs sot for me
Works fine for me, Mate 10 Pro (BLA-29).
Anyone knows how to root this system? Tried LOS 15.1 su addon, but did not work.
Also why when I browse ./system folder under TWRP, this folder is empty?

I've installed Magisk, works fine.
And for TWRP, I suggest installing Unofficial by @Pretoriano80. Now I can see content properly and also access to all partitions works fine.

I thought pretoriano twrp didn't work with custom roms. I normally get stuck in the splash screen screen of twrp.

pretoriano twrp loads ok for me, but I had problems with some partitions - couldn't mount system in write mode and other errors.
Official twrp, works on with LOS, but I have one problem - cant write Cache partition...

I only tried Lineage and Resurrection. Lineage seems smoother to me, Resurrection does have some more customisations but I switched back to Lineage.
Did anyone tried installing gcam on this lineage?

RR if you want tons of customization in your rom (some customization are not working properly)
Lineage for more stability
And carbon for something in between both of them
This rom is based in J730FM Rusia firmware.
Changelog.
Clean: Don't have Google, Microsoft, Knox apps.
Camera: more mods and voice control.
AOD: more mods and enable in Samsung theme store.
Video: control with gestures.
Themes: Pay themes don't have limit time.
Goodlock: all apps with the last update. (13/Sept/18)
Enable: calls record, floating messages, record screen, etc.
Install with recovery TWRP.

The toogle only appear when smart capture is installed but smart capture fail in stock rom.

I have a J730G, and the stock kernel is from J730FM.
I have some problems but righ now I was working to get all the stock kernels for all models.
