Oxygen OS 3.0 beta out now! - OnePlus 2 General

Get it from here brothers:
http://downloads.oneplus.net/2016-03-30/op2/OnePlus_2_OxygenOS_3.0_Beta/
Enjoy. And let's post our reviews about this. I haven't flashed it myself. Downloading now.

It is really late to release a marshmallow beta. Better than nothing, let's see how it works.

There is already 2 others threads about OOS 3.0 (this one and this one) + the Official Stock ROMs + OTA by @Spannaa, which is already updated. Are you sure we need an other one ? I don't think so.

Looking for PAC-ROM KitKat download

New to xda, but a veteran to modding electronics. All I'm looking for is the final stable release of PAC-ROM KK, if anyone has a copy or a DL location. Or if there was never any development, inform me otherwise
I just can't seem to find it, even the 5.1.1 forum directs me to a server error screen when I try to download it...
5.1.1 is the only one you could have now; maybe 6.0 later.

MT2-L03 never had ANY KK ROM. No CM11, not even an official KK ROM by Huawei.

Ah, well now that that's settled was there a release of a JB PAC-ROM?
P.S. The site for the 5.1.1 PAC is still unavailable...

I was looking for a "one-and-done", and I have PAC on my Galaxy S4 as well. Just my favorite since my old Carbon days with my HTC Desire. So I shall be patient
Yet, if some kind soul has the most recent stable version they could send to me, I would be forever grateful.
Thank you everyone for answering my questions :highfive:

Yeah I saw that, just waiting for PAC to come back online. I'm fully rooted now and good to go, but now I notice the links for TWRP are expired or offline as well... I suppose it would just be simpler if someone had all these elusive files sitting on their cloud storage and I could grab a copy... I would be happy to host them on my Google Drive upon request.
They are back up.

Got recovery_MT2L03_mmcblk0p19.img and TWRP_MT2-L03_RECOVERY_v2.img from the Gdrive. I also downloaded twrp-2.8.6.0-mt2l03.img from another link in a post. Any recommendations to which is better?
This is a link to the one I use when I flash Carbon and PAC when swapping between the two when they are updated and its never given me any problems, It was created by one of the contributors to CyanogenMod http://android.cmphys.com/twrp-mt2/ . Its also listed on the fist page of the CyanogenMod post. As for PAC the download page should be up and running tomorrow sometime.
---------- Post added at 09:19 PM ---------- Previous post was at 09:14 PM ----------
also the PAC download page is http://builds.gocanarytel.com/ , its down right now but should be up tomorrow sometime. Its the same link that the updater in the rom looks for to check and see if there is an update..

Thank you, and this may seem like a rather noobish question, but one that I've never wondered before: is a custom flashed recovery required to install a custom rom like PAC? I'm only asking because of that minimal cosmetic flaw of the charging LED issue.

Yes, you do need to flash the previously referenced custom TWRP recovery in order to install PAC, CM or Carbon ROMs onto the HAM2.
Here are the releases hosted by Nigel if anyone else was looking for them. Thank you all for your help!
If anybody knows how to help with this rather serious problem, I would be most appreciative.

Most stable MM ROM?

Hey,
I've been using CM's Nightly 6.0 ROM [11/26] for the past 24hrs and it's OK, most things work properly, although flashing SuperSU gets me bootlooped and I cannot gain root access in any other way (Dev options etc).
So I've been wondering, for those of you who are using a Marshmallow ROM on your OPO,which one are you using and how stable is it?

Latest official cm13 nightly, most stable so far.
There is root, it works fine.
Ask that in Android General or somewhere..this is for deveolpment i believe....but try VM13 its the best 6.0 IMO
Broken Os is flawless. Can't be found on XDA though. Over on Google +.
I like darkobas as a rom and you need to also go on google plus as no xda

No, @Finless seems to have given up on the Minix. However, @AbduL_PT has created a very stable Rom that I'm currently running. Check it out :

I think Abul_PT rom based on KitKat. I never tried abdul_pt but now I am running Lollipop on my box but not satisfied yet until of official lollipop release is announced. this minix box is much frustrating as I today tried to fit in leanback launcher editing build.prop but it didn't work.

it is not a developed rom for X8-H Plus but people have experimented this on X8-H Plus like mine. this rom mainly belongs to MXIII G and Marty has modified some of its part to reorganize and given minix like environment. I got massive improvement on video playback. Its worth trying this rom. And needless to say, Minix will deny all your issues regarding this box.

NFound announces Official Oreo 8.0.0

So there is a Youtube video posted by @NFound which announces a official Oreo build.
I will just leave this here:
I love NFound.
Nfound is the hero we need but don't deserve
Wow this means official beta is leaked?

It depends. If NFound modified it in any way then it's not exactly "leaked". Also, NFound said that he's holding on to it still, so I assume he's waiting for a green light from ZTE before distributing the ROM.
It's really good news that it exists though
Just saw the video. Found it funny with the epic music xD. Really glad about it ^^
But what i am curious about,
is it zte's stock+ oreo beta with Nfound fixing the rest of the issues?
or
did he get his hands on the actual finished oreo by zte somehow?
Edit: just had a look at the comments on youtube. He says its the beta. And i have heard from many ppl that are testers, that the latest beta version was stable af. So it seems like he or others will leak it in the following days or weeks.
Really excited for this.
This oreo thing is starting to become like that girl...a tease
So these means he can now use the blobs and all that stuff they were waiting on to be release ?
So better results and better ROMs ....
Can't wait for future updates on his RR builds ???

I flashed it over LOS 15.1 Unofficial from Nfound. The bootstack comes included with the ROM and you get to pick which one you want to install (In my case A2017G) during installation from TWRP.

What would you recommend, clean or dirty flash?
